Fatalne mejsce, nie rezerwujcie go!

Apartament - KOSZMARNY, nie rezerwujcie go! Po przyjeździe okazał się że apartament czeka "gotowy" i możemy do niego iść, Pani wydała klucze nie mówiąc właściwie nic. Po przyjeździe zastałyśmy ciemną norę (nie wierzcie zdjęciom!) w której było przeraźliwie zimno, ewidentnie nikt tam nie przebywał od dłuższego czasu. Nikt nie poinformował nas że musimy w jakikolwiek sposób włączyć ogrzewanie. Wieczorem po odkryciu termostatu w domu, okazało się że jest 12 STOPNI!!! Siedziałyśmy w kurtkach, a stanie na zimnych kafelkach w salonie, bez butów, było niemożliwe, w końcu same uruchomiłyśmy ogrzewanie, ale mieszkanie nagrzało się dopiero po 72h!!! Pierwszego dnia było 13 stopni, drugiego 14, a trzeciego 15,5- chyba nie muszę pisać że jesteśmy chore... Obsługa cały czas tłumaczyła się że trzema czekać a właściciel twierdzi że zdanie ustawił grzanie na 25 st ( haha, tak, w starej kamienicy z żeliwnymi kaloryferami ;) ) - czystość, ciężko ocenić gdyż apartament wyglądał ja od dawna nieużywany, wszystko było stare - wyposażenie, praktycznie nie istniało, jeden garnek, dwa kubki itd. - łazienka ok, stara, ale może być - kuchnia, kolejna rzecz która nie działała to gaz, po 24h przyjechał pan który włączył gaz w kuchence, ale nadal nie dało jej się używać - WIFI - nie istnieje zapomnijcie, i po opiniach widzę że tego wifi po prostu nie ma, a ściemniają że jest i "naprawią" - kontakt z obsługą, niby odpisują, ale na to co chcą, przez 3 dni olewali kwestie wifi, ogrzewanie faktycznie przyszedł ktoś sprawdzić, z gazem do tej pory nie wiemy jakim cudem pan twierdził że działa, skoro uruchomić się nie dało Podsumowując- jest wiele tańszych apartamentów z taką lokalizacją, jeśli sytuacja was nie zmusza to nie rezerwujcie!!!

Большие и хорошие апартаменты. Находятся в самом центре Турина, под рукой буквально все. Удобная кровать и диван, хороший спнузел

Очень мало освещения, но эта проблема решается, если таршер из спальни перенесли в зал. Он всю комнату осветит. В спальне возле кроватных тумбочек есть светильники.

Bien ubicación, podría mejorar en limpieza

Estaba bien , solo que lo que era el sofá y cubres de la cama estaban sucios, hacía calor , creo que el motivo es porque debajo del apartamento había una una pizzería y tenían un horno .

Las instalaciones y ubicación eran perfectas ,pero podía estar más limpio

Localização excelente, melhor impossível. Possibilidade de ver tudo a pé. Ambiente acolhedor, asseado e limpo. Facilidade de comunicação com empresa dentro do horário disponível Espaços comuns do prédio limpos, sossegados e arejados, e vizinhos sossegados. Bom WiFi e TV. Água quente contínua e boa. Disponibilização de muitas toalhas e papel higiênico. Oferta de amostras de shampoo e sabonete. Qualidade preço impecável

Melhorar as instruções aquecimento Roupa para o sofá cama melhor higienizadas Horário de atendimento mais alargado Secado de cabelo não funciona ou tem má ligação.

Było jednak uroczo

Fundamentalną jest lokalizacja apartamentu, w samym sercu Turynu. Apartament jest również dość przestronny. Mimo zgiełku na zewnątrz, jest też stosunkowo wyciszony.

Brak kontaktu z Gospodarzem po godz. 23:00. To bardzo trudny element, jeśli wziąć pod uwagę przylot 22:30. Brak oznaczenia numeru drzwi wejściowych i analogii z numerem na pęku kluczy. Szukaliśmy właściwych drzwi przeszło pół godziny, że o "próbie" wejścia do innego mieszkania... aż szkoda wspominać. Na breloku nr 5... a drzwi to numer 2. A Ty domyśl się! Winda z kratami, którą można uruchomić tylko ze specjalnym chipem... ale nikt o tym nie powiedział, a chipa nie było w zestawie kluczy. Walizki tup-tup na górę. No i ten prysznic... ;-( z lat siedemdziesiątych. Słuchawka bardzo stara i niedrożna. Koszt nowej to przecież jakieś 100 zł. Na koniec... wymieniono klucze do drzwi wejściowych... i nowy klucz włożono do skrzynki pocztowej, ale nikt nie raczył o tym wspomnieć. Ponadto nie było wiadomo, którą skrzynkę otworzyć, Nie wszystko się da zrekompensować urokiem Torino. Fatalna organizacja w tym zakresie.

service made it not worth it !

very central

Apartment gets no sunlight. The toilet didn’t flush and they were too busy to come fix it during our stay. Also I found out the key was to be picked up at their office which happened to be 2 km from the apartment and they refused to meet me half way or at the property to drop off the key even after I told them I was 6 months pregnant with a suitcase. I ended up having to roll my suitcase 2km there and back, exhausted. If you run a rental at least deliver the keys to the properties..

loved the location & the staff at reception were so helpful. sooktieesly ckean great shower but just a bit noisy

comfy bed, spotlessly clean and spacious. amazing location

the noise outside. constant until late at night then starts early. trams, deliveries people shouting and bells tolling. if you have earplugs & are up at 6 every morning you’ll be fine!

good location but not good value for money

location

the flat wasn’t clean enough, we booked for three people but the sofa bed didn’t have bedding ware, after several back and forth messages some people brought the sheets at almost midnight (after a long nigh instead of sleeping and resting we had to wait for them). The experience with reservation company was bad- for taking the keys you have to walk around 1km away from the flat, we had luggage but were told the apartment is very close, which turned to be not really close for walking with a kid and several luggage. The CleanBnb staff never apologised for not taking care of the third bad, not a single sorry. Later when I asked them to arrange a taxi for check out they said they are too busy for that ( never happened to me, that was very rude). The apartment also lacks basic staff like hand soap ( some basic small packages of shampoo only) and toilet paper ( we only had one roll for a week stay) salt sugar etc, so keep in mind you have to buy everything. The only good thing is the location.

Disappointing, dreadful customer service, accommodation not as advertised.

We arrived to find the bed unmade, the wifi codes were wrong, they failed to provide any help or explanation, did not take phone calls, just ignored us. The customer service is beyond awful. They fail to respond to, emails, phone calls, booking.com messages, WhatsApp phone calls. Will only respond to WhatsApp messages after an extremely long wait. When they do respond they are worse that useless, the absolute worst.

To hot appartment in summer

Great location in the centre of Turin

Do NOT book this location in the summer. There is no airconditioning and the fans are not able to cool properly. Inside hotter than outside. Last night of our stay booked airconditioned rooms somewhere else.

I suggest a second fan for the bedroom and one for the living room which was used as a bedroom (we were 3). It was very hot in the night.

Easy access to so many things very nice old apartment with charm

Location excellent clean. Extra points for having 2 Moka pots for good coffee!

Fabulous flat in the heart of Turin, just behind Piazza Castello!

Whether you are up to visit museums; to shop on via Garibaldi, via Roma or via Lagrange; taste typical Piedmontese food and Turin chocolate; or simply wander around and admire the architecture of the centro storico; then it is all possible by foot from this fabulous flat at the heart of the city, just behind piazza Castello.

Being in the heart of the centro storico means that they are a lot of restaurants and activities in the streets around. If you do not like noisy place, this is perhaps not the best location for you.
