Muy buena calidad, ubicación, precio.

La casa es amplia, con dos habitaciones, dos baños, salón y cocina. Es un tercero sin ascensor, pero eso no es problema alguno. La comunicación con Ricardo y Sofía, quien nos entregó las llaves, impecable. Buenas ventanas que aíslan del ruido exterior, salón de grande, pero algo frío, hay dos calefactores que los puedes mover de habitación y calentar la sala que necesites. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para desayunar o hacer cualquier comida, pero como todo piso de alquiler, se nota que necesita una puesta a punto : hay muchos roces en las paredes, el suelo al entrar en la cocina tiene losas rajadas y cruje al pasar, el microondas no da vueltas, funciona pero el plato no gira, el horno no funcionaba, o al menos en mi caso, lo probé unos minutos para comprar pizzas, pero no calentaba, así que cambiamos de planes. Una de las habitaciones tiene quitado la barra de las cortinas, la habitación principal solo tiene dos puertas en su armario en lugar de tres y una de ellas, cuesta mucho moverla de un lado a otro. El bidé del primer baño tiene algunas grietas, aunque no hizo falta usarlo porque con las duchas sobra. Suelo de madera que cruje muuucho. Pero en general, si vas a lo práctico, para dormir, ducharte y desayunar, es una casa muy válida y súper recomendable porque tiene un buen precio, esta súper bien ubicada, en La esquina de detrás tienes el metro Arroios para ir a cualquier lugar de la ciudad, , en la calle de detrás Alm. Reís, hay un supermercado pingo doce para comprar cosas de comida, y junto a la entrada de metro hay un kebab pequeño pero que podrás comer el mejor durum de tu vida. Espectacular. Venimos muy muy contentos.

La casa necesita algunos arreglos para ser una casa de 10.

Un lugar idóneo para visitar Lisboa

Un piso muy grande y bastante cómodo. Totalmente equipado. La ubicación a 100 metros de Metro y autobuses. Aparcamiento público cerca.

Se nota falta de mantenimiento. Luces fundidas, puerta del armario medio rota..... Nada vital para la estancia pero con un poco de interés sería perfecto. Comunicación con el anfitrión un pelín complicada.

good location but apartment needs to be updated

the location was 30 mins straight line walk from the main Rossio square. We enjoyed the walk. plenty of eatery & supermarket downstairs and there’s a fresh market 15 mins from the apartment. there’s a big public parking nearby. the apartment quad spacious as well.

the apartment was on 3rd floor with no lift, we had a hard time carrying our suitcases up the narrow spiral staircase. it gets very noisy at night with ambulance siren every other hour. the apartment was also dated, dining chairs were torn, curtain rods were shaky, beds were soft, kitchen utensils also worn out.

Overall a pleasant stay in the facility

Location is close to the metro station which can take you to all hot spots of sightseeing. It is also close to several super markets, restaurants and bakery. Rooms and bed Linens are clean. The living room and bedroom is bright during the day.

The oven is not working. I cannot find tablets for the dish washer. The cabinet door for the trash can is broken. There is no sound proofing between the walls and doors, so one can easily hear neighbors walking down/up the stairs or on the floor above.

Nice property in central location with a welcoming host.

This is a wonderful apartment, with plenty of room (two bathrooms!) and nicely furnished. The location is ideal, with easy access to and from the airport, steps from Lisbon's great Metro, multiple small supermarkets within a block or two, and good local restaurants and cafes. Ricardo is a wonderful host, arranged the airport transfer, met us with the keys, and was very welcoming overall. Loved it!

The only caveat for this property is that it is on the 3rd floor (meaning fourth floor to Americans) and has no elevator. So just remember to pack lightly, as you have to carry luggage up and down multiple stairs.

The apartment is pretty big and away from the tram. You will not hear any noise. It’s good that you have a parking place 2 mins by foot and a metro station right around the corner.

No bottled water at arrival (we arrived at 1 AM and we were thristy), no napkins, no coffee. The electric heater was a pain in the a*s.

Great apartment for visiting Lisbon - spacious, very conveniently located, at a reasonable price.

Very comfortable apartment for 2 couples or family with kids - two bedrooms and two bathrooms, nice and roomy living room. Good tv and wi-fi. Good location with supermarkets, fruit markets, cafes, pastry shops and food points in the nearest area, 3 min to the nearest underground station. Public parking ca.200m (EUR 7,-/24h). Very helpful and communicative host. A bit noisy when windows are open.

Coffee machine badly missed.

Expectations were much higher...

Good public connection and several grocery supermarkets in short walking distance. Good equipped kitchen and also 2 bathrooms which isvery convenient when you stay with kids;)

There is no AC in apartment and it is pretty hot during the day. Vent which you have in living room helps a bit but is very noisy and actually helps only in same room... The shower cabin has widely spread mold on the floor. There is also one more disturbing detail: every night ( somewhere at midnight) garbage collecting company cleans garbage cans, which are located just under your windows in master bedroom. That takes around 15 minutes and they are doing it so loudly that if you already fall in sleep you are immediately woke up;(

Good location to spend your vacation in Lisbon

Excellent communication with the host, including easy check-in/check-out; Good location near metro station Alameda (10 min walking distance). Unfortunately Arroios station is closed for renovation. Many restaurants and markets nearby. Clean and tidy apartment with big rooms (2 bedrooms and 1 living/dining room), 2 bathrooms and well equiped kitchen; Available parking close to the apartment.

Cannot use the hot water simultaneously within the 2 baths; Located at 3rd floor without elevator (not specified within description).
