great place to stay for a city trip to Belfast

great location on walking distance to the city centre (10 min), shops and restaurants nearby, comfortable and clean apartment with everything you need

Nice but a few flaws

Nice apartment, and keypad lock so we didn't need to worry about keys. Lots of places, cups etc in the kitchen. Tesco express 1 minute walk away and a good selection of bars within a 5 minute walk and 10 minute walk to shopping centres.

Was cold as the radiators had all been turned off, when I turned them on it was still cold as the boiler had been turned to very low temperature, The front bedroom had a damp smell in it but the back bedroom (one I was using) was fine. The bathroom window was round and there was no way of keeping it open and with being on the ground floor people walking by would have easily been able to see in if I had opened it.

Very clean and tidy. Everything available to cater for yourself but we ate out. Great family place.

Just little further walk than I thought from bus station but not a problem really.

Pleasant

The apartment was in a handy location. Near a children's park, tesco and plenty of take aways., 10 min from the titanic museum and W5

Some windows didn't close properly so a bit noisy and cold.. Condensation in the kids room was dripping from the windows. Washing machine was full of washed towels when we arrived there was nowhere to hang them or dry them.

It was great we’d definelty stay again

Everything was nice and ready , beds were comfortable location was amazing

Only one shower worked , dirty floors , heating wouldn’t higher up . No toiletries where provided .

Location was good for access to Belfast City. Parking at front door also a bonus

Had a bit of an issue with no hot water when we booked in but to his credit the owner got that fixed for us fairly quickly.

Great location, cute flat but could do with some improvements.

Excellent location; easy access; brilliant, comfy hotel style beds; clean, plentiful towels; comfy sofa; compact.

Mould above windows; tight squeeze to pass double bed to get to clothes rail; no soap, toilet roll or mirror in bathroom; no batteries in TV remote (my friend was stuck indoors the first night); difficulty accessing the heating; noisy - I could hear boy racers repeatedly revving their pimped up car engines and possibly racing around the estate although it sounded initially like it was just outside my window at ridiculous o'clock.

The property is in need of an overhaul to sort the problems highlighted above

Location

Problem with no hot water on the morning after we arrived. Contacted the agency and left two messages but no reply until midday on the following day. We managed to sort the problem ourselves after locating the gas boiler (hidden behind a panel in the kitchen) and turning control from ‘auto’ to ‘manual’. Shower tray sealant and grouting very mould-stained. There is an electric powered shower in the shower cabinet as well as the one linked to the hot water supply, but the shower head on the electric unit is coming away from the hose. The mirror in the bathroom is not fit for purpose - totally useless for shaving! Paved area at rear of property needing a good clean up - covered in weeds and litter. Waste bin in kitchen had no lid. There was a hood over cooker but no visible means to turn on the light or fan. only 1 wine glass!

Worst experience, very dirty

We found bed bugs on both of the double mattresses. There was mould on the wall in both of the bedrooms, in one even behind the bed. The couch was very dirty and gross. The shower was dirty as well. I really don't know how this place scored a good mark in regards cleaning. The only good thing was that they offered a refund.The heating was set bad, so there were 31 degrees in the house. We tried to contact the given phone number but they didn't answer. Very late, we texted thru booking, and they told us how to fix it. We later saw that others complained about this as well. Apparently, the host doesn't care.

Perfect little ground-floor apartment a short stroll from shops/bars/restaurants. Contained everything that we needed and had free parking at the door. We visited during freezing weather and the apartment was a very warm refuge after tramping the Christmas Market. Key pad for entry, so no worries about losing keys.

Location was excellent and accommodation was very clean

Didn't like that it took over 5 hours for host to get in contact with regarding a shower door. The shower door wouldn't open as there was a no handle. We eventually got it opened after 3 hours of trying. It meant that 3 people we late for a booking in town. Contacted the staff on booking.com and rang their contact number, didn't get a response until 5 hours after and no one still came out to fix the door.

Excellent stay for my birthday

Lovely clean apartment, great communication, great location close to the centre, excellent facilities and fully stocked kitchen as well! Would definitely love to go back!

Only issue we had was with the heating, instructions were left but for some reason it kept coming on again to a high temperature so we were cooking a bit haha! However, on a plus note, we were never cold that's for sure!

Great Apartment, better than hotel

Location was fantastic, just a few steps from Restaurants and Pubs as well as a Tesco. Apartment was very clean and had literally everything you could possibly need, from towels to kettle and toaster and cutlery, dishwasher and Washing machine.

Only downside (outside of anyone's control) - I'm a light sleeper and there's a lot of seagulls around and they can be a bit loud at times.

Location is fabulous, the apartment itself is just basic, could do with some attention

location was ideal, we were there for graduation so it was perfect as you can walk everywhere

there was a hole in the shower hose, the ironing board was broken, there was only one type of bin (no recycling or compost, just all general refuse), the plugs at the double beds in the larger room didn’t work and the outdoor bins were full.

Check out timing was really inconvenient for me and the kids.
