Un séjour hors du temps dans un lieu plein de charme et d'âme.

Nous avons énormément aimé le lieu, un bâtiment historique au milieu d'un parc calme et rafraichissant. La décoration intérieure combine le rustique du lieu et la pureté du contemporain, c'est très beau et ressourçant. Un endroit hors du temps et qui a une âme. Le personnel est très souriant, empathique et réactif. Le petit-déjeuner offre tout ce que vous pouvez désirer et délicieux.

A mon avis, il n'y a rien à changer ; le service, les prestations et surtout le personnel si souriant et à l'écoute sont super.

Toujours un plaisir d'organiser mes passages à Bordeaux au sein de cet établissement qui est parfait, au calme et très bien agencé. N'hésitez pas c'est parfait.

Un espace de paix et de ressourcement. Calme, lumineux, accueillant.

J'ai aimé à l'accueil l'attention que chacun a pu porter sur mes demandes (repas en chambre par exemple), Ensuite, les espaces sont bien aménagés, les chambres vastes et l'ensemble de l'établissement est particulièrement bien entretenu et propre.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au domaine du moulin de Monjous. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très réactif. La décoration de l'hôtel est à la fois sobre et moderne dans une maison ancienne restaurée au milieu d'un parc, le lieu est très apaisant. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Le petit déjeuner aurait mérité un peu plus de choix (yaourt nature par exemple, seulement yaourt aux fruits pour les céréales). Cependant, nous comprenons qu'en cette période creuse de l'hiver, tout ne peut être proposé comme en pleine saison.

We had a delightful evening meal of cassoulet from the snacks menu in lovely surroundings!

Despite being an interesting small hotel, it felt as if the restaurant was a practice ground, that they had not learned

location was convenient for onward travel, decor was lovely local area was attractive excellent bathroom, very good shower

Our room was very small, a little claustrophobic, and the basic double bed was very hard, The staff, whilst being perfectly pleasant, clearly wanted us to eat dinner in our very small room rather than the restaurant. The restaurant was not really a proper restaurant. It had a limited menu, all pre prepared dishes, which were microwaved. My vegetarian meal had lumps of meat in it, the alternative offered to me contained partly still frozen solid lumps of rice, and although the breakfast buffet was reasonable, there were no eggs, despite being on the menu.

Comfort and calm

Excellent location to visit the Peassac Léognan and Graves area. Highly functional, clean a&nd calm. Lobby open day and night.. Fine continental Breakfast.

Fabulous hotel and staff in a very convenient location.

Excellent location for our onward travel to Spain. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. The property renovation of the old mill is fabulous and interior decor and furnishings 5 star. This is a real gem of a hotel and we’ll stay again.

Very nice location with a little stream running through the old watermill and surrounding nature. Excellent breakfast.

Environmental consciousness could be better. Shampoo should not be replaced if it is still almost full.

Beautiful Villa large rooms beautiful updated shower comfortable bed large desk great AC hotel has excellent modern decor

price was a little Higher than comparable options in the area but we would stay again

Disappointing

peaceful place with outdoors gardens to enjoy a drink

the staff - one lady in particular at the reception desk. She yelled at us for walking around with our small dog when the hotel was listed pets friendly on booking

Bad luck or incorrect booking rating

The room was quiet and spacious. Close to city center. Nicely restored building

The internet access never worked. Had to get a second token from the front desk but got locked out. The property has no identification nor directions from the public street. It was hard to find the hotel at the back side of a private property. No parking available. We had to park in the access to the property very dark and isolated with a big warning sign from the hotel claiming no liability for any car damage, steal, etc. Very unfriendly staff at the check-out.

Loved the Hotel, very beautiful, youthful, comfortable and it was very secure to leave the car on the parking spot. A great place to rest when you need to stop on long journeys. Merci!
