Enjoyable
Everything was spotless and well equipped.
The location was poor, situated at a crossroads and on the pavement level. The locks on the entrance and apartment door needed attention.

Not so mini apartment in the centre of Los Llanos
Not as mini as the name suggests, it was perfectly enough for the two of us. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped and the owner is a helpful and kind person. We appreciated the fruits!

Beautiful island, great city, cute shops, cafes and restaurants.
The fruitbasket was very nice! The flat is in walking distance of an abundance of beautiful restaurants. The hosts were extremely friendly. There are free of charge parking lots right around the corner. Very convenient.
There was construction going on in the street below. That was very noisy all during business hours and because all the street was torn open, it smelled a bit. This will not affect the quality of the stay, once construction is over. But would have been fair to mention before. Also there is a pizza delivery next doors, running till 23:30 at night. The delivery vehicles are really noisy. So if you have small kids and plan to sleep early, this may not be the place to stay.

Good place to rest from my exertions on the walking trail.
The location was a short walk (10 minutes) from the town centre. The host provided some fruit and bottled water. The sun shone into the apartment most of the day.
The only thing wrong with Minipiso was that the road outside was being dug up (NOT the road in the picture, which is the adjacent main road).
