About this house rental
Be our Guest! Come kick back and relax at this immaculate and completely remodeled vacation rental on Hollywood Beach. This home is air conditioned and ocean front. Almost the entire first level of this property is a master suite that features a queen bed, private full bath, and a private living area with beverage/wine fridge and a queen sofa bed. Enjoy private access to the first floor patio right on the beach. Upstairs you will find a very spacious living area with plenty of seating for all and wonderful views of the water. The dining area features a beautiful dining table that seats 8, or take your meal out to eat on the deck! The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances, and plenty of cooking space. There are two more bedrooms upstairs. The upstairs master features a king bed and a full bathroom, and the other bedroom features two twin size beds with a bathroom just across the hall. Check out the life size chess board in the garage and play a fun game with family and friends! Amenities include 2 Beach Cruisers, 8 Beach Chairs, 2 Skim Boards, a sand bucket, 2 Beach Umbrellas, 2 Boogie Boards, a Surfboard, a beach cart, an ice chest, and 2 BBQs.

Lovely clean home, nicely renovated directly on Hollywood Beach. My family and I enjoyed a 4 night stay at this lovely beach front home which sits directly on the sand. Great views, wide quiet beach. Great location Home was extremely clean which is important to me. Note that to reserve you must provide an id before you arrive. Full payment as well as a $1000 security payment was due earlier than most rental homes that we have booked.

Beautiful, renovated, well-decorated, and clean beach house, with the best location right on the sand at the end of a cul-de-sac. We were beyond happy with this rental and it was perfect for our 2 families. Any small issues were immediately resolved by the management company, who was quick to respond via text/phone call and always very friendly. This house was very well stocked and well maintained and we look forward to another vacation here in the future! Thank you to the home owners for allowing us to enjoy this home and beach vacation, and to the management company for making sure we had a seamless and comfortable stay.

This house is so pretty, comfortable and clean. The beach view was unbeatable. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, but plenty of room for people to get some down-time. We got a lot of use out of the cool garage chess board and the air hockey/ping pong table! Lovely setup for school-age kids. Nice touches some rentals forget like plenty of fans, extra blankets, and enough cookware and glassware for an actual group! We felt extremely welcome here!

We are repeat guests to this beautiful home and love the ocean front location. The amenities made this our home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen, bikes, and games for all ages. Our only suggestion would be to repair the two downstairs sliding door vertical blinds for guests wanting to sleep in.

Exceedingly comfortable stay. Easy check in. We had no issues at all so we didn't need to contact management, however they were very responsive prior to checking in. Comfortable beds and furniture. Beautiful beach with soft, soft sand and no crowds Great place for a weekend getaway or better yet a nice long week at the beach! We would DEFINITELY stay again.

I used to live in Oxnard for about 9 months so I already knew the natural beauty of the area.This house is stunning, and the large couch shown in the picture is perfect to hang out with your entire family and friendsThe kitchen table (also shown) accommodates a ton of people and there was so much fun we had eating and drinking as we heard the waves crashing and smelled the ocean air coming in from the balcony

Great location and spacious home. Amenities such as bikes, chairs and beach toys were excellent. Bath towels and beach towels were not acceptable in quantity and condition. Master shower is stained and dirty and the drain backed up during the shower making it unusable during the stay.

I rented this house for a long overdue two-night family getaway which included my 91-year-old mom. The house itself is in a great location with wonderful ocean views but the furniture (mainly outdoor,) kitchen ware, sheets, and overall cleanliness of the house was very disappointing. There were numerous issues which were addressed in real-time by the property management company.
Pros: Location and size of house with the ability to accommodate a large family or two couples travelling together.
Cons: 1) No actual coffee maker - there's a Keurig machine available with a VERY limited number of pods - Folger's coffee in a pod is really not going to do it for those who enjoy real coffee in the morning. For those of us who enjoy a good strong cup of coffee in a coffeemaker or a coffee press, knowing that there’s only a Keurig machine at the property should be clearly mentioned on the listing for this vacation rental homeowner's/property management company. 2) Stains on pillowcases and sheets on both the master bedroom comforter and bedding downstairs on the queen bed. Also, the comforter on the King bed in the Master bedroom was covered with a layer of sand which my husband and I had to shake off outside, cutting into our overall getaway. We could have thrown it in the dryer but the dryer itself had a significant amount of sand in it so that didn’t seem like a good idea. All of that said, given the dollar amount per night for this vacation rental and the cleaning fee, everything (especially the bedding) should be absolutely spotless and in excellent condition! 3) Master bedroom is in the back of the house which did have some street noise late at night and early in the morning. I would hope that the largest and nicest room in the house should be facing the ocean versus the street but that's something that's not mentioned in the advertised listing. 4) Toilet seats are off center in both of the upstairs bathrooms. It seems like this place had a remodel but things such as the toilet seats were done very cheaply and not adjusted correctly. Again, very surprising and disappointing for the dollar amount! 5) Outdoor furniture both upstairs and downstairs was dirty and cheap.
To recap, I think that there are better places to stay on Hollywood Beach and wouldn't recommend this property unless the Homeowner's and the property management company step things up and address many of the issues mentioned above.

This was a wonderful property whose location really can't be beat. We basically checked in and never left! We had everything we could possibly need and enjoyed a very relaxing family getaway spending endless hours playing in the surf and sand.
