Perfekte Unterkunft im Meraner Stadtzentrum

Top Lage im Zentrum, neu und geschmackvoll renoviert, geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, präsenter Gastgeber, wertvoller Privatparkplatz (13€/Tag) gleich beim Haus, Frühstück mit hausgemachten und regionalen Produkten, kostenloser Südtirol Gästepass zur Gratisbenutzung öffentlicher regionaler Verkehrsmittel inbegriffen.

Auch bei einem Aufenthalt über mehrere Tage erfolgt Handtuch- bzw. Bettwäschewechsel nur gegen Bezahlung.

Wenn Meran, dann wieder Residence Rösch!

Super, super Team. Familiäre Stimmung. Altes Haus das wunderbar renoviert und eingerichtet ist. Modern, aber regional eingestellt. Essen nur von regionalen Anbietern, bio und sehr liebevoll zubereitet. So wohl habe ich mich selten gefühlt. Danke an das ganze Team.

Gerne wieder, auch mal für mehr als 3 Übernachtungen

Sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Gastgeber Thomas, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, moderner Aufzug im alten, charmanten, verwinkelten Haus der Altstadt, Apartment liebevoll modernisiert, sehr gute, moderne Ausstattung, großes Badezimmer, Parkplatz am Haus, zentrale Lage Ortskern, Sesselift fußläufig erreichbar, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da nicht gebucht. Man kann kann aber jeweils für den nächsten Tag noch bestellen.

Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert, kurzfristig defekt, wir haben aber einen Ventilator auf Nachfrage bekommen:-)

Tutto. L'appartamento, dotato di ogni comfort, era bellissimo, curato nell'arredamento elegante in edificio ristrutturato con cura e in ottima posizione. Thomas è stato molto entusiasta nel descriverci ogni servizio offerto dalla sua struttura e dalla sua città. Molto utili e chiare le indicazioni per raggiungerlo. Struttura votata al green anche nel gradito omaggio offerto.

Herzliche Verbindung aus Tradition, Historie und Moderne

Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, traumhafte Lage in der Laubengasse mitten in der Altstadt vom wunderschönen Meran! Das Auto konnte stehenbleiben, tolle Ausflüge konnten zu Fuß, mit dem Sessellift oder dem Bus gestartet werden. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Familie Rösch! Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt!!

...durch öffentliche Glas-/Müllcontainer wurde die Nachtruhe früh gestört, wir drücken die Daumen, dass die Stadt das bald ändert!

Stylish and comfortable place in the middle of the action in Aosta. Wonderful hosts and food!

Everything was amazing from the location-- right in the center of Aosta-- to the stylish and comfortable room, to the amazing breakfast! One can step out the front of the building and be in the bustle of Aosta's pedestrian only streets, filled with shops and restaurants. The residence itself, however, is completly quiet once you are inside. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thomas, the main host, is charming and kind and able to assist with any ideas about what to do around the city and region. Parking is ample and secure; there is even a level two charger available for EVs or Hybrids.

Nothing to complain about! Everything was great.

Excellent stay in the heart of Merano

Our stay was excellent! The breakfast was delicious & our room was large & comfortable. We brought our dog & 2-year-old son with us & everyone enjoyed their stay. Thomas & his staff are friendly & accommodating & we hope to make it back one day!

Spacious, modern and comfortable central apartment with all amenities, excellent breakfast buffet

Excellent location and amazing space in the centre of Merano; step outside and you were straight into the main shopping streets and only a minute to walk to the Christmas markets, local restaurants and the Thermal Spa. Amazing welcome from Thomas ands team, beau tiful breakfast spread and dedicated service throughout our stay including free passes for local museums and transport and thoughtful, honest recommendations about activities in the area. I would stay here again and no reservations about recommending this to stay in Merano/Meran

you walk out the front and you are in the heart of historic Meran on Laubengasse

make sure you receive the map if you are going there by car. the verbal instructions did not work for us very well …

Modern aparment in the heart of Merano

Big very comfortable apartment with breathtaking view on the mountaines. Equiped excellent and decorated with high quality staff. You feel there not like in the hotel but like at home. It is very visible that the apartment is run by people with big passion and heart to this place and the city.
