Poor service

Was big enough for 4 people

There was no fan in the bathroom, the towels were Kmart thin ones which didn’t last us 2 nights and 3 days. Was crazy mess checkin with non English speaking host and her cleaners or whoever they were. We were checked in a different room then moved to another room. Key password was not working on padlock on streets, a man kept calling the host to sort it and there was 1 tea bag supplied for the family only. There was no body wash only shampoo and conditioner. When booking with booking .com I put my Amex for payment and also confirmed with candy they take Amex but the man on the street didn’t want Amex and said give cash or visa. The address on booking. Com should be 21 Charles street not Macquarie street. I was misinformed about the address by host till I was ready to checkin. I think they tricking the public with address. I was lat to the wedding I had to attend as we didn’t checkin till 3.35 after all the languages problem, room not checked in right etc. I would not use this apartment again. Overpriced for the service they provide

This accommodation served us well as the base we needed for our stay.

The property was secure, clean & in a great location for our needs. It had free car parking, full laundry, kitchen & great communication with the host.

Strong smell of bleach when we arrived. Bit too noisy to sit on the balcony.

Spacious, practical and convenient on a road trip.

Apartment is very spacious and well equipped for a family, including 3 single beds, bathtub, toiletries and washer/dryer. Everything was very clean and functional and the secure carpark was extra convenient.

Polyester bedding was too hot.

Nice spacious apartment

Comfortable stay in a good location with access to the mall and shops.

The odour was strong upon entering the apartment. Better and big towels would have been nice.

if staying in Liverpool this was an excellent alternative to a hotel

as a family it was convenient, spacious and perfectly located for our purposes

Superb

Great location, great communication, the apartment was more than sufficient, with nice views from the balcony. Undercover, secure parking.

Visitor parking always full even though there is a 6 hour limit. Always the same cars and when they are moved an obstacle is put in front of the parking spot so that it cannot be used by anyone else. Street parking is non existent.

Not luxury - ok for one night sorry

location was great. Undercover free secure parking a bonus. Clean apartment.

Luxury it is not as you find once you finally find which lock has the keys in it (correct lock photo would help) - I said to my husband when I received instructions that morning it’s going to be like Survivor to get into this place! If you want to call it luxury update furniture, especially uncomfortable futon, and update linen. Lucky we only had one night to catch plane next day.

Decent stay, just needs a few improvements to make it more comfortable

Nice apartment, good value. Having two bathrooms was great as we were friends travelling together, and it was good to have seperate bathrooms.

A couple of things. The pillows are the worst I've encountered. They are cheap, flat pillows that offer no support. The wi-fi was slow and sketchy. The towels were thin and low quality and there were no facewashers. And the washing machine was difficult to use. The location was convenient but extremely noisy on the busy road.

The lady accussed my guests of stealing dtuff from mail box which they did not do and then refused to refund my 200 dollar depoist

The failure to not invaide my privacy by trying to acuse my dinner guest of stealing her neighbors mail

Fine for our needs (single night stop over mid-trip), although a tad expensive.

Other guests/residents were very helpful. Clean apartment with good supplies. Laundry facilities within the apartment was handy. Nice view at night. Secure, off street parking.

Beds/mattresses were very uncomfortable. We paid/booked for 2 adults 3 kids. One of the kids 'beds' was just a thin, hard mattress on the loungeroom floor. Key collection was more difficult than necessary due to being given the wrong code instructions. Not 'luxury' as described in advertising.

Lack of services, was not made aware of the fact that this was an air bnb in the booking process. Not enough towels, crockery etc. Had to go and shop on arrival so that there were consumables, milk, condiments, biscuts, bread etc Bed slats kept falling apart. Accessibility to the building, everything done via text, no face to face. Felt very impersonal

Needs a face lift

It was perfectly adequate.

Property cannot be described as ‘luxury’ - thin towels, thin sheets, tired couch - needs a bit of a face lift to get it back up to luxury status. Overly complicated check in system.
