i would recommend the property as the location was excellent and apartment was clean.

the hosts were very responsive, and the apartment's location was superb with beautiful glimpses of the ocean. Additionally, it was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The walls were quite thin, so I could hear the neighbor's TV in the middle of the night and doors slamming.

Excellent

Perfect location with a great view of sunset from the balcony. Apt 221 has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, including a designated parking space. The apt is clean, spacious, bright and airy with a well equipped kitchen including a very useful starter pack, washer/dryer etc. Coles is just 3 mins walk away. Caroline from MyHolidayWA was great to deal with. She was very helpful and responsive to my requests to extend my stay.

Only Chromecast tv available in the bedroom but WiFi signal very poor in bedroom so difficult to cast.

Very nice and relaxing.

The property was well laid out and clean, hosts very friendly snd easy to deal with. Apartment very well stocked.

I think before paying for the property on booking.com should had a view from the balcony, a definite let down. Only after paying the not for refund fee this we get the description of the view.

firstly they have a lengthy out of app processes where you receive several emails in the process that you have to provide responses for. It’s listed as Stylish apartment, I can assure you it isn’t and it felt unsafe! I turned up there on my own with my daughter and literally walked right back out! couches were filthy, floors dirty, damp smell, dark and no air! balcony door wouldn’t lock, then the only window in the bedroom and actually the entire apartment apart from the balcony had the blind Dutch taped shut to the wall, you could see where others had tried to remove it to see why and it had pulled paint off the wall. my daughter felt unsafe and so we had to try and find somewhere else on Australia Day long weekend! I’ve asked for a full refund as I let them know immediately it was not fit for use and all I have received back are automated responses from MyHolidayWA (do not use) and nothing in the way of an apology or any response! I have travelled around the world several times with my daughter on my own staying in varied levels of accommodation and I can honestly say I have never been so disappointed with the service or the blatant disrespect for peoples time and money!
