Decent Tiny room with some concerns

My friend was able to work online from the lobby. There's free coffee and small snacks. If it wasn't for this nice ability I might rate lower. Location is down little alley away from noise.

Rooms have very cheap indoor locks, not proper for a hotel. we were a bit worried about security of our belongings in the room but luckily we had no issues. Staff had 3am argument with someone which woke us up the first night.

Un séjour très agréable dans le quartier de Koh San Raod

Les chambres sont très confortable Un excellent rapport qualité prix et un personnel très à l’écoute, l’établissement ne propose pas de petits déjeuner mais des collations vous attendent dans le hall tout les matins gratuitement

Seul petit bémol je dirais l’emplacement car il n’y a pas de MRT ou BTS à proximité (compter 20 min à pied pour rejoindre la station de métro la plus proche) mais il y’a pleins de lignes de bus à côté de l’hôtel dont la 15 qui est très pratique pour visiter les quartiers de Koh San Road, National Stadium ou encore Siam, Cette ligne comprend également un arrêt dans les klongs et devant la maison de Jim Tomspon !

Awful, unwelcoming and scary

Absolutely nothing

The receptionist was so rude and unwelcoming, rolling her eyes at me and huffing when I didn’t understand what she was saying. It’s located down a dark, dodgy looking ally way. Did not feel safe. Looked dirty so I literally just cancelled and walked straight out and I have zero regrets about leaving.

Nice guest house in Khao San area

Great location. New building, looks like recently updated, rooms are clean

There’s no elevator, climbing up 4 flights of stairs gets old quickly. The room is very small, I was literally sitting on the toilet while taking a shower. For what it is, I feel it’s priced a little high.

Great place to stay. Near Khaosan road

Staff were very nice. Location was good. Room was big and clean. Balcony was really big and beautiful.

Good Budget option for short stay

Hotel is very close to Khao san road and is in city center. Everything is either nearby or can be reached within 15-20 mins. The hotel offers free toast and coffee, therefore, If you are a person who likes to explore in morning, you can grab a bite and then continue the journey

There is no lift. You need to carry your own luguage to your room as they have no bell-boy to carry your lugguage.

Awesome location, approachable staffs, free coffee and sweets. :)

The location was awesome, it's just a few minutes walk to khao san road. Nice and approachable staffs. We love the free coffee, water refill and sweets. Food was just outside and everything you need.

It's a bit pricey and I was expecting the city view. Hehe

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever.

The place was clean, but the alley to the entrance was full of roaches at night and always had a stench of garbage and sewer.

The room was tiny, the was NO elevator and the manager charged us extra for using 2 additional towels. The shower was inside the bathroom so everything got wet when the shower was used. It's literally the worst place I have ever stayed at. This time the "you get what you pay for" was definitely the case.

lovely and quiet and the staff are tops!!!

the staff are the best! everyone was so lovely and helpful. thank you so much for making our stay so great :)

the only issue we had, (was okay for us but might not be for less able people) that the bag lift was broken and we had to carry the 25 kg bag up to level 5. good work out daily :p but was pretty intense in the heat and if you have any knee or back related health issues

It was a fair hotel.

I liked that is was close to shops.

The beds were a bit hard. There was some noise as people were coming up the stairs near to the room that I had. Just be aware of some noise at night. Also, the refrigerator does not stay on after you leave the room, so don't buy perishable foods if you are not in the room, the food could spoil.

Very happy, will stay again.

Location was perfect, very clean room , quiet and good hot water. Loved the unlimited free coffee/tea and snacks

Staff were very friendly but lacked in English which made it harder.

Brilliant value for money in Bangkok

Spotless, good location close to lots, even snacks and drinks provided in the lobby free of charge! Really really enjoyed staying here.

As some have mentioned, it’s down a dark alleyway. It’s not far down it though, and it’s quiet on an evening so this really shouldn’t put anyone off.
