The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.
Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a masonry bench and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa, an armchair and a desk. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and the patio through two French doors. The room also has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room climbing three steps. The ceiling of the kitchen is vaulted. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room climbing two steps.

The terrace is the absolute highlight, huge, with all facilities you need. The apartment is well equipped, the owners are lovely. The small port with a beach, boat facilities and restaurants is within a short walking distance as well as the small town Palinuro. We really enjoyed our stay a lot!

A well-eqipped appartment with lovely keepers on the spot and a huge terrace with a breathtaking view over the gulf of Palinuro! Just sit in the shadow and watch the light and the sea change from hour to hour, from day to day. A perfect place to relax!

La fortezza che domina Capo Palinuro

Che dire...cercavo una casa con un bel panorama ma non credevo proprio di trovare una location che domina Capo Palinuro con affaccio pazzesco su tutto il golfo antistante. Tramonti da sogno e spazio all'aperto che potrebbe consentire di organizzare una festa per quarantina di persone! All'interno la casa è fresca grazie alla struttura prevalentemente in pietra con spazi che sarebbero comodi per quattro persone. Tutto curato con tutte le dotazioni indispensabili per una vacanza comoda. I proprietari poi sono di una gentilezza ed una disponibilità veramente difficile da trovare. Insomma se volete passare una bella vacanza che resterà indelebile nei vostri ricordi non dovete fare altro che prenotare!

This place is amazing

This place is amazing

This place is amazing! The pictures don't do it justice - the veranda has astonishingly beautiful views across the bay. The house is part of an old castle and the owners are lovely and helpful. The town is charming with good restaurants and is very relaxing.
