Un adecuado alojamiento para disfrutar de una ciudad maravillosa.

La ubicación inmejorable. En zona céntrica y a su vez muy tranquila para el descanso y privacidad del resto de la calle. La atención, disponibilidad y respuesta del anfitrión excepcional. Muy atento en peticiones y ofreciendo muy buenos consejos sobre la ciudad y su gastronomía.

Good gor visiting Evora but some small changes needed.

Location Air conditioning Terrace Kitchen Fast reaction to mails of Rui, the owner. Quiet location and nice surroundings.

Shower floods and it was not the first time, looking at the bathroom door. Better cleaning needed.

We would not stay again.

Location was good to visit the sites of Evora once we finally were able to find a parking spot and get our luggage to the room. It was adequate for a one night stay with our family.

Pictures of the unit were deceiving as it is quite run down and need of many repairs. The arrival was difficult as the narrow roadways were not described well making it difficult to figure out how to get our cars and luggage to the unit. There was a big leak of water below our unit when we arrived. The ensuite bathroom was tiny. It appeared no one was maintaining the whole building.

Great location.

Awesome Location, and great Air Conditioning! Street Parking on Av. do Bombeiros between R. do Chafariz Del Rei & Av. Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian https://goo.gl/maps/6VhGbbnAGnxi4hzq7 some spots are free & some are pay so check the signage.

If you want to keep the doors on the two rooms with double beds closed while sleeping, the is no air conditioning unit in the two single rooms - the air conditioning in the living room sort of reaches the single rooms. The single rooms are directly across from the double bed rooms though so if all doors are open you are good.

We were not at all happy with the venue or the hosts who seemed completely disinterested in us.

The beds were comfortable. The outdoor verandah.

The access was very narrow and difficult to negotiate in the car. The code we were given that morning didn't work and I had to ring them and was told I was sent an update which I didn't get, but they insisted I did. Not friendly or helpful host, who reluctantly then gave us the new code. The lighting in the kitchen was very poor as the light fitting over the sink was missing and the stove had no light and no extraction. The main bathroom door was broken, the whole panel in the middle of the door was hanging off so no privacy. The shower leaked.

The location was great and the facilities were very good as well. Casa 9 where we stayed had its own barbecue which had I know I would have definitely had a proper barbecue!

There were two rooms which had no windows and no A/C, which would benefit of some light and air.

Location

Apartment 9: Light bulbs not working, aisle lights switch broken making electricity noise and lights flashing. Not enough milk for 5 people on breakfast. They didn’t advice it was a first floor. Pan for cooking were dirty and broken. I didn’t met anybody so I don’t know how is the staff. I understand we are under cover restrictions but even say hello from safety distance is not nice.

Very good

Highly recommend: Location is amazing and within walking distance to all Evora sightseeing. The building has a lovely setting. Great terrace with a nice view. House was very clean. Owner was very helpful. Bbq outside in terrace (we didn’t use, but it’s nice if you are prepared for it). Stuff for breakfast was left for us in the property.

Not much that I didn’t like - overall we were very satisfied and I would still rebook if I’m back in Evora. Some points: The small bedrooms do not have any windows and are very small. Bathroom in big bedroom is a bit small, but it’s ok. No mirrors in bedrooms (probably a girl problem) :)

Exceptional

Very nice tradition house. Have everything you need. 4 bed room and kitchen, bbq. Close to attractions of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable.

There are no parking area in the property. But they are parking area close to the property. And toilet in main bed room quite small.
