There was a huge discrepancy between the booking pictures and the actual room, I think I was cheated

I need to thank the driver for helping me carry my luggage up and down.

There was a huge discrepancy between the booking pictures and the actual room, I think I was cheated. 1) The room facilities are old, there is a smell of smoke, and the smell is always there even though opened the window. It is uncomfortable to sleep all night. 2) There is no elevator in the hotel on the fourth floor. I need to thank the driver for helping me carry my luggage up and down. 3) There is no body soap in the washroom. I went out and bought a bottle myself. 4) The toilet paper was only a little bit, and it was wet. 5) The dust on the screens is beyond description. 6) There is a car transfer to and from the airport. But the inside of the car is dirty. In just a few minutes from the airport to the hotel, I got dirt on my suitcase, dirt on my pants, and dirt on my coat sleeves when I got off the car. On the way back, I ordered a car myself. 7) There is no drinking water in the room, and there is a public water dispenser in the corridor. I dare not drink, I bought some water myself. 8) For the same room, the booking price is twice the price of others. 9) In summary, booking gave it three stars, and I am speechless. How dare you booking app?

24-hour hot water bath

The hotel prices are not high, the facilities are very complete, and there is a 24-hour hot water bath. I really like it.

Exceptional

I was satisfied. pick-up from the airport, even I landed at late night. The owner is a pretty nice women, who can speak English, she helped me to get a tour bus straight to Terracotta Army from the hote next morningl. Of course it's not 5 starts hotel, everything is simple and cheap, but if you just need to stay somewhere for one night near to the airport, this location is what you need. 👍🏽

Not worth the money paid

The place is suitable for a night stopover or if you have an early morning flight since the airport is quite far from the city. The airport pick up was arranged.

We arrived late at night and were leaving early the next morning. I communicated this to the property as well as the fact that I only needed a bed for a few hours of sleep between flights. However, instead of taking us straight to the hotel, the staff kept circling the airport while waiting for another guest to arrive. It cost us almost a whole hour of sleep! (Yes, there is a difference if it is a very short night anyway and the sole purpose of the stay was to get some sleep) They could have easily driven us to the hotel first and then returned back to the airport to pick up the next guest, the property is five minutes away from the airport! Overall, for the facilities / service provided, I would definitely say we were overcharged compared to other places where we stayed during our trip.

reasonable price and comunication smoothly

From the airport near, 8-10 minutes by car, by plane without starting too early in the morning. Rooms are comfortable, and very spacious. The front desk staff is very good level of English, communication is very smooth. Inn surrounded by many restaurants, you can taste and reasonable price.

Relatively close from the airport, a little aircraft noise, would be acceptable.

Staff was very nice and helpful. they arranged airport pickup and drop-off for free. Location is near the airport, very convenient as I was flying the next morning. staff very reactive even late/ night.

The room wasn't heated even though they knew I was coming. It was freezing all night (heater fully on).
