Pousada muito bonita e aconchegante, quarto confortável com chuveiro ótimo, funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos, em um dos dias tivemos que sair mais cedo devido a um passeio e providenciaram itens do café da manhã antes do horário.

A estadia foi ótima, todos foram super queridos e atenciosos desde o dia da confirmação da reserva, até o fim da estadia. Sempre preocupados em proporcionar a melhor experiência, ajudam com as rotas, passeios, dicas de horários para ir nas praias pegar pôr do sol, nascer do sol, incrível. O carinho é perceptível nos detalhes. A pousada fica muito bem localizada, perto do centro, perto das praias, saída de passeios. Amamos muito.

O colchão não era muito bom, abriu um buraco no meio enquanto dormíamos, e quando deixamos as chaves para limpeza não houve a troca das toalhas.

A localização é excelente. Arraial do Cabo é possível fazer tudo a pé. O atendimento da pousada faz toda a diferença. Eles entraram em contato dias antes do check-in, sugeriram passeios, transfer, perguntaram se havia restrições alimentares e exigências em relação a estadia. Um dos melhores atendimentos que já tivemos. Ao chegar na pousada eles nos orientaram em relação as praias. Chegamos antes do horário do check-in, mas eles estavam dispostos a ficar com nossas malas, mesmo sem ter um local próprio pra isso. A cama é grande e super confortável e o ar-condicionado é bom. O café da manhã é simples, mas é bom. ATENDIMENTO EXCEPCIONAL!
Eles colocaram um aromatizante no quarto que estava forte, mas ao abrir a janela já amenizou. E o blackout do quarto deixa passar a luz do sol. Nada demais, voltaria outras vezes à pousada. São detalhes que se tornam pequenos diante do excelente atendimento.

Los espacios comunes son lindos pero ni los ves porque estas todo el dia afuera.
El desayuno inviable. Era de 08 a 10 hs, bajábamos a desayunar 08:10 y ya no había nada, y JAMAS volvían a reponer. La primera tarde dejaron café con torta (como en todas las posadas) para que te sirvas. Al segundo día, se ve que como éramos muchos dejaron de ponerlo!!! Unos ratas totales.
La gente de la recepción para el olvido, cero amables. Les pedimos si nos pongan agua caliente en el termo y SIEMPRE tenían un pero. Predisposición por el piso para cualquier cosa.
No volveria a hospedarme aca, no se justifica pagar tanto para un lugar que es probable que te quedes sin desayunar si llegas 10 minutos mas tarde.

Para quem elege como indispensável secador de cabelo, pode se decepcionar com o desempenho do disponível na pousada. Em alta temporada há momentos de falta de energia, em decorrência da estrutura da cidade não comportar o aumento de pessoas.

Ótima localização, fica pertinho da praça do Cova e na frente da praia dos anjos. As acomodações são boas e bem limpas, o lugar é bem bonito. O café da manhã é gostoso, mas eles precisam apenas repor mais rapido dado que a pousada estava bem cheia.
Infelizmente não existe estacionamento, você precisa estacionar na porta da Pousada. Não é um problema mas em alguns momentos você não vai achar vaga, eles sempre deixam um carro ou um bug segurando vagas para as pessoas na pousada mas saiba que você pode não encontrar vaga por ali.

Café da manhã muito bom e com bastante variedade. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo, cama extremamente confortável e ar condicionado funcionando.
A única reclamação é o chuveiro que saia pouquíssima água e não tinha meio termo ou era frio ou muito quente. Falamos com os donos e eles pediram desculpa e disseram que vão consertar.

My top 3 things I really loved about the Pousada Arraial Inn was 1st the Room which was ideal for my wife and I, my 2nd favourite was the location it was at a suitable distance from the busy restaurants, traffic and food trucks, my 3rd favourite was the amazing staff that looked after us during our stay, they helped out with our enquiries, when we entered our room they catered to our honeymoon with fresh roses on the bed, made swans out of the towels and provided us with wine and fondu which my wife and I loved and hesitated on disturbing as it was such a lovely thing to see. To add a bonus point to the list was the food for breakfast was just what my wife and I adored about the Inn, It was simple but amazing... and if you needed more the staff were happy to supply with a top up!.

The complete experience was amazing. Having travelled from Rio and visiting this place it was nice and quiet, and easy to walk around. We used boat taxis to visit beaches, which were beautiful, highly recommend.

O atendimento é o grande diferencial dessa pousada. Todos os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. A localização da pousada também é muito boa, dois minutos da praia dos Anjos e a uns 10 minutos no máximo de caminhada à Praia Grande. Outro ponto positivo é a limpeza dos quartos.
A única ressalva é sobre o estacionamento, a pousada não possui garagem. O carro fica na rua, realmente não existe cobrança, pois é colocado uma placa no interior do carro com o nome da pousada e assim não existe cobrança. Mas a indicação de estacionamento grátis no site, gerou dúvida e me fez achar que havia garagem.

The staff was amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. The place looks really nice. We were pleased with the little birds that stopped by the palm tree outside our room. The breakfast was very good and they had coffe, tea and cake available in the afternoon.
Showers are never great in that area.

Lovely place in every detail. Perfect location for boat tour and boat diving.
Staff was polite and helpful. The swimming pool/communal area is beautiful and we stayed there after checkout until our lift picked us up.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day was excellent, with a variety of fresh breads, cakes, eggs, and fruit, with great coffee and tea. All of the staff was courteous and efficient. Parking was on the street in front, but always monitored by the staff. Restaurants and shops are available about a 10 minute walk away along the beachfront. One great restaurant is Tio Dorp.

one has to ask for everything: more toilet paper, eggs for breakfast. Towels were not changed in 4 days. It was like the property was counting every penny.

the personal touch of the owners. the owner rang her daughter in Portugal to help us! there was a beautifully written personal message in the room on arrival. the swimming pool area is stylish. the breakfast was good. the room was clean.

All my family and I loved the place. We only regret not having more time to stay more nights. Everything was EXCEPTIONAL, delicious food, comfortable bedrooms, stunning decorations, and INCREDIBLE kind staff.
This place is highly recommended. The place suits a couple's trip or a family reunion like mine.

The staff is kind and helpful, providing all that's needed for a pleasant stay and also helping in booking tours (like boat tour and scuba diving). Cozy accommodation, comfortable room with good shower, complete breakfast, great value for money.
The bed was actually twin beds put together, therefore with a space in between.

I like Pousada Arraial In. The staff was very kind (they gave good recommendations for tours and food) Good breakfast with typical food of Brazil. The location is great, very closed to Praia pescadores and Do Forno (you can walk to both beaches). In Praia pescadores you can take any boat tour. Parking is on the street (no private parking available), however it was safe to leave the car outside during the stay. The room was clean (but the towels were not change daily). The vapor or sauna was working perfect. I recommended this pousada for short vacations or it is a good option (cost-services).
The intermittent towels room service and no available free water for the clients any time.
