Perfect place to start your journey!

If you need a place to stay when you land in Sri Lanka, look no further. Hiran and Nilanthi’s villa will be a great place to start your journey. They can organise an airport pickup and breakfast if you like. The room is spacious, clean and has AC. Hiran and Nilanthi have been really kind in letting us know all the good tips for us to have a great trip. We appreciate all your hospitality and kindness! Couldn’t not recommend it enough.

The owners are very helpful, alvays available and the location is in a quiet area. A couple of food shops nearby and a lot of fruit/vegetable markets. Would stay at Villa A50 again.

amazing!

We stayed for 1 night which was our last before leaving. The host stayed up too late until our check in for our welcoming. the place is very nice & clean with reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend this Villa A50 & go there aging in the near future.

Excellent place to stay!

We stayed here overnight after getting into Colombo late. Hiran was waiting for us at the airport and it was a super quick trip to their villa. We had a nice welcome drink from Hiran's wife and then they showed us to our room. Everything was immaculately clean and the bathroom was very modern. We had a ver restful night here before continuing with our journey!

Perfect Stay!

This is the best stay I had in all of Sri Lanka, even better than hotels! The warm welcome by the hosts and their attention to details made it all perfect, The lovely couple welcomed us with fresh scented towels and fresh juice before we were escorted to our room (a smaller villa within the house perimeters), There was a welcome note for me in the room as well :) The room can easily fit 4 adults, very spacious with mutiple beds, The decoration details and elements make it all a 10 star rating (mirrors, paintings, mini fridge, kettle, multiple towels, shampoo, shower gel, haidryer, decorative elements,etc…) The room is equipped with AC and fan, both work perfectly, There are various sockets around the room for different charging methods, The location of the house is perfect! Less than 20min drive from the airport and there is also a very near supermarket (3min walk) Thank you so much Hiran & Nilanthi for your hospitality!

Perfect stay in Negombo

Very good room, comfortable bed, great bathroom with shower. The hosts are very hospitable and the breakfast was succulent. I tried Sri Lankan food for the first time and loved it.

Most amazing little oasis of calm.

This is such a gem of a place. The other reviews really were not exaggerating at all. We were given the warmest welcome imaginable and made to feel right at home. The food (we had dinner the night we arrived and breakfast the following morning) was sublime and cooked with love. The room itself was incredibly clean with great attention paid to little details like the soap holders and a little welcome sign. The hosts are just beautiful people. They were so very kind and hospitable and eager to tell us about their country and customs. We loved it so much we are staying here our final night before heading off again. Thank you so much :)

a great landing place to come to from the airport and to discover negombo

Everything was lovely! The room was spotless, bed and pillows comfy, fan and A/C if needed, hot shower and nice towels. the hosts were especially helpful and extremely responsive. they helped me plan my next leg of the journey and recommended a nice coffee shop on the way. thank you!

Amazing, clean, cosy accommodation near the airport

Amazing accommodation. We arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted by the friendly hosts (mango juice on arrival 😄). 15 mins from airport. Really delicious Sri Lankan breakfast with fresh coffee, 100% worth the $6. Room was fabulous, very clean, spacious and lovely amentities, hot shower. Would like to have stayed longer. Would recommend! Excellent value for money in my opinion.

It was the perfect place to start of our holidays in Sri Lanka. We got picked up at the airport and our hosts had helped us with getting a SIM card, some local currency and let us know where best to have dinner at the time. We booked the breakfast experience in the morning and where not disappointed. The food was excellent!

it was very clean and the hosts were very nice. This is someone’s house in a suburb with a separate apartment.

Because of the remoteness of the location, we ordered dinner. The dinner was nice but not worth what I was charged. It ended up being one of the most expensive rice and curry meals I’ve had in Sri Lanka.

Staff were so lovely and the breakfast for €5 was great. There was a power cut whilst we were there but thankfully they had a generator to ensure we still had light.

Perfect option to have a rest after a tiring flight

The location very close to the airport, but in a quiet area. The room is cosy and clean and has everything you might need. The owners are very welcoming, meeting you with a fresh fruit juice. Breakfast was very delicious!

There was electricity shut down for several hours, however it’s very common for Sri Lanka. The breakfast was delicious, but a bit over priced, in my opinion. Also, the cost of transfer from the airport offered by the owners is higher than what you can get for regular airport taxi.

Great place and hosts!

Very nice and comfortable room. Hosts were a nice and friendly couple who welcomed us to their home. We also took a cooking class which was a bit more on the expensive side for us but being able to participate, pick the ingredients from the local market and learn authentic Sri Lankan home cooking was a delight and of course later enjoying said meal.

Top quality stay

Every aspect of my stay was excellent. My hostess was most hospitable with a cold fruit juice to greet me during a brief registration. The room and bathroom were spotless with all facilities of a top hotel plus lovely little extras and touches. A patio further adds to the relaxing atmosphere of this lovely property. The breakfast was huge and varied to set one up for the day. Airport transfer was arranged. Supermarket and local shops a two minute walk.
