Very impressed with this location, apartment and all around value. Highly recommended for families.

The location simply can't be beat. There was live local music being played in the restaurants coming in through the windows. It was magical! It is very much in the heart of sarlet! The place itself is very tastefully furnished and even had a little courtyard.

There was no coffee, tea. No washing up liquid, laundry detergent or even soap in the bathroom or shower.

Staying in the old town was lovey but you can do better than this property.

Loved the location, the market. Sarlat is central for some good experiences. Great food, and street entertainment.loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants and tourist bureau. We loved sitting in the appartement and listening to the celloist entertain the crowd in the Cour de Fontaine at dusk.

The property was filthy. We chose the property on the basis of the courtyard and the balcony. Both were filthy, covered with pigeon poo, spiderwebs and grit and dirt. Not one clean window, single bed sheet on a double bed, soap dispensers not filled. Kitchen wasn’t well stocked, or well supplied. Quality of towels and sheets was poor for the rating and the price. We were really disappointed.

Beautiful property in a beautiful town.

Fabulous architecture and interiors. Great location.

Outside area lovely but unfortunately pigeon used it as a toilet. Would be preferable to have a sink in the toilet.

Pleasant

We were not aware when we booked the property that we would have to strip the beds, wash the dishes and deal with the recycling and trash, which necessitated a two bock walk. Since we already had to deal with our luggage this was a real pain. Had I known, we would have booked a different property. Also, either the drier function on the washer/drier were totally inadequate or the drier does not work.

Great location, beautiful apartment, strict check-out regimen.

Location was awesome, decor of apartment was phenomenal. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Instructions for check-out were a bit rigid. Instead of us telling management that we enjoyed the apartment & would welcome a return, we were informed that we would be allowed to stay again. We were instructed to sort/remove/deposit trash and recyclables in off-site receptacle - mgr was very adamant about that even though we'd paid an additional cleaning fee. We were also instructed to run and empty dishwasher as well as strip both beds.

Fabulous stay close to everything great in Sarlat-la-Canéda.

Perfect location in the heart of Sarlat. Easy access and good instruction for free parking.

Patio is not really designed for use during the time we were there in early May as it was still a bit chilly. Looks like it would be a nice private area.

Very good

This was an apartment so we were on our own. Great location, centrally located so everything we wanted to see or visit was in walking distance.

Initial orientation was rushed and many items were inadequately explained. Home user manual needs to be updated as some items were incorrect and pictures were old and faded. The outside patio was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for sometime-unusable. A lot of small items needed taking care of. Write-up on booking.com did NOT indicate apartment was located in a pedestrian zone, and the free parking was some distance away and very small. Also there was no drier and the drier function on the washer did not work. All of that said would return as location was excellent and we know what to expect.

Lovely apartment in Sarlat medieval centre.

Excellent location. Very tastefully decorated. Very comfortable. All facilities in kitchen.

The outside space was not clean. There were Pigeon droppings and moss. A little disappointed in that. We did not therefore sit out.

Gorgeous apartment in the center of Sarlat

The location was right in the center of the old town and a quiet square. I understand that during the summer months the square gets loud and crowded, but for us it was fine. There was a band that played some blues music in the square on Friday night. My husband joined in with them (he plays trumpet). The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, decorated very tastefully in an art deco style. It was just the two of us, so having a second bedroom gave us a lot of room.

The only issues we had (and they were very trivial) were that the sink faucet in the bathroom needed some work and the shower cord was kinked so that was a little tricky. Also, the toaster needed a 'special touch' to keep the bread down.

Good Value in Heart of Serlat

LOCATION!!! Easy to find, easy check in.. The apartment is large enough, high ceilings and the furniture comfortable. Heating good. Lighting weak. Internet good. Paid parking one block away. Free parking three blocks Parking du Plantiers.

Washer and dryer were exceedingly slow 🐌. And the place could have been a bit cleaner -- throw on sofa not clean, for example. But minor, mostly satisfactory.

Great apartment, was accomodated with an earlier arrival time. Would question the cleaning fee?

Location very good and Apartment itself Was very comfortable.

We had to pay 70 Euro as a cleaning fee Yet the patio had not been brushed or cleaned In a very long time, we had to brush it. This was a very steep for a 3 night stay as we Had not used the cooking facilities and had Left the place very clean. We were asked to strip the sheets off the bed, and were given instructions on where to Put the towels, etc. We were only given one hand and one bath towel per person for 3 days. My towels while they had been washed, showed signs of wear and tear and had turned from white to closer to grey. There was 1 and a third toilet rolls for 3 people for 3 days and we ended up having to buy toilet paper for ourselves and others to come. We booked through booking. Com yet felt the property was run like an Air Bnb as regards cleaning fees etc. yet there was no tea, coffee or anything provided to eat or drink. This is a beautiful apartment, however, we had to question why we were paying a cleaning fee when we were being asked to provide this ourselves.
