Nice place but beddings were old

The view was stunning, a dream to wake up to. The place was clean and spacious.

Maybe some instructions would be nice on the sheets. We left them as is but not sure what to do with them after. We found our beds made up, was it from the previous guests or new? Some sheets were stained with yellow spots. The pillows were so old, not something you want to put your face on. Time to replace some stuff. Maybe sturdy matres and make it more comfortable for your guests. I couldn't find cleaning stuff since we needed to clean after ourself

Nice place, but not totally equipped

The location and view is great! Place was really comfy to stay inn and enjoy the view.

Beds were not that comfortable. Kitchen was not so equipped (we miss some cloth for the dishes and only had one soap for dishwasher). No plastic bags for rubbish.

Sublime view, fantastic stay.

Sublime location overlooking the valley and a fjord. Next to it there is a horse ranch which our daughters enjoyed very much. The cabin is spacious and comfortable. Excellent value.

There was no soap at all (we brought with us) and there weren’t enough towels. The assets detailed above more than compensated for any minor inconvenience.

If you need a cheap and nice place to stay close to Geilo, with your family, get this cottage!

The cabin has fantastic view over the valley and over the lake. We came with several cars, from several different directions, and were a bit worried that we will have problems parking the cars. Absolutely no problem, There was enough parking for all of the cars. And, on top of that, the host was jenerous and allowed us to charge one of the electric cars at the cabin. The cabin has everything you may need for comfortable stay on the mountain. There is a complete kitchen with a large refregerator with a freezer section, electric stove, microvawe oven, and everything else you may need inside. Bathroom and toilet are separted, which was good, as we were many in the cabin. There were even some extra pillows and extra covers, and planty of space in the dining room for dancing and socializing with friends. There is farm just beside cabin, with horses, and kids loved to feed the horses. All in all, you will get a good valuta for your money, if you choose this cottage !!!! It is relatively close to ski lifts, and also to cross country facilities.

I can not say that there was anything that I would dislike about this cabin. Based on the pictures we have seen on Booking.com, The cabin actually looked better than on the pictures.
