nice owners

conditions are bad - super old and uncomfortable furniture, dirty and broken toilet, no a/c and weak fan the same lankian room costs 1500-2000 rp on the market, i checked a lot of rooms and move quickly from this place

Un soggiorno meraviglioso ❤️

Questa guesthouse è davvero meravigliosa, è come essere in famiglia. Ho soggiornato qui 5 notti e sono stata meravigliosamente. La famiglia che la gestisce è splendida, attenta ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti, sempre sorridente e cordiale. La colazione è la migliore mangiata in Sri Lanka, cucinata tutte le mattine dalle sapienti mani della proprietaria. Il giardino è splendido, pieno di animali. Le camere sono semplici ma perfette; ho provato sia quella senza aria condizionata che quella con l’aria condizionata. Chiaramente la seconda è meglio, ma entrambe vanno benissimo e c’è anche lo spazio per stendere. Il wi-fi funziona molto bene, c’è un bel tavolo fuori da ogni camera (perfetto per chi come me viaggia e lavora) e la posizione è perfetta (a due passi dal centro, ma in zona tranquilla). La spiaggia è a soli 350 metri e nei dintorni ci sono tanti ristoranti in cui mangiare. Insomma un soggiorno perfetto, già non vedo l’ora di tornare ❤️

Peaceful, spacious, perfect

Beautiful rooms with veranda looking out on peaceful gardens, where we saw peacocks, monkeys and a huge iguana wandering around. Well away from noisy main road or beachfront parties, but only 3 mins walk to the beach. The owner Rasika was very sweet, looking after us in every way she could. The breakfasts were fantastic, especially when we asked for Sri Lankan food. She does laundry and if you want to go on trips she can arrange these for you.

Great location inbetween beach and main street and therefore quiet, outdoor seating, spacious room, option to eat at the restaurant

Bathroom wasn't clean. Even after requesting to have it cleaned again there was still hair in the shower, stains in the toilet and on the mirrow. There was no working wifi for most of the time.

Loved our stay, would 100% recommend!

Loved the spacious room, the A/C, location was perfect, the property is on a street full of other hotels/hostels, equal distance from the beach and the main street of the town, we could easily wal everywhere, loved the peacocks and monkeys in the garden, the breakfast and our super nice host lady.

Everything was great. :)

We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay the owners were lovely! In the morning we had super tasty Sri Lankan breakfast with fresh fruits. Location is great 3min from the main road so it is silent but everything is close by.

This place is great. The localization is perfect, close to the sea and the city center. The room is big, with hot water and air conditioning, good WiFi. The host was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, big, and in Sri Lankan style. I love it.

We loved the surroundings, garden is very nice and provided breakfast was very tasty. Good location for a good price.

Nice place to stay

Everbody were very friendly and nice. Rooms are specious and the breakfast was typical Srilankan with fresh local fruits. You must try pancakes. If coming back for sure will stay here again!

Comfortable 2 night stay to explore Mirissa

Property exceeded our expectations when we arrived compared to the photos. Clean room which kept cool with the fan. Excellent location, close to the beach. Tasty filling breakfast.

Quite a lot of mozzies in and around the garden and restaurant, have some mosquito repellent with you.

A very relaxing and comfortable stay super close to the beach. The kindest hosts ever. Amazing stay!

Breakfast was delicious and filling. I'm a vegan and the host accommodated my needs by giving me extra fruits and bread. She even gave me some wonderful tea and bananas in the evening, which was very kind of her. In fact, she treated me like family and it was the best place I've stayed in all of Sri Lanka. Highly recommend!

It rained on the first day. The water stood until ankle level in front of the room. This made it a bit hard to go out onto the road.

Staff were helpful, we needed WiFi to work but it wasn't working so we were given their phone to use as a hotspot which saved the situation! The room was clean and once the Aircon got going it worked. There were quite a lot of ants in the room and they provided ant killer which was appreciated. Tasty breakfast. Good location.

The bed had some kind of wrapper on the mattress which we found extremely uncomfortable. There were a lot of flies when we ate, the table cloth wasn't changed so think it was attracting them a lot. Not all the lights were working in the room.

The room was spacious and clean, beautiful garden with peacocks, good breakfast, friendly hosts and great localisation. We asked for laundry and it was perfect

We really enjoyed the time in panora garden. Its one of the best guesthouses we been in sri lanka. The breakfast is amazing and fresh. The rooms are clean and very big. The garden is fantastic, very nice ambiance. The famiily is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you for the stay.

Exceptional

We really appreciate our time in Panora Garden. Everything was perfect. Warm welcoming with coconut milk, the room was big with our own bathroom. And what a food!!! I can definitely recommend to get a dinner, Rasika make some amazing curries, really generous and so yummy!! The breakfast was also gorgeous and we discover local specialities. We also got the afternoon tea. A huge thank you Rasika for everything, we spent a great time!

Superb

Room and bathroom was clean and big (2 towels and mosquitier around bed), AC was working perfectly, stuff was super friendly (maybe they doesn't speak perfect english, nor do I, but they will understand what you want). Breakfast was big and delicious. Place is close to the beach and shops (4 min by walk). Most important thing, they have awesome rooster and one chicken in their place, which accompany you in your breakfast! Really recommend this place.

There was a problem with light in the bathroom. Stuff were walking around trying to get new lightub, and only tell us to wait another 5 min ( it was more than half hour). When I told them that's ok, they bring us small lamp. It's nothing big, and they tried their best!

Exceptional

Very clean and calm place, comfortable bed, working air conditioning, warm water. Delicious breakfast! Close to restaurants and beach at the same time, so if one wants to party - one won't miss it, but if you prefer a calm sleep with no extra noise - that fits as well. Hosts are very nice and kind people. We've rented scooter rights there and also had a meal in a small restaurant at the entrance. One of our top stays in Sri Lanka.
