This two bedroom, two bathroom condo features an open-living area with beautiful elongated windows that provide spectacular panoramic views and fresh, natural light. One gaze out of the window, and guests can take in the beauty of the serene forested mountains. The expansive living room provides more than enough room for six residents with a plush, oversized sofa that calls your name. The sofa faces the gas fireplace, encased in an attractive stone surround, and a large HDTV. This layout beckons your friends and family to gather around the crackling fireplace and enjoy a night in after the ski boots come off. The warm furnishings and decor combine with elegant and inviting touches of Colorado history to create a haven for visitors. Adjacent to the living room is a sizable formal dining area with seating for four and additional bar seating along the breakfast bar. For those wishing to prepare a family meal, the kitchen features beautiful wooden cabinetry and comes standard with stainless steel appliances and most everything need to prepare a gourmet meal. A single door opens to a private deck with views across the forest.
The spacious master bedroom features mountain views and elegant wooden furnishings. It comes equipped with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The lavish bedding and fluffed pillows will leave you wanting to return after a day of skiing or hiking. Enjoy a late night movie on the flat screen TV without disturbing anyone else. The guest bedroom typically offers a queen bed or two twin beds, and the condo can accommodate up to six with the typical bedding configuration and queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
Guests of The Timbers are welcome to take a plunge in the indoor-outdoor heated pool or rest in the hot-tub next to the waterfall. Enjoy the outdoor firepit and BBQ grill in the evenings when the sun sets over the Rocky Mountains. Guests have the luxury of using the fitness center, steam room, sauna, and spa while staying at this condo. Best of all, no more lugging that ski and hiking gear around! Guests may store their belongings in the shared ski lockers and allow the private elevator to whisk you up to your room. For those who prefer to stay indoors, the lobby features high quality seating with a baby grand piano, a fireplace with stone surround, game tables with inlaid chess boards and a beautiful bar. It is the perfect place to indulge in a cocktail, hot cocoa, or coffee after a long day on the slopes!
Along with true ski-in/ski-out access to the Keystone Gondola and Summit Express lift, you’re just 50 yards from River Run Village. Find shopping, restaurants, ski rentals and nightlife in the village year-round. In summer, the village comes alive with concerts, art fairs, wine tastings and the very popular beer and bluegrass festival. River Run Village welcomes top level music ensembles for your auditory pleasure. And for additional activities, choose from Keystone's Lakeside Village for outdoor ice-skating or the towns of Dillon and Silverthorne which are about 10 minutes away.
