בעלת המקום מקסימה. שמחה לשמוע שאנחנו מישראל. דאגה להכל. באחד הבקרים אפילו השאירה עוגה שאפתה בפתח הדלת. מקום נחמד, שקט ונעים. מיקום מצויין לצאת לטיולים. מאוד מומלץ. מטבח מאובזר. חימום. נקי מאוד.

Casa con moho. Mold issues.

Había moho en la casa. En todas las habitaciones. Esto es un riesgo muy importante para la salud y la casa no debería haberse alquilado en estas condiciones. La casera vive en el piso de arriba y hay un pequeño rio que baja pegado a la pared exterior de un lado de la casa. Es dificil pensar que no sabían del problema como nos dijeron. Pedimos un reembolso completo y medidas para que esto no se repitiese por escrito, la casera no nos contestó y solo nos devolvieron un pequeña parte. Las casas en estas condiciones no pueden alquilarse. Es un peligro para la salud. Una pena. En las fotos se ve el problema.

Ruhige, kleine Oase am Bach.

Freundliche Gastgeberin, sehr ruhig, (wir liebten die Bachgeräusche neben dem Haus) und es ist blitzblank sauber. Liebevoll renoviert, alles vorhanden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, das Tor des Anwesens wird geschlossen, daher sicher. Wir haben nur einmal übernachtet (Heimreise), wir würden aber sofort wieder dort übernachten. Herzlichen Dank Sybille

Das Bett war uns zu weich, ist aber Geschmackssache. Sonst nichts!

Beautiful apartment on the river

Beautiful apartment. Very clean and nicely furbished, it had everything that you might need. The best part was the small river just outside the apartment. We slept amazingly well due to the soothing sound of the water. We stayed during the hottest period, but the apartment stayed cool.

A beautiful place by a brook. Relaxing and peaceful yet close to Como piazza. A great place to stay.

The property was clean, comfortable, private and had everything we needed. Host had a put together a folder of timetables, local grocery stores, suggested restaurants and sightseeing options. We travelled by car and there was parking in the premises. Short drive to Como port.

A peaceful & quiet place to stay in Como.

Lovely peaceful & quiet apartment not far from Como centre. The small river near the house is offering soothing sounds for an excellent sleep. The hosts Elisa &Luca are very friendly.

Exceptional

The weather was misery when we arrived but the host turn on the heating hours before and the place provide everything you could wish for. It was a great pleasure to spend time there and I will always have it on my favorite destinations.

All you need, very pleasant and tranquil atmosphere of the house, surrounding and very friendly and supportive hosts. Will be glad to be back as we are in Como. Best!!!
