Capitalize on a unique travel experience, while still feeling at home in your fully equipped 2 Bedroom Presidential Suite. 1500 SQUARE FEET 2 BEDROOMS 2 BATHROOMS Master Bedroom: King Guest Bedroom: Queen Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa Living Room: Foosball Table Kitchen: Luxury~ Fully Equipped! WASHER DRYER IN UNIT Balcony There is TV, BOSE Sound System, Sonify Movie System, and elevator and staircase access. Resort Amenities: Outdoor Swimming Pool Sunbathing Area BBQ Area Fire Pit Fitness Center Activities Center Owners Lounge with Game Room Parking at this property is $35/day with full in/out privileges. Our company, Resort Stay, is a licensed travel agency specializing in Wyndham Resorts. We have been in business since 2012 and you can count on us to provide you with an amazing Resort Stay! Primary renter must be at least 21. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out. The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party will be arriving before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours. Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another company, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations. A credit card that you provide at check-in is used as a security deposit. Rooms are inspected after Housekeeping cleans. Damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file. Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation. Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted. Resort Stay LLC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages. Guests can purchase travel insurance prior to their trip to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellation. Reservations are transferable for $99.

Family of four found this property to be an amazing find! Highlights include a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing view, foosball table, and a perfect location. Right in the middle of the city to be excited by the sights and sounds but far enough to be relaxed from the hustle and bustle. The adults found some away-from-kids time on the rooftop with some beverages around the fire features. The kids enjoyed the record player and rooftop pool. Really, we can’t say enough good things about our stay.

My family and I celebrated a birthday with a stay here and all I can say is WOW. Nothing short of a luxury experience- the views, the staff, the location was all perfect. We had no idea how cool this place would be. I would 100% stay here again. The concierge even put together a gift basket for my cousins birthday it was so thoughtful and topped off the best weekend.

Easy and quick contracting process. The only part that is a little different is that you are not viewing online the same unit you are renting. This property is more like a hotel. You view a sample room and rent one that meets the same specs. Worked out well. We would rent and stay again.
