Жилье очень скромное, я на самом даже не ожидал… Комнаты маленькие, удобства минимальные… если ищите комфорт как европейских отелях, увы это не тот вариант. Если есть желание погрузится в культуру страны, общаться с местными, увидеть как они на самом деле живут - такой вариант подойдет, меня условия проживания совершенно не беспокоят. А вот хозяин дома, да и все люди которые мне встретились в Марокко - подкупают своей гостеприимностью, улыбчивостью и простотой.

Rapport qualité/prix imbattable, hôte ultra disponible, proximité de tout ce qu'il faut....

La proximité de l'aéroport (moins de 10mn a pied) Quartier non touristique qui reste surement très local, la disponibilité de l'hôte pour accéder au logement. Proximité du bus pour le centre ville, commerces et petit marché local presque en bas des escaliers

Les lits peu confortable mais nous sommes restés trop peu de temps. Il manquerait une grande poubelle en plus de celle de la salle de bain, et une clés de la porte exterieure pour éviter de déranger l'hôte en cas d'imprévus....

l’emplacement, l’accueil du gérant très agréable, la déco, l’équipement et l’espace de la chambre. C’était très bien.

Para estar cerca del aeropuerto

La localización, cercana al aeropuerto y si estás de paso o tienes que coger un vuelo te evitas entrar en el centro de la ciudad.

Llegamos de noche y fue bastante difícil de localizar, no tiene ningún tipo de señalización y la puerta está bastante tapada por un seto y no se ve fácilmente. Hay dejadez, en el baño se escapaba el agua, desconches en la pared, enchufes en mal estado y en la habitación todo apelotonado, con una limpieza nada más que aceptable.

Posizione per l'aeroporto ottima (15 min a piedi). La cucina utilizzabile su richiesta.

Gentilezza, bellezza, pulizia e comodità

Ci sono molti fattori positivi e nessuno negativo che contraddistinguono questo posto. La prima cosa da dire è sicuramente la disponibilità dei gestori che ci hanno accolto senza preavviso poiché avevamo prenotato esattamente un'ora prima e alle prime ore del mattino. Hanno compreso da subito il nostro disagio poiché avevamo da poco perso il volo, siamo arrivati e ci hanno fatto riposare nella prima stanza disponibile. Questa stanza poi molto bella, spaziosa e molto pulita. Il giorno dopo in 10 Min di passaggiata siamo arrivati all'aeroporto per il rientro a casa. Persone splendide, soggiorno splendido. Grazie di tutto!

Excellent

Perfect location for an early flight back home. Just took us 15min walking. This family hotel is well tended, great service and friendly hosts. It's located in a completely untouristic neighborhood with a day and night market ( food market). We felt very safe, even at night, but I wouldn't recommend to exhibit too much wealth nonetheless.

Idéal pour un séjour a coté de l'aéroport

Très proche de l'aéroport (800m) et peu cher. nous sommes arrivés à minuit et quelqu'un est venu nous chercher. Idéal pour ceux ne veulent pas rester à Marrakech et partir comme nous le lendemain en louant une voiture. Nous avons fait de même au retour.

Alojamiento solo para si llegas en vuelo tarde o te marchas en un temprano. Se puede ir andado desde el aeropuerto solo 20 min. Zona segura, alojamiento limpio. Cumple a la perfección su función.

The place was a 15 minute walk from the airport and as 3 girls we felt completely safe. Flashback House is family owned and the family were so nice, helpful and accomodating. They made us feel completely comfortable.

Very close to the airport and the neighborhood felt safe Walked to the airport at 4am. People in the neighborhood very nice and they didn’t wanna take more money from us then the things we were buying were worth (not like in Medina)

A cheap option for a night after your flight

For an extra couple of quid, was met at the airport by a random that walked me to the property around 10 mins away from RAK. Glad I was offered this as I would never have found it otherwise. Owner was nice enough and it offered a cheap and convenient night after my flight. Food options are back in the direction of the airport comprising mainly of fast food.

Very spacious for the price, friendly staff, beautiful room with painted ceilings and decorated doors, small kitchen space, fly screen window, 15 min walking distance from airport, located near lively food market

No separation of shower and toilet (no curtains or shower doors), noisy at night
