About this house rental
After a long period of work, our newly renovated accommodation is now ready.
The house is Bj 1900, ehm. Bakery, now a modern holiday home where up to 14 people can relax.
The living room
Built in 1900 and renovated 05/2019 firsch "Jazz House by the river" is located in the quiet village Zorge.
The 210sqm house has an open character that extends over 3 floors.
On the ground floor is the open kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace and piano, guest toilet and bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor there is another bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom no. 2 is connected to a children's room with bunk beds.
A staircase leads to the light-flooded 2 OG with 2 other bedrooms.
The garden is fenced and borders the river Zorge.
A large garden table with chairs for 14 pers., The porch swing and the barbecue invite you to barbecue and chilling.
A nice place for a nice holiday!
After 22. 00 o'clock may speak only quietly on the terrace and in the garden.
The house is not suitable for parties.

A nice house. We were a family of 14 persons, I think that the house are perfekt for up to 12 persons and not more.

Wochenende in Zorge/Walkenried
Was ein tolles Ferienhaus!!! Sehr schön modernisiertes Haus in einem kleinen, ruhigen Ort gelegen. Platz für mehr als dringend 10 Personen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet unter dem Motto "Jazz" - unbedingt auch für nicht ausgesprochene Jazz-Fans zu empfehlen. Geräumig ohne Ende, komfortable Betten, gemütlich modern eingerichtet. An alles ist gedacht. Ein tolles großzügiges Duschbad im OG, zusätzliches Duschbad im EG sowie separates WC. Genug Platz auch für 10 Leute im Garten mit rustikalem großen Tisch.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir wollen allen Interessierten dieses Domizil wirklich ans Herz legen! Vielen Dank an Anna die Vermieterin!
Alles hat sehr gut und unkompliziert geklappt. Wenn wir nochmal den Harz bereisen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

„Jazzhouse“ macht seinem Namen alle Ehre - sehr schick und stilvoll eingerichtet, top Zustand, sehr nette Vermieterin, alles war 1A! Zu empfehlen!!

Alles super
Wir sind ganz begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.
Einzig und allein hat uns gefehlt dass in den Toiletten Gemeinschaftshandtücher hängen, damit man sich die Hände trocknen kann. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau und ehrlich gesagt haben wir auch nicht danach gefragt.
Tolle Unterkunft, mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet.

Das Jazz-House war sehr schön und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Wir haben uns mit unserer Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort ist etwas verwaist, aber es gibt in naher Umgebung ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Jazz ist Programm
Wir verreisen als immer größer werdende Gruppe bereits seit 7 Jahren in den Harz und eine passende Unterkunft mit vielen einzelnen Zimmern für jedes Pärchen/ Familie ist doch recht schwierig zu finden- die auch optisch ansprechend ist.
Das Jazz-House bot uns all das!
Mit zwei großzügigen Wohnzimmern und gemütlichen Couches war genügend Platz für alle. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und jedes der Schlafzimmer individuell und im jazzigen Stil eingerichtet.
Kleines Mango, aber eher Jammern auf höchsten Niveau, waren die nur 2 Duschen und WCs mit keinerlei Möglichkeit, nasse Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen sowie der relativ beengte Essbereich.
Dennoch sehr schön empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Dieses Haus eignet sich wirklich ausgezeichnet für große Familien. Es mangelt an nichts. Auch Sachen, die man eher selten benötigt, sind vorhanden. Die Bäder sind modern und mit tollen Duschen ausgestattet. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet, die Kissen könnten etwas komfortabler sein. Wir hatten sehr viel Freude an dem Haus. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Grandiose Unterkunft, jederzeit gern wieder
Wunderschön und vor allem sehr stilvoll eingerichtet Haus. Alles perfekt! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt trotz schlechtem Wetter. Können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ebenfalls super!

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, hübsch eingerichtet.
Gute Betten, hochwertig eingerichtete Zimmer und in der Küche alles wichtige vorhanden auch für viele Gäste und gut sortiert und einheitliches Geschirr und Besteck. Melita Kaffeeautomat für ganze Bohnen, stabile Tische und Stühle .. Bequeme Betten und großes Sofa, großer TV. Garten groß genug zum Federballspielen und ausruhen. Soweit mal erste Eindrücke :) insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen! Nur wenn die Fenster zur Straßenseite offen sind im Sommer, hat uns der Verkehr am Morgen geweckt. Keine komplette Verdunklung durch Außenrollos möglich, z.T. Vorhänge. Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus, alles sehr sauber und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet, ein zweiter Kühlschrank wäre eine Option, ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln! Vielen Dank!

Schönes Haus für ein langes Wochenende
Wir waren mit 13 Personen (davon 7 Kinder) über Pfingsten im Jazz House. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und Jazz zieht sich durch das ganze Haus. Sehr nette Details und Überraschungen warten darauf, entdeckt zu werden.
Der Koch-Essbereich ist ok, vielleicht mit 13 Personen etwas eng.
Man merkt, dass alles sehr neu ist, ein paar Kochutensilien fehlen noch.
Ein zweiter Kühlschrank wäre praktisch sowie ein drittes WC.
Die Schlafräume sind alle super großzügig.
Das große Bad oben ist toll und geräumig. Schön, dass viele Verbrauchartikel in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden sind.
Der Kamin ist etwas kompliziert anzubekommen aber dann sehr gemütlich.
Vom Haus aus kann man zu schönen Wanderungen starten.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super nett und sie haben uns bei zwei Anfragen sofort geholfen.
Wir haben uns im
Jazz House sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mit Freunden haben wir einen Kurztrip in den Harz gemacht und hatten mit diesem stilvoll eingerichteten Häuschen eine perfekte Unterkunft. Es war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Gerne wieder!

Kurztrip von 3 befreundeten Familien
Ich kann mich nur meinen Vorrednern anschließen. Es war ein perfekter Kurztrip.
Wir fahren gerne jedes Jahr über die Winterferien zum Rodeln. Das gerade dieses Jahr kein Schnee lag, war natürlich Pech - aber das wir dieses schöne Haus gebucht hatten und nicht drei einzelne Zimmer war UNSER Glück. Die Kinder hatten ihre eigene Etage. Die Zimmer sind alle wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Küche wurde zum zentralen Sammelplatz um Abends gemeinsam Karten zu spielen oder zu quatschen.
Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben es sehr genossen (auch ohne Schnee)!

Familientreffen im Jazz-Haus
Wir haben das Haus für unser alljährliches Familientreffen gebucht und waren alle begeistert von den liebevoll eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten. Die Küche ist großzügig für viele Personen ausgestattet und das Jazz-Motto zieht sich durch wirklich jedes Zimmer. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail blieb für uns an diesem Wochenende kein Wunsch offen. Vielen Dank an die beiden Gastgeber, da habt ihr echt eine Perle in den Ort gezaubert.

Traumferienhaus für die gesamte Familie
Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende in diesem tollen modernen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir waren 11 Personen ( aus 3 Generationen) und allen hat es gefallen :). Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich ist großzügig, aber gemütlich. Ein Kamin kann mit dem dazu bereit stehenden Holz gefeuert werden. Die Küche mit anschließenden Essbereich ist voll ausgestattet. Sie hatte alles was man braucht. Selbst Gewürze, Kaffeebohnen, Öl etc waren vorrätig. Die 5 Schlafzimmer sind toll mit großen Betten und Regalen! An ein Schlafzimmer schliesst sich ein Kinderzimmer an, was für eine Familie mit Kindern perfekt ist. Die Bäder sind modern und die Duschen hervorragend (normal, Regen, Düsen). Der Garten ist schön mit Tisch Stühlen und Grill. Zusammen gefasst: wunderbar und wir kommen gerne wieder! Denn auch der Kontakt zur Vermietern war sehr nett und alle Fragen wurde schnell beantwortet. Auch der Harz ist eine Reise wert, man kann viel unternehmen und freut sich am Abend auf das tolle Ferienhaus.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht nur, dass das Haus so gut restauriert und modernisiert wurde, es ist durch Euch auch wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet worden. Für mich das schönste Ferienhaus, das ich in den letzten Jahren besucht habe.
