We enjoyed our weekend in that lovely house very much, everything you need is there, it was very clean, beds are comfortable and within the screened porch you can enjoy sitting outside in the evening . We had the absolute best first getaway with our son! The house is beautiful and had all of the comforts of home. We spent most of our time relaxing on the breezy screened in porch. Wonderful House, Fabulous property manager
We loved the house, especially the porch. The whole house was really comfortable. We ended up leaving a wedding ring, class ring, and watch behind and I was put in touch with the property manager with in minutes. Amanda was very sympathetic and went right over and was able to locate the jewelry and a friend was able to pick them up. She was happy to help and didn’t make us feel super dumb for our big mistake. If there ever was a problem with this house and you needed to contact management, I know you would be in good hands with these very good people in charge!

We had a great stay at the house. It was as described and clean. The kids enjoyed playing in the long driveway. The sunroom was nice but could use a a refresh with more comfortable seating. Overall, it met all our needs and we would stay again.

El vecindario muy cuidado la casa a una cuadra del mar se puede ver el mar y escuchar las olas en la noche de la casa, te sientas afuera y es lo más relajante, muy limpia demasiado diría yo, tiene todo lo necesario utensilios, platos, vasos, cafetera etc.
Las tiendas muy cercas.
Fue lo máximo para nosotros gracias por el detalle de arbol de Navidad mis nietas lo disfrutaron mucho .

Thanksgiving stay
We truly enjoyed our stay in this cozy home In Rockport. We loved sitting on the screened-in porch and looking out at the water. My one suggestion would be to put a bedside table and lamp in the master bedroom. It’s nice to be able to reach a glass if water, eyeglasses etc. Also we had a little trouble getting in because the codes we were given were not correct but Vacasa was able to remedy the problem pretty quickly.

Cute home, great location
This is the cutest little beach house. The beds were comfortable and our kids actually slept in! Even the pull out couch in the living room was nice. The house is equipped with everything you need and more in the kitchen. It was a great location for us, not too far from Corpus Christi or the ferry to the beach. Night lights were provided which is a great touch for those traveling with kiddos, not to mention all the games in the closet made for fun relaxing nights.

Lovely cottage a few blocks off the water. Great kitchen but only really sleeps 4. We would have given it five stars, but the price almost tripled from the overnight charge to the complete charge with fees.
