Bern kastel Hotel

Ruime kamer,met zithoek en zetels,moderne badkamer,voldoende opberg mogelijkheden zeer goede wifi op je kamer,prima ontbijt buffet.

Zeer schone hotelkamer, goed ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Perfecte ligging t.o.v. Bernkastel.

Hervorragendes Hotel, das man absolut empfehlen kann

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes, sauberes Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal überall. Preis-Leistung war vollkommen ok. Lage perfekt, da man in 1min am Wasser ist. Auto konnte (gegen eine Gebühr von 8€) in einer abgeschlossenen Garage geparkt werden und netterweise durften wir uns bei verfrühter Anreise schon vor Checkin dort hineinstellen. Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Sehr leckeres vielseitiges Frühstück. Behindertengerechte Eingänge usw.. Zimmer hatte doch einen Wasserkocher (stand nicht in der Beschreibung auf Booking)

Garageneinfahrt sehr kompliziert und eng (man sah auch die Schrammen von anderen an der Wand), hier würde ein wenig mehr Platz sehr gut sein, denn die Autos werden nunmal eher größer. Balkons liegen sehr eng beieinander, daher bekommt man alles mit von den anderen (ja, Luxusprobleme 😅). Vereinzelt etwas hellhörig.

Excellent, would definitely recommend it to friends, and stay again. Staff were extremely helpful.

I was extremely grateful to retrieve my wallet that I had accidentally left in reception! It was nice to be able to trust the staff. Thank you so much for keeping it safe for me. The recommendation to the Zylinder Restaurant was perfect.

Exit from car park garage was a little bit tight. 😬 This is not a complaint. I was grateful to have a park. 😀

Modernes Hotel, welches die Extrameile geht!

Das Frühstück war sensationell gut, mit vielen verschiedenen Optionen, die man sonst selten findet. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze, die für 8€/Tag genutzt werden können. Location ist außerdem top - man ist in ca. 5 Minuten in der Altstadt und mitten im Geschehen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und modern ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Außerdem war die Lage des Hotel wirklich sehr gut. Wir waren mit unseren Fahrrädern unterwegs und konnten direkt auf den Fahrradweg entlang der Mosel losfahren.

Einen kleinen Minuspunkt haben wir leider. Neben dem Hotel ist direkt eine Disco . Die uns bis in die Morgenstunden den Schlaf geraubt haben. Leider war es uns so warm auf unserem Zimmer. Obwohl wir die Heizung abgestellt hatten. Deshalb mussten wir mit offenen Fenster schlafen. Trotzdem würden wir das Hotel nochmal auswählen. Vielen Dank !

Ideal hotel for a stay in Bernkastel-Kues !

Very nice and clean room, friendly staff, safe and spacious underground parking garage for only €8/day. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and extensive. When you cross the bridge, you immediately arrive at the historical city center, which makes the hotel, breakfast and location a perfect place to stay!

Checkout took a while, but this was mainly due to the fact that a lot of people were going for breakfast at that same time. In any case, all this isn't anything that will stop us from returning to this hotel next time.

New good hotel in Bernkastel Kues

quite New hotel not far from city center. Very confortable rooms with balcony and AC. very helpful staff. Good breakfirst.

Nothing, maybe except the entrence to the garage of you hav a very big car, but it Worked thanks’ to help from the man in the reception.

Excellent stay

We had a really nice stay. Excellent location, parking place nearby, modern, clean and quiet room with balcony. Breakfast was also really good and a lot of choices.

small thing but our pillows were really thin and small and I’m not that picky ;) We were planning to ask a new ones but the lobby was already closed. All in all we got a good night sleep!

A very nice stay!

We had a sauna in our suite which was surprisingly good for such an electric sauna.

There were no bathrobes in the room, even though they had been listed in the room facilities. The instructions in English to use the sauna were not sufficient. If we had not understood the German instructions we would not have managed to use the sauna.
