Just a great stay!

We stayed for 2 nights, everything was great apart from the limited hot water. But overall it was a great stay & we would definitely return again as that was the second time we've stayed there =)

Hot water didn't last long, my husband had a shower and then the water went cold so couldn't have a spa, also happened again the next day as we stayed for 2 nights.

Will not be staying at this motel. No recommendation

We were placed next to a room who partied until early hours of the morning. The manager was called - with no response. NZ Police were called twice. Very unsafe and a lot of trauma caused. Left one night prior to check out - motel refused to reimburse even though they did nothing to help the situation. Very unhappy and disappointed

Good value for an overnight stop.

Room was very clean and comfortable.

There were really bright lights outside our room and no blinds on the back door of the unit. Bring a sleep mask!

Don’t waste your money and stay here

The place is not what is advertised the seems very stringently of detol no heating or cooling ( heated floor) the place had toilet paper roll rubbish and the spa pool does not work at all hasn’t been for years and is extremely dirty

I just like to swim pool in the bed

The staff was being violent and shouting and swearing in our kids 2 couples who owns the place they swear at my family and they're being racist to me And my family they tried to charge me extraMoney I told them we just following what the app says But they want to charge us extra But they start to be swearing at us And my family and my sister's kids. They are making me pay extra and I paid Then I went to talk and to the A man refund me $31 He starts swearing at me and my family we are just following what the app was trying to say but they're getting violent at us it wasn't nice we went for a church meeting that day But I wasn't expecting from the motel ow how to swear at me and my family we are trying to be nice but they're getting violent at me and telling us wrong stuff what was the App saying they're giving different policy and charging us extra and they expect us to pay $100 extra but we refuse to pay $100 or like start because we've already booked at The app We said this is not the right way talking to us but they said who cares we don't even care A staff of the hotel or owner of the hotel

Very good

Great place to stay, we were only there to sleep and out the rest of the time. Comfy beds and was peaceful and quiet for our stay. Great pool in the complex and a table tennis table. Very clean and room serviced.

The whole place was tiles which was what we were expecting but they were slippery and as soon as they get a touch of water they became very slippery. The shower head was fixed and sprayed out everywhere making the bathroom abit of a hazard for falls. Could do with a gate at the top of the stairs for people with young children.

Great base for the start of our adventure

Great location and friendly staff. Units are cleaned daily if required. Comfortable and spacious units, good facilities. We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub due to the weather but they looked clean and well-looked after.

There was a very noisy large group on one night we were there and this disturbed us but it was only one night and the owners have limited control over such things.

The room was extremely hot with no option to turn down the heat there was only a fan In the room there were ants roamng the room even in the bathroom

Warm and quiet

Best location for basketball tournaments! Love the spacious bathroom with large spa. Very warm and quiet place, we will definitely come back again.
