We had a great stay and would not hesitate to book the Lakeview lodge again for another holiday

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, with views on the lake. Less than 15 min from Forster and 5 min from Booti Booti NP with immaculate beaches. All required amenities were present on site to make our stay enjoyable, and the house is pleasantly set up and decorated. The day after our arrival, there were very strong winds and the temperature dropped to 12 degrees, so it was great to have the gas heater and the extra blankets. The internet worked fine and there was plenty of hot water. Our party was of 4 people but the house is big enough for 6 without appearing crowded. The property manager was very responsive and check-in and check-out were an easy process.

Nothing really, but perhaps a new frying pan might be useful as the one available there was very old, with the non-stick surface nonexistent.

Serenity!

Neat,tidy and exactly what we needed for our large family to rest up after a busy year. Fully kitted home, strong wifi, kitchen and laundry appliances, right up to a multi-person kayak (which we used on several occasions). Brilliant location, very peaceful and quiet. Forster supermarket was only 5-10min drive. Great comms with the owners who had everything clearly laid out in terms of local tourism guide, restaurants, etc. We definitely recommend this place for your next holiday.

great weekend in a lovely property

Lakeview Lodge was clean, comfy and quiet. The house has a great wrap around deck and fenced in garden for the dog. Lovely sunset views over the lake

position was great, outside of Forster, stones throw to the lake, dog friendly , very comfortable, crispy clean, great selection of fvd’s BUT

We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this property to others.

The house was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Property was very clean.

The beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom were very hard. Better suited to children than adults.

Lovely house, clean and tidy, helpful hosts and met all our expectations.

Only problem was that there was no plug that fit the bath!

We loved our stay. It is a charming house in a quiet location and made for a restful holiday.

The location was picturesque and quiet, right by the water. The sunsets were to die for. It was well located in terms of sailing action and shopping and restaurants. We took our sailing boat with us and we’re able to park it on the property. We appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the house, and the thoughtful decoration made it feel like home. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows, so we slept very soundly. We made good use of the information folder, which was very comprehensive. Thank you Ken and Catherine.

We would have liked egg cups, a toast rack and a garlic crusher, but it’s hard to cater for all tastes. A sharp knife or decent knife sharpener would make it perfect!

Quiet location with the owner's cafe right next door. Short drive to beaches and walk to lake. Secure back garden and decks.
