Great B&B on the sea front

This is a lovely place. Comfortable clean rooms and friendly welcoming owners. Lovely cooked breakfast . Great location on the sea front. Will definitely be back.

Exceptional

From the super friendly owner to the comfortable accommodation everything was great. Every morning we were greeted with a smile and a perfectly cooked breakfast, the best we have had on our travels round the UK. Free car park (first come basis) at the rear of property was an added bonus.

It was about a twenty walk along the seafront to the main centre. Didn’t worry us but it might be an issue for some people.

Everything. The room was lovely and the bed was so soft . The breakfast was just wow. I would definitely stay again. Plus they understood mine and my daughters health issues. 10 out 10

a lovely property, lots of character staff were amazing and couldn’t have been any more hospitable would stay here again

bedroom was ideal for us had all we needed in it enough storage space for our clothes, hairdryer, and even spare coat hangers which is always a positive a very comfortable bed we slept well perfect location for the wedding we were attending at the Roslin hotel a 5 min walk away restaurants and bars also walking distance and beach across the road

traffic noise was surprisingly minimal as property located on the main road small shower/toilet but practical for a short stay our room was located near the front door and stairs so we could here people coming and going/talking from 7am

Perfect value for money

Breakfast was lovely and the place itself was very cosy and peaceful. Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, and the woman who runs it was very nice and a perfect host.

Enjoyable, comfortable, friendly and convenient for the town and beach.

Very convenient for transport, bus stop right outside. Emma was very friendly and helpful and cooked the most marvellous breakfast. The beach was just across the road and a superb park only a few hundred yards away. The room was spacious, comfortable with all expected facilities as well as tea, coffee and biscuits, plus bottle of water each day. It was very clean and tidy, with a TV and several magazines also available to read. Very friendly and homely and a 'must, for a return visit. I was made to feel very much 'at home'.

Truly kind and accommodating host

The hosts were so kind (SO kind) and helpful. Emma went above and beyond, even making me a bonus pancake because it was pancake day! How lovely :)

Small clean Guest House with pleasant owner and everything you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast which was included in the price was great.

Perfect seafront B&B

Wonderful home away from home over the Christmas holidays. Emma creates such a welcoming, warm, friendly atmosphere—and the breakfasts are amazing! I was so touched on Christmas Day to discover a stocking with presents outside the door of my room♥️
