Good location but if you need Wi-Fi for working, this will be a problem. Connection is zero

Location in Putrajaya near all government offices. Alamanda shopping mall across the street. Places to eat and shop no worries Room spacious, nicely decorated living room with sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen and cooking facilities, washer dryer provided too. Bed comfortable, Ac working well and shower pressure good

No wifi connection The shower head in room 1510 not stable and not adjustable. Rain shower not working Parking a bit tricky to find the hotel entrance from the basement. Heavy smell of garbage so it will be unpleasant when walking

Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement in the breakfast service.

We booked this hotel very last minute, just 4 days before our check-in date, during a school holiday. Despite this, we were very satisfied with the family room. The room was clean and had basic amenities for an apartment. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Alamanda. The staff were very helpful, especially the concierge (Alondo, if I'm not mistaken). Overall, a great stay!

However, there were a few downsides to our stay. The buffet breakfast was not replenished during the two days we were there. On the second day, food was running out by 9am, and there was no replenishment of cereal or milk (I had to take milk from the coffee machine myself). The buffet line was dirty, and no chef was seen checking the food. The service staff on the floor were busy clearing tables and attending to other tasks. Despite the good variety of food, it quickly ran out and was not replenished.

Overall, it was a good stay with family.

Residence is clean and good. Breakfast is very good.

It is not a proper hotel but an appart-hotel with facilities somewhat like hotel. Installed TV is not a smart TV and have only malaysian channels, a difficult thing to handle with kids. However, their rates are high as compared to their facilities.

Nice place to stay for midrange duration..one week or so

Provide an alternative for those attending meeting or courses in Putrajaya offices. The apartment like hotel room provides complete amenities and even a washing machine, electrical stove and microwave. The aircond and refrigerator work 😊. I like the soap and shampoo😍

Like most of hotel..there was no wall clock be it digital or analog. It’s nice to have but not mandatory😉. There was a connecting bridge between the hotel and Alamanda but due to poor signage, you will go round and round. At the end the external way thru the main entrace is easier..straight to Parkson😙

The toilet sewage was terrible, the dryer doesn’t work properly and the toiletries were terrible , both pump for shampoo and shower gel not working well.

Nice apartment.

Wide variety of breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff. Bid swimming pool. Big size apartment. Clean & comfortable bed, toilet & kitchen. Got fridge, not mini bar size. Microwave oven & rice cooker being provided and not to forget the washing machine. Wifi super fast.

Variety of breakfast was the same on the 2nd day. As mentioned in other guest review, there was a bad smell in the toilet suspected from the drainage pipe which might due to poor design of it. The hotel might want to provide air freshener. Dishwash detergent need not being provided; RM15 if you need it. The toiler bidet was the type that "shooting" from the bowl, not the one with hose. Some might find this troublesome. Swimming pool water tasted a bit salty like diluted sea water.

Good staycation

The room are very spacious and clean. Even the living area and dining area are very good. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The TV Channel are a bit dissapointed. I think You should add more to the Channel. There's no dishwasher liquid.

comfortable room with some improvements and ask for a room far away from the main street

very large apartment high up - very good view and most of the things needed were there. Restaurant was very good and value for money . Once we needed something from the room service, they came fast

We reserved for 3 people but received 2 sets of towels ( was corrected after calling) and they also put only one roll of toile paper for 1 day ( was solved after calling) - but you need to tell them exactly what you need and then they deliver in short time. THE MOST unfortuante part was, that even we were high floor we could hear the noise from the street, as we had a room close to the main street

Just nice

the vibe of the surrounding Food for breakfast good wit new experience cooking on the table. A good one. Internet was okay. The apartment was a good and calm for a short gateaway.

Hot water from the shower takes minutes to flows. Expectation for 2nd room to have 2 single o queen bed.

great location - walk distance mall and food area. facilities - the room feel like home, great view, kitchen area, bedroom and the washing machine in the room make my stay more relaxed. the swimming pool and the service towels after swimming is extra points.

cleanliness - can see dusty specially at the corner area, inside the tv cabinet and under it, under the sofa and behind the curtains. and the carpet if they can vaccum each time check out it will be great for the next check in guest as notice a lot of hair on the carpet and the room floor.

Comfortable living near Alamanda shopping mall...

If compared to other 5 stars hotels within Putrajaya (for 2 pax), this Mercure Living 2-bedrooms service apartment was a value for money for 3 pax, in my opinion. Still new with modern furnishing and appliances. Very clean and kind of spotless. For example, the sofa fabric was light in colour and surprisingly spotless, comfortable and no bed-bugs. I stayed at 27th floor and got a nice view of skyline towards Kajang/Bangi. There's a lot of lighting and all in working condition. The kitchen was nearly fully furnished with cutlery, pan and pot. It came with midsized fridge, electric stove (I think induction-type), large fan extractor for heavy cooking, microwave oven, electric kettle and even a rice- cooker. Only thing missing was cooking knives. There's even a washing machine with air dryer feature (not tumble dryer). All the appliances I would say as branded i.e. Panasonic, Fotille and Samsung. There were about 5 lifts serving all floors and super fast, no worries on waiting time. Close to Alamanda Shopping mall, just cross the road or via a bridge. The hotel is located in Shaftesbury mall and there were few shops there such as Mcdonald and Starbucks.

The hotel does not provide minerak water as they have a policy on reducing plastic waste, so they provided a stainless steel jug and we could get drinking water from a cooler at each floor. Anyway I just bought few mineral water from 7 Eleven downstairs.
