很好

非常不错的住宿，性价比很高。位置位于火车站不远处，门口稍微有点脏乱但是进入门厅后一切都显得干净卫生且安全。

单人间设施稍显简陋，距离轻轨站很近有点噪音

Sufficiente per breve soggiorno

Spaziosa, comodo avere il piccolo frigo, che sarebbe stato meglio trovare già acceso.

La camera dava sulla strada piuttosto rumorosa per il traffico del tram e auto.

La propreté, l'emplacement

Nous étions déçus par cet établissement où nous avions déjà séjourné par le passée. Les clauses dans le contrat n'ont pas été respectés, on a réservé une chambre deux lits et il y avait un seul (voir email de confirmation où c'est indiqué explicitement que la prestation est pour deux lits. "The unit offers 2 beds" indiqué). Aucun des solutions qu'on a proposé au nouveaux gestionnaire a été accepté (matelas au sol, canapé disponible, matelas gonflable - des 19 euros à Decathlon et qu'il aurait pu utiliser par la suite, ... il n'a même pas des draps ou couvertures supplementaires). Nous sommes déçus également de booking qui n'est pas en mesure de faire appliquer ce pourquoi on paie, et se limite à faire boite aux lettres et prendre une commission, y compris quand les conditions ne sont pas respectés, a travers son service clients, quand celui-ci a été sollicité, et qui n'a pas pris aucun responsabilité (voir réservation booking Pictogramme des 2 lits plus "deux lits simples" en mention). L'établissement a 2 chambres identifiés et identifiables avec un nom sur la porte, et 2 autres chambres sans aucun indication. Pensez à bien retenir quel est votre chambre, dans la précipitation nous ne l'avons pas fait et nous avons dû appeler le gestionnaire tard la nuit qui nous a répondu et indiqué quel était la chambre non sans difficulté sans pouvoir indiquer un signe par lequel il pouvait l'identifier. La situation du lit pouvant amener à des inconvénients importants je mets 1, non sans avoir essayé avant avec booking de faire valoir ce pourquoi nous avions réservé et faire evoluer les choses pour que cela ne se repete plus avec des autres clients, de façon a qu'elle soit visible et que vous puissiez réserver un établissement qui correspond à vos attentes. Si vous voyages en couple vous pouvez réserver cette établissement sans aucun crainte.

Comoda posizione, ma servizi da migliorare

La posizione è molto buona. Fermata metro, tram e autobus sono proprio sotto casa. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva a porta nuova. Si trova al quarto piano con ascensore di un bel palazzo antico e signorile.

La stanza è piccola. La pulizia della stanza mediocre. Per esempio ho trovato la carta igienica già iniziata in un porta carta igienica che toccava il pavimento. Il bagno schiuma dato in dotazione consisteva in una confezione da 450ml quasi finito. Il mini frigorifero c’era, ma era spento e vuoto. Infine l’insonorizzazione delle camere è sicuramente da migliorare. Sicuramente ottima posizione del locale, bel palazzo antico con servizio portineria, ma prezzo troppo alto per ciò che offre la camera.

Una mala elección

Está a tan solo 15-20 minutos andando del centro y de la estación de tren/bus del aeropuerto. Conexión con medios transportes muy cerca. Tiene ascensor y armarios. Cafetería cerca para desayunar.

Apartamento muy pobre y básico. Estuvimos 4 noches. Tiene cafetera pero no nos dejó ni una cápsula de café ni té. Ni siquiera había vasos o tazas. Pedimos y nos trajo de plástico. Tambien pedimos mantas porque pasamos frio la primera noche y nos dijo que no, que hacia calor cuando la temperatura mínima fue de 10 grados. El pequeño edredón que teniamos era muy estrecho y no se podía remeter. La mini nevera no funciona, no nos dejó ni una botella de agua.. No hay ningún canal internacional. WiFi no funciona porque los cables están mal. El apartamento huele mal, creo que por los bajantes. Ruido por la mañana y durante todo el dia entre semana porque hay una obra de construcción justo en frente.

nice for a short visit

very friendly owner, easy to communicate, good location for my purposes (I needed to catch an early train on the last day from the train station)

the mattress on the bed is not very stable on the bed, so it was moving all the night.

Quite a nice place, would stay there again!

No breakfast, but coffee. Big room, cool and clean. Host was pleasant and accommodating.

Wish we had known the beds were adjustable height, we didn't notice this until we were leaving and we could have used this feature.

Spotless / fun / comfortable b&b

super comfortable , fun / lovely decoration, everything was spotless and new , the owner , Elisa was very helpful in evey way .. ; close to shopping ; a bit of a walk to museums but. public transport is close and very easy

WOW!

Honestly, the first thing I did was check that I didn't get the currency wrong, because I would have expected to pay much more for this unit, it's so spacious and gracious. It's in a lovely enclosed complex and my window opened into the quad. The anteroom between the bathroom and bedroom adds to the feeling of roominess, and would probably be very welcome if you're two people who occasionally like to have some separate space.

Apparently outside the complex it's not a great area to walk around at night (during the day it's fine). The (gorgeous) curtains let in quite a lot of daylight which reflects in the mirror opposite, so I found it hard to sleep late

Great location, perfect stay for a couple of days

Perfect location, Elisa was very nice and flexible, the apartment provides everything you need for your stay in Torino.

The location is wonderful. Just near the central train station Porta Nuova and the pedestrian area ZTL. For those of you driving, you may find plenty of parking spots (blue line) in Corso Re Umberto and Via Magenta. The price for a full day is around 18 euros. In my case, I arrived earlier and phoned Elisa, who made herself available and arrived smiling to check me in within 5 mins. As for the room, you may find some coffee and water inside, as well as toiletries.

Nothing to mention.

Comfortable, stylish space near the station

Everything was wonderful, the room was beautiful and clean with a lot of thoughtful touches including slippers and a piece of chocolate. Great shower. The owner is very kind.
