Dirty and low value for money

The room was very low kept. There were a lot of marks on the walls, in the bathroom. The shower had the wall not finished properly. The bench in the bathroom was filthy and stained. There was rust on the appliances The room was very noisy, maybe it is understandable because of the position The room had marks on the walls, the chair in the room was very beaten up The host told us that it’s because other guests, but that is not mine as a guest problem, but theirs to fix it ip for their next customer The breakfast was in another place, a terrace, not at the location. When we talked about this with the host he wanted to give us money to “have for a coffee” to make us “happy” Happy we only needed to stay for 1 night

La situació i l’edifici on està inclòs. La cafeteria que té concertada per esmorzar està bé.

Tot era correcte però la manca d’un recepcionista o un servei en persona dificultava la comunicació.

Disappointed

Definitely location, the helpful host always keeps communication in case you need something.

We had to book last minute and found NapoliViva with a good rating but it was a failure for us. Mold is not acceptable for staying. We were very disappointed to see the 'Room 2' bathroom had mold since the space is small and mentioned as a Deluxe room. And next morning my GF found mold in her pillowcase corner side (Room is dark and you won't be able to see clearly unless you turn on all lights). Soundproofing was weak, I was able to hear every splash upstairs neighbor's shower, and barking dog in the evening. Also, this was the very first place that I had a problem communicating in English, for communication using a translator. No mini-refrigerator.

Più in centro storico di così è impossibile . La via parallela rispetto a San Gregorio armeno, nel tratto più vivace sla spaccaNapoli ma comunque silenziosissima. Comoda rispetto a tutti i servizi e perfetta per una famiglia con due bambini

Know what to expect

Staff was amazingly friendly! The location is also VERY convenient. They offer a nice common area for tea, coffee and meeting. The room was clean.

The room was extremely small! The bed was terrible, every movement woke up the partner in the bed. The pillows are old and worn out. The bathroom is so small that you can barely take a shower, or properly use the toilet. I couldn't shave any of the days due to the fact that there is nowhere to put my shaving cream. The faucet is difficult to turn on and off - poor maintenance. There was never really any very hot water. I guess since this is a B&B there was never anyone at the property to ask for help. All communication was done via WhatsApp (although she was very nice and helpful!) No room safe or safe storage options. There are many steps to get to the property and room. We had to ask for a blanket, the standard is no blanket. I was glad that we only had 2 nights at the hotel and that we moved on. We will not be coming back!

Due to narrow roads and street vendors, our driver had to drop us off far from the property when we arrived. We had to walk down a long road with our luggages and find the property. It would have been nice to know ahead of time about this and have the staff come out and meet us on the main road. Also no lift, so had to carry luggages up a few flights of stairs. Tough but doable. Noise level on street can be heard throughout the night. Not good for sleeping.

Comfortable room on a quiet street in the middle of the Historic Center.

The building was very nice, the air conditioning was fantastic after being in the hot summer sun. The wifi worked well and the staff were friendly.

The door to the room needed a door stopper and the wall near the door had a chip in it (I'm assuming from a previous BnB client). The shower also was also slightly leaking. These are minor things though, as generally it was a very pleasant experience.

Superb

The location was great, 15 mins walking from the central station, you’re also close to the famous pizza da Michele. Franco coordinated with us before arriving and met us at the place to handover the keys. The room was clean and modern.

Great central location and amazingly attentive host!

The location was as central as you can get and yet not overly noisy at night. Salvatore was probably the most responsive and attentive host you could have. Could not fault him.

We arrived to unseasonably wet weather for May and the property didn’t have a great ventilation system for the shower. Normally would have been fine but coupled with our wet clothes and cases made the room feel a bit damp.

Great location and a nice room!

The location of the property is great, it’s right in the heart of the historic centre and we only had to walk 2 minutes to find amazing restaurants and bars. The room was a perfect size and cool with a fun little balcony. The host was helpful, informative, and friendly which really helped make our stay the best.

The only issue was the wifi didn’t work fully in the room but otherwise it was fine. This wasn’t an issue as we were hardly in the room

The location is very convenient because is centric to the downtown and appreciates the cultural sights, although be prepared for the noise of the busy city since early in the morning. Customer service decent. Room small but comfy. Plus small breakfast in a near coffee location.

The internet connection is very weak and comes and goes. We were told there was a cleaning service every three days, but they would change the towels every other day, but we never got new clean towels.

Great place to stay in the historic centre

Excellent location in the Historic Centre, close to restaurants, museums and sight to see. Salvatore provided wonderful service and recommendations

Our room was out of reach of the site wifi, but we could sit in the common area/kitchen and get full wifi service. Our room was comfortable but the bed was really low, making it difficult to get up from, especially in the middle of the night and negotiate the 3 steps up into the bathroom.
