La posizione, colazione abbondante, la pulizia accurata e ricercata delle camere, il tutto unito al valore aggiunto dell' accoglienza di Luca che è stata semplicemente l'accoglienza napoletana per eccellenza. Consigli preziosi e veritieri su luoghi da esplorare e posti dove poter godere della cucina tipica. Un punto fermo per i futuri soggiorni nella stupenda Pompei.

Il meglio che c’è per visitare gli scavi di Pompei.

Pulizia, accoglienza, simpatia e disponibilità, vicinanza agli scavi, ascensore. Gianluca è stato un vero tesoro nel darci tutte le dritte possibili e la nostra permanenza con una bambina di 3 mesi è stata positivissima.

Modern, stylish, quiet place with superb hosting just some footsteps away from Pompeii's central.

One of the few places where you get an experience, not only a b&b. Surprisingly quiet place (soundproofing felt here real!) considering located only 1 street away from Pompeii's central or the railway station. User friendly entry (also self-check-in), a stylish, modern room with electric shutters, many atmospheric lighting options, a little balcony with direct view to the Vesuvius - everything shows that the owner really cares about this place. Exceptional, escpecially with this pricing. And this caring is also true for your stay. He is really friendly and proactive in advising you around, being available all day gives you safety - a host making you feel like you'd visit an Italian friend of yours.

This stay was amazing! Right in the centre of the town. Close to the ruins and bus stop. Lovely little breakfast in the morning. Luca texted the day before check in to see what time we would arrive - we were arriving quite early from Rome and were booked into to see the ruins. As check in was later in the day I thought we would be able to just store our luggage although lovely Tina are arranged our room ready for our early arrival. Nice facilities. Nice view. Can’t go wrong!

Very good

Location was perfect. Gated Apartment for security was excellent for me as a solo traveler. Breakfast was simple but enough. Nice room with comfy bed.

Not that it’s the owners fault but I had young family with a mostly crying baby stay next to me. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, so not much sleep for me sadly.

Amazing place to stay, amazing guy to host it, amazing home to come back to.

Luca the host was absolutely amazing! Really really accommodating for breakfast times, restaurant recommendation, and even helped us get to Naples via the right train! And he’s also always available via text which was super helpful! Loved the interior, how comfortable the rooms were, air in was perfect, fridge, iron, safe, coloured lights in the bathroom 😍. We definitely talked about coming back, super easy to walk to transport and the town, super close to everything necessary, pharmacy and shop.

Don’t let the outside of the building fool you, even though it’s gated (which is so safe!) inside is an absolute gem 💎

Perfect!!

Our family stayed here for 3 nights and it is a lovely place to stay. It’s in a quiet location and only a couple of minutes walk away from the centre where the shops and restaurants are. The Pompei archaeological site is only a few minutes walk away and we also spent a day on the Amalfi coast using public transport. Luca is an amazing and very friendly host who gave us great advice on how to get around where to go. We were able to check in early as the room was ready. The room was clean and the breakfast was lovely.

Location is ideal, close to the centre. Wonderful view on the Vesuvio from the apartment. We recommend this place for a visit of the ruins. The apartment was very clean, brand new and well furnished. Luca is very welcoming.

Excellent location and value for money

The location is perfect, good starting point to visit Pompei ruins (about 500 m away), Napoli and Sorrento are reachable by train from the nearby train station and Vesuvio by tourist bus. The host Luca is very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money. Safe private parking is organized nearby for 15 €/day. Basic, but good breakfast.

Room is a bit small, but it has a balcony.

The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, they know their town like the back of their hand and provided us with suggestions for restaurants based on the type of food we had in mind (!), and it was consistently exceptional.

Perfect!

Luca was super helpful, helped us in everything we needed. The room was perfect, very clean. the location is great, nearby the train station. I just suggest you ask him how to get to the right station, because there is more than one Pompeii Station and we didn’t ask him and arrived at the wrong on and needed a Taxi. but this was our fault. The breakfast is very nice too.

The best budget place to stay in Pompei!

The host is extremely responsive and very helpful. The location is great for the better entrance to Pompei. I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic the host is. Luca is very, very pleasant to deal with. The shower has lots of hot water and the room blinds make the room completely dark!

easy access from the station and a short walk to the ruins. despite the external approach the apartment was clean and neat local amenities. the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast area simple and ideal for the purpose. the host was easy to communicate with and very helpful

Amazing place! Highly recommended.

Amazing place with modern, comfortable rooms and exceptional host. Location is perfect, just in the centre of the city, walking distance to the ruins, great restaurants and train station. Rooms are as new, all equipment is fresh and clean. We were particularly impressed by the host. Luca was absolutely amazing, he took care of all details and provided best recommendations. Excellent locarion to Pompeii access and the basilica. Though the best part was our host, Luca. He was sso helpful, kind and understanding. In addion he is a fun and superb host ensuring we had all the information and anything we needed. He even set us dinner reservations at an excellent restaurant and gave us a novel on Pompeii. Thank you Luca.

Luca is absolutely helpful. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable. It's a great experience to stay here.

There are three different stations in Pompeii. If you come from Sorrento, you need to take an additional transfer train or taxi to reach the house. If you come from Napoli, the location of the house is absolutely perfect. But I will say, in general, the stay is a pleasure and a good deal. =)

Amazing location, kind host, lovely breakfast, clean comfortable beds

Luca was an amazingly kind host, going above and beyond to provide us with information about pompeii's public transport, where and how to get entry tickets and resturant reccomendations. Anything we weren't sure about, he was at our disposal, with no questions asked. He made our stay so much more special than we could have imagined. Breakfast included croissants, biscuits, chocolate bread juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and more, making busy mornings convenient. Seating area includes a beautiful view of Vesuvius Location was also super close to the train station, about a 1 minute walk. I would definitely choose civico 29 again if we come back to pompeii in the future.

Perfect place when visiting Pompeya.

Luca is very nice, quickly helping with any request such as where to park the car or good and not expensive restaurants nearby. He changed our room for a bigger one for the same price without us asking for it. Civico 29 is very well located, near the dinning area, the cathedral and the ruins. Very good price-quality ratio, I very much recommend it.
