Zum Wohlfühlen die reizend eingerichtete Wohnung - auch eine schöne Gegend, nicht weit vom See *

Unterkunft ist für Selbstversorger - und dafür auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht * Wir kamen abends spät dort an - zu unserer Überraschung waren alle Räume schon romantisch beleuchtet - und so ein Vertrauen, der Hausschlüssel steckte schon - es war irgendwie wie ein Traum als wir das nette Holzhäuschen betraten. Per Telefon kontaktierten wir Frau Gaspary, sie kam und wir unterhielten uns gleich blendend mit ihr, so nett alles...

À visiter absolument !

Endroit est absolument fantastique, très confortable, proche du lac et des montagnes, très bien situé. L'appartement est très spacieux, lumineux et cosy, on s'y sent comme chez soi, en plus il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut, très bien équipé. La propriétaire est extrêmement gentille et attentive, accueil très chaleureux, à visiter absolument !!

Nur oberflächlich sauber

Die Wohnung an sich ist gut ausgestattet, auch wenn das nicht ganzheitlich geplant wurde, sondern eine gewachsene Wohnung ist. Die Küchenzeile und das Bad waren sauber.

Da der Raum ursprünglich vermutlich nicht als Wohnung geplant war, fehlt eine entsprechende Stromverteilung, was mit einer Vielzahl von nachts leuchtenden Mehrfachsteckern gelöst wurde. Im Schlafzimmer mussten wir erst mal den richtigen Stecker suchen, bevor dann zumindest ein Teil der Beleuchtung funktioniert hat. Dies war aber nicht der Grund, weshalb wir nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist sind. Entscheidend war hier sie Sauberkeit im Schlafzimmer. Hier kann sich jeder selbst eine Meinung anhand der Fotos bilden. Schade war auch, dass nicht preislich entgegen gekommen wurde, sondern auf das Recht zur Nachbesserung beharrt wurde. Dies kam für uns aber nicht in Frage, da wir uns dann einfach nicht mehr wohl fühlten. Schade ist auch, dass uns als Gast vorgeworfen wurde, nur nach einem Grund zur frühzeitigen Abreise gesucht haben, anstatt sein eigenes Handeln zu hinterfragen.

Die Unterkunft war „überdekoriert“. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätte man kaum Platz eigene Sachen zu stellen.

Superb

we got the apartment Kuschl’Eck that is on the upper floor with external staircase: - Angélika is superb. she welcomed us at the apartment and prepared complimentary for us. - Very quiet location and the wooden house is very cozy - The apartment has everything you need for a long weekend. The kitchen equipment is good for cooking a simple meal.

Wonderful, cozy, regenerating

Everything, apartment, location, the lovely host… were fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, it exceeds the impression from pictures. The care in the details shows that there is taste and heart behind it. The apartment had all necessary tools and services. We had a short stay but would love to come back. Totally recommended!

Ideal spot to top up your batteries.

Great quiet location. We were very comfortable and warm for an overnight winter stay. Easy 15 minutes walk into town for a fantastic brewery drink and dinner. Lovely host met us at the time we agreed taking her time to assist our stay.

Superb

We really enjoyed the sauna and the wooden architecture. A beautiful place to retreat. The host was very forthcoming and we really enjoyed our stay in Murnau. Its a beautiful region.

We are avid cookers, and as is common in many German vacation homes from our experience, the kitchen utensils were limited. But nothing we couldn't solve with some creativity.

Superb

This is a very large and well appointed apartment. A free train and bus ticket for the local area is included in the cost. Unfortunately we were not able to make best use of this due to the trains being cancelled following a major storm. It's in walking distance of the REWE supermarket, railway station and two breweries. There was planty of crockery etc. although a few more cooking utensils would be useful.

We arrived later than expected as the train had been delayed. It was a little difficult to locate the correct property in the dark. We rang the owner and she came out to find us - perhaps we should have rung earlier! The bathroom has underfloor heating which made it too warm. There seemed to be no way of adjusting the temperature. The other rooms were fine. There was no booklet giving useful details such as recycling or local facilities. Most apartments do provide this.

Exceptional

Very well furnished, very clean, very cosy. Everything to feel at home. The bathroom was great with bathtub and shower and the bed, really confortable.

There were no curtains on some windows of the bedroom. Can be difficult for the one who need full dark to sleep.
