Génial !

Propre, agréable, climatisation en marche à l’arrivée (petit détail mais qui a son importance), l’hôte explique extrêmement bien comment trouver l’appartement et le parking, nous avons tout le temps mangé à l’extérieur mais tout est très bien équipé (cuisine, salle de bain) ! Très bon séjour !

Alles wunderbar

Das Apartment ist wunderschön - sehr hell und sauber und mit allem was für einen Kurztrip benötigt wird ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert und kontaktlos und die Gastgeberin Vizia hat viele nützliche Infos mit uns geteilt. Sie war super freundlich und immer für uns zu erreichen. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorragend um zu Fuß die Innenstadt zu erkunden.

Quello che davvero mi ha colpita è stata la pulizia !! Per me fondamentale.. ho amato l’arredamento e il modo in cui ha sfruttato ogni spazio della casa ! Doccia top ! E posizione top !

Unica pecca i vicini casinisti e la porta molto sottile si sentiva tutto dal condominio e ho faticato un po’ a dormire .

dog barking constantly and cannot sleep

the location is close to town

a dog in the next apartment begins barking at 6:45am everyday, because of the old building it sounds like the dog is in the room with us. this continues for hours every morning. the instructions for getting in to the property are disorganized and unclear, because of the small one way road you can not slow down or stop in order to access the keys and drop off the bags, we were screamed at and had multiple people furious with us for trying to get into the building.

Beautiful apartment with a central location but thin walls.

The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect. Good price for value and amazing that parking was included. Very very nice host. We loved our stay.

The beds are very soft but that's a personal choice of how you like it. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours.

It was a very cozy, lovely little apartment with all of the utensils we needed. The location was very nice, just a few hundred meters from the como station, the lake, and the old city, we were able to walk anywhere we wanna go. The apartment is in a quite stylish and old fashioned Italian building, which is quite interesting and new experience for us. Vizia is a nice host who gave us quick and detailed instructions and warm welcome. Thank you very much！

Superb

- The location was great - It was very clean! - The bed was very comfortable - The host was very helpful - The self check-in was easy and it was very convenient to not have to worry about getting there in a specific time slot - The fridge contained drinks at pretty reasonable price (almost as it would be in the supermarket) - The studio was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures, but not too small and very cozy Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay :)

We didn't like so much only 3 small things: - The balcony was not looking towards the street. From the pictures we thought that it would be one of the balconies that can be seen in the picture of the building from the outside. It turned out that it is looking over the backyard ( and not over a garden for example, but mostly the side of another building). May be it would be a good idea to include a picture showing what would be the view from the balcony so that the guests have realistic expectations - just a suggestion :) - The walls were very thin and we could hear everything from the neighbors above us. Several times we though someone is knocking on the door or trying to get in but it turned out the noise is from above. That didn't bother us much, I am mentioning it just because I guess it would be a problem for some people. - The check-out is pretty early - 10 a.m. Usually it is at least 11 :)

ICE COLD, NOISY, DIRTY, NO PARKING.

Nothing was nice except that they do accept dogs.

ICE COLD FLAT (only a heating fan which in winter is like nothing), EXTRA NOISY, full of people partying a SCREAMING. IMPOSIBLE TO SLEEP. They offer the flat as with PARKING, which is NOT TRUE. The property has a parking spot that is always full and very far away from the house, so you do not get a private spot and we had to leave the car at the streets and pay a LOT.

Nice, central, clean

The location is great, quite central, there is parking behind. What I liked the most was the detailed instructions provided by the host with images and videos - it was self check-in. The place if nice, clean. Quite small, but good for a short stay.

The wifi was very bad. It didn't work at all, but also our phone internet connection was somehow blocked.

Nice stay

Vizia was kind to accept a late checkin. We recommend arriving earlier, to meet with the host and have her taking you to the apartment, cause we had difficulties in find it and the parking place by ourselves. The apartment was nice, clean, like in the pictures, at 5-7’ from a carrefour express and 10’ to the waterfront. Vizia surprised us with a nice welcome message, we really appreciated it.

Fabulous overnight stop in a contemporary space surrounded by Italian culture.

Good location, parking, balcony with table & chairs and great use of space inside, comfy bed, quiet outlook, modern decor but warm and cosy. Little extras provided by Vizia, chocolates, coffee & candles! Everything we needed to self cater in the small but functional kitchen space. Snack bar and drinks in fridge available at an extra cost if needed. We did self check in with no problem, Vizia sent detailed instructions and was prompt & easy to communicate with. Enjoyed staying in the heart of Italian urban life & hope to return.
