Great mountain cottage with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the nice living area with open plan kitchen you reach out to the sun terrace with outside kitchen and pool area. Really relaxing stay. Villa/pool great. Great location just above Soller - nice walk in and out of the town - uphill on the way back so need to be able to walk if doing that. All in all very enjoyable.

Loved our stay at this lovely Villa with an amazing pool looking out over beautiful Soller and the sea beyond. A perfect pool for keeping cool on the hot days and pool loungers very comfortable. Enjoyed the peace up in the hills while being a short walk down to the town where you find lots of cafes, restaurants and quaint streets to explore. Loved hearing the mountain train across the valley too. The villa was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. Hope to visit back one day, thanks so much Mallorca Dream Homes! Check in was clockwork and excellent communication.

We loved our stay at this villa in charming Sóller. The pool is fabulous and the view is absolutely stunning. The team at Mallorca Dream Homes were really helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a brilliant stay in the villa. It had everything we needed for a family of four with two young children. Location was great, really you need a car to get around but that was fine for us. Only downside is the check in process. The villa would benefit from a lockbox for those checking in at night.

Excellent property with great views and a fantastic pool. Having a pool all to ourselves was brilliant; we used it at all times of the day and evening! We walked down to Söller village centre quite a few times which was great; the walk back is quite steep but manageable. A small car is recommended.... the streets around Söller are very narrow and you need to drive through these streets to get to the property. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is well equipped, rooms great and pool fantastic. It is a steep walk up from the town but the view is totally worth it! Would suggest getting a small car for travelling out and picking up food shopping....having said that, taxis in Soller totally happy to drop you up the hill and bus route to Port de Soller and beyond is very good and frequent. Would highly recommend!

We were a group of 5 adults and our 5 year old daughter. The house and grounds are beautiful, even nicer than it looks on the website. The mountain views from the house are amazing and yet it is just a short walk to the square (uphill on the way back but not too difficult).
Soller is so beautiful and it is easy to get to the port/beach by tram or bus.
Marta and all at the property company were really helpful and great to deal with.
We will definitely be back!

A wonderful house in quiet beautiful surroundings located in the mountains. Only 15 minutes by foot up hill from the center of Sóller. The pool was nice and clean as were the house. The design of the house is very Spanish and the outdoor kitchen was fabulous. Very cozy both inside and outside. The view from the terrass and from the kitchen was amazing. On the top of the House there is a wonderful rooftop. From both the terrass, the kitchen and the rooftop there is a great view to Sóller and Port De Sóller. If possible we will return to this house.

We absolutely loved our stay at the house. It was super clean and spacious and very comfortable. The pool and outside area is really great. The pool was wonderful and we spent a lot of time there. It was extremely well looked after and the outside areas, and BBQ were super clean with plenty of places to sunbathe or sit in or out of the shade.
There is a little rooftop seating area too with far reaching views over the mountains and the town of Soller.
The entrance to the villa is charming and so well kept, plenty of space for parking. The roads to the house through the town are very narrow so we'd recommend getting a smaller car. We had a Seat Ibiza which was as big as I'd want to drive there.
The villa itself is a pretty easy 10-12 minute walk downhill to the lovely town of Soller, a little harder on the way back as uphill and it was very hot. Fine for us, but worth considering if you have mobility issues. No problem for most people though. Soller is a very pretty old town, with plenty of nice shops, cafes and restaurants, plus the tram to Port Soller, or go by bus (a lot cheaper but less fun) and trains to Palma. We'd really recommend La Romaguera for amazing, fine dining like tapas for a very reasonable price.
Bar Molino was also good, quite a local place, slightly on the edge of town, but only a 5 min stroll from the centre. Try and book to get an outside table.
We had a super time, would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we were visiting Soller.
One thing to note, if arriving late, make sure you take some water and food as there was nothing to eat or drink at the house on arrival. A welcome bottle of water would be a thoughtful addition for guests perhaps. It is stocked with oil, herbs, salt and pepper etc though which was good.

Beautiful Aspect
A spacious and beautifully appointed villa with fantastic outdoor facilities. The views were amazing. Some may struggle without a car as there is a very steep walk up the hill especially loaded with shopping. Overall a lovely place for a family holiday.

Wie auf den Fotos
Die Anreise zum Objekt gestaltete sich etwas schwierig. Die Anfahrt ist zwar für die Anreise bei Tag prima beschrieben, im Dunkeln ist es eher schwierig sich an den Bildern zu orientieren. Aber wir haben es gefunden. Das Objekt war sauber, ruhig gelegen und die Bilder versprechen nicht Zuviel. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Den Kindern hat es wahnsinnig gut gefallen. Ich kann das Objekt mit sehr gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Wir hatten als Mietfahrzeug einen VW Golf, größer würde ich aufgrund der Straßenführung vor Ort nicht unbedingt empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus!
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in grandioser Lage! Wunderbarer Ausblick über das Tal bis zum Meer. Sehr schöner Garten, der das Grundstück für andere nahezu uneinsehbar macht; sehr freundlicher Vermieter! Unsere Kinder haben trotz der noch eher frühlingshaften Temperaturen den Pool gern genutzt ;-) Schmale Straßen zur Anfahrt, so dass das Auto tatsächlich nicht zu breit sein sollte. Zur Anfahrt sollte die Beschreibung der Agentur genutzt werden (unser Navi war deutlich schlechter...). Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief problemlos. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Geschmackvolles Haus mit herrlichem Blick auf Soller
Haus, Pool und Grundstück sind so schön und gut ausgestattet wie auf den Fotos und im Inserat beschrieben. Allein die Waschmaschine sollte einmal gereinigt werden. Wir haben leider vergessen, das der Agentur mitzuteilen, die sehr bemüht war. Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch sehr unkompliziert in der Schlüsselübergabe. Die Innenausstattung des Hauses ist geschmackvoll, der Außenbereich mit Pool, Terrasse und großer Grillstelle ist umgeben von Mandelbäumen und wunderbar zum relaxen. Die Matratzen waren meiner Tochter und mir etwas zu hart, aber die beiden anderen Familienmitgliedern waren zufrieden. Die Villa ist vollkommen ruhig gelegen, mit einem wunderbaren Blick über das fußläufig zu erreichende, schöne Bergdorf Soller. Der Weg zum Haus führt durch schmale Gassen, die dem Fahrer ein gewisses Können und gutes Augenmaß abverlangen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von einem Katzenpaar empfangen, das offensichtlich zu dem Haus "gehört" und daran gewöhnt ist, von den Gästen gefüttert zu werden. Später gesellten sich noch zwei weitere Katzen hinzu. Sie alle waren in der Regel nicht aufdringlich. Wir hatten jedenfalls unsere Freude an ihnen. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt - trotz oder zynischer Weise wohl auch wegen der Coronabedingungen mit Maskenpflicht, aber auch genügend Platz in den Orten und an den Stränden - sehr genossen.

Beautiful villa overlooking Sóller.
We had a great week staying here, as a family of two adults and two teenage kids. The house and pool were lovely, with fantastic views of Sóller and the surrounding area. The town is within walking distance and we made good use of the various cafes and restaurants on the main square. The streets around Sóller are very narrow, as is the approach to the house, so we were very pleased that we had rented a small car.

Lovely place in the mountains
Me and my family fell in love with this place from the start. It's very clean, the pool is nice and it also has a small terrace on the roof. It feels very exclusive. Has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the town Soller. The road to the house goes through the town and the last part up the mountains is very narrow so recommend a small car. We had a Mini cooper countryman and it was a bit large but we made it. Depends maybe on the driver :). We had frequent visits from cats in the neighborhood which me and the children loved but if you are not fond of cats maybe this is not the right place for you. The beds are quite hard and not so comfortable so would recommend the owners to offer a bit softer madrasses. This is a stunning place and I truely recommend it.

Traumhafte Finca mit atemberaubender Aussicht
Die Finca bietet alles, was man an Ansprüchen an ein Ferienhaus haben kann: sehr sauber, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, einen wunderschönen Außenbereich und auch Optionen bei schlechtem Wetter drin zu bleiben.
Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (4 und 1 Jahr alt) und hatten alles was man für groß und klein braucht vorgefunden.
Der Pool lädt zum Baden ein und wir haben fast jede Mahlzeit draußen auf der Terrasse verbracht.
Insgesamt die perfekte Location für den Familienurlaub!!!

Beautiful view over Soller and mountains.
Very nice house with beautiful view, nice terrasse and pool, nice garden, all in all a perfect house to spend a holliday. The house was very nice furnished, maybe a new table on the terrasse soon will be necessary. The cooking knifes in the kitchen could be better, but were usable. We where very satisfied with our stay. Thank you till Mallorca Dreamhomes and specially to Aina for helping us with taxi and other things.

Belle maison trés fonctionnelle située en haut de la ville avec possibilité de s'y rendre à pied. Parfait pour une ou 2 petites familles. Locataire en janvier, nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine...mais le reste était parfait.

Alt hvad der var stillet i udsigt og så lidt til!
Billeder kan være taknemmelige, men i dette tilfælde var virkeligheden bare bedre end billederne.
Det kan være svært at fornemme charmen og detaljerigheden på huset ud fra billederne, men det er virkelig et flot sted hvor der er kælet for detaljerne.
Og så er der bare en fantatisk udsigt fra huset, i alle retninger, hvor der er bjerge hele vejen rundt og der er udsigt ned over byen og et godt kig til middelhavet.
Og så kan man let gå ned til byen fra huset.
På taget er der en lille tagterrasse der ikke er beskrevet og derfra er udsigten bare endnu mere betagende.
Huset er udstyret med airconanlæg som kan stilles til at køle meget lysvagt og giver dermed ro om natten.
Vi havde en juicer der var defekt, men da vi påpegede det, stod der inden for få timer en ny på adressen, så det var bare rigtig god service!
Vi vil meget gerne vende tilbage til samme hus igen. :-)

Super ausgestattetes Haus. Perfekt zum Erholen.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem tollen Haus und werden sicher wieder kommen.
Das Haus bietet alles, was unser Urlauberherz höher schlagen lässt. Auch für unsere fast 3-jährigen Kinder ist das Haus super. Keine Treppen, eingezäuntes Gelände und Schafe auf den darunter liegenden Terrassen.
Da der Pool aufgrund des Wetters leider für die Kinder zu kalt gewesen ist, haben wir einen kleinen aufblasbaren Pool gekauft. Perfekt!
Bettwäsche/ Handtücher wurden während des Aufenthaltes sogar 1x gewechselt.

ruhige Lage
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig oberhalb des Dorfes ( oberhalb Friedhof ) , sehr schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse über das ganze Dorf, gepflegt. Die Bilder entsprechen dem vorgefundenen Haus, sehr gepflegter Garten, Haus recht sauber, mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung, wenn man selber kochen möchte, könnte besser sein, defekte Geräte ( Haarföhn, Espressomaschine,fehlende Kochutensilien , fehlendes Holz oder Kohle für Grill, ) müssten ersetzt werden , was wir der Agentur gemeldet haben. Küche für uns eher etwas unpraktisch. Deckenventilatoren haben wir keine gesehen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert, im Dorf gibt es aber alles was man benötigt. Pool ist ungeheizt, deshalb recht kalt im Herbst.Die Leute der Agentur freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr gute Wegbeschreibung per Mail bekommen ( Haus ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden), alles bestens geklappt, deutsch wurde nicht gesprochen .Preis : für uns etwas zu hoch eingestuft.
