I would highly recommend Jungle house - great location and great facilities.

The property was beautiful and set in a great location close to the beech and a short car ride from the supermarket. Mario and the team were great and very helpful.

Superb

We liked the house and the garden. There was everything we needed. Location is few minutes from the beach. In the location there is no shop, bar or restaurant. You need a car to get anything. For us this wasn't problem. Mario and Francesca are very helpfull and kind. We really enjoyed stay in their house.

Relax and nature: the perfect combination

Jungle House - Pineta Is Morus is the perfect place to stay when you search to relax and nature. We spent 6 nights at the property and we were surprised by the fact that the house is huge. On the arrival, Mario welcomed us, very flexible on timing and meeting our needs. He also recommended us the best restaurant and beaches to visit. The accommodation was clean. In addition, the house is in a private residence, with 24th guardian and the private beach is 5 min by walk from the house. After spending a long day at the beach or visiting, the private pool is the best part of the whole vacation to get a relaxing moment.

In my opinion, there was a lot of furniture/tableware etc in the house. Although that, the house has to provide the most basics objects of the kitchen (ì scissors, cleaning products, etc. were missing!) The rest was great

Great stay in a very good location, with private parking in the villa and closeby all best beaches

Host was very communicative and we got the keys straight away on arrival. Same for checkout, it was a very smooth one. The villa was in a great location, with on site parking and a nice garden. It was located 10min drive to most of the nice beaches around the area. The communal swimming pool was not in use due to Covid-19. There was air conditioning, working well and a nice patio / winter garden which we used a lot for dinner. The garden had lots of chairs and a table and it was full of lovely plants. The beach inside the residence is ok but not as great as the other beaches. Good enough for a morning swim! :) There is also tennis courts and football pitches in the residence, very handy if you travel with your friends. Also the kitchen was well equipped and had also 2 coffee machines for italian espresso! It was a nice choice after all and we recommend it!

We had really a good time during our vacation, however if I had to point out things which could be improved or done to make guests have a better staying: - Better cleaning in the bedrooms and inside the bedframe and patio - Buy brand new tools for the barbecue as they were rusty - Buy some wood for the barbecue (there were only 2 large logs) as there is no oven in the villa, it would be a nice to have - Fix the ceiling fan as it seems it's about to fall off - Buy a new bottle opener - Fix locks in the property as there is just one for the winter garden / patio (which led to the house). All in all these were just small details that could be improved for next time, otherwise we had no issue with our staying. The host was really nice and available and our vacation was great and without any major issue.

Mario is the best host ever. He provided all great details in advance. There were many offers for the excursions and many useful recommendations. We have followed his advice and spent fantastic time on Sardinia

Great time

Property is located in a great area to explore the local beaches of Chia. Renting a car is a must to get around. The property is located within a gated compound with some amazing villas onsite, it has tennis courts, beach volley ball, other sports grounds and a outdoor bar where you can book tours (we did a boat trip snorkelling which was fantastic). Great for sporty kids & parents. The actual villa was great for our family of 5. 3 room, 2 with double beds and one with a bunk bed. The pools us shared with the other two villas but this never caused us a problem and families took it in turns to use the pool without any issues. Mario the host was fantastic. He helped me rent a car when my first rental was cancelled (as I didn’t have a visa or MasterCard credit card - be aware most rental companies in Sardinia don’t accept debit cards for the excess holding funds and try just charge you the whole amount?!?). Mario give us all the local knowledge of places to visit and eat and was always contactable for any questions we had. Overall a great stay and likely to return.

Mosquitoes start at about 7pm make sure you spray before then! The beach within walking distance is ok but definitely use the car and visit the amazing beaches around chia.
