Great location

The location was very good, the sea is very close and the place is pretty quiet. The property management ladies are very flexible, especially in case of the check-in and check-out.

- There are only 4 chairs (both at the kitchen table and on the terrace), despite the fact that the apartment can officially be rented to 6 people. We were 5 and this was very uncomfortable. - The place wasn't cleaned well when we arrived. It was a very superficial cleaning. - The sofa beds in the living room are horrible - they should be changed as soon as possible, as sleeping there is impossible. - The bathroom door is dysfunctional - once you close it, good luck opening it again! - The internet keeps breaking down. - You can generally see the passage of time everywhere, especially on the furniture. In conclusion, it was good value for the money we paid (about €80 per night), but it certainly isn't worth more.

Relaxing

Everything was great. Convenient parking. Apartment right on the beach. Peace and quiet. Comfortable beds. The apartment is well equipped.

One of the cupboards needed airing due to the bad smell.

Very good

Close to the beach, peace and quiet, a great place to unwind. I recommend having a car, because out of season buses to the city run every 1.5-2 hours. Mrs. Maria is very nice and helpful.

Close to airport. Important as we didn't exit until gone 12am. Easy to find. Quiet location. Just about on the beach.Good view. You need a car.

You have to leave car at entrance while you find and enter the property to get fob to work the barrier. As it was pitch black we had problems finding the apartment .We had to ring Maria who amazingly answered straight away ( it was gone 1am ) and with her help quickly found the apartment. After that we had no problems.

Paradise just 10mins away from airport

Absolutely amazing view, cozy apartment in safe area just few steps from beach,ideal for morning coffee by the sea.Wonderful,thank you for amazing stay and for great customer care of Maria who was really helpful with all our requests and was willing to help if needed and give recommendations:)

All was great, we will come back for sure:)

Superb

Very nice location. Near a small town with wonderful restaurants. Beach area pretty easily accessible and not crowded. Balcony off the living room

No hand soap in bathroom. No directions of where parking spot was located. Only 1 towel per person for a five night stay.

Lovely beach side apartment

Wonderful location on a quiet beach (needs car). The marine themed look in the rooms was a nice change to standard hotels. Very well equipped kitchen.

Beds had plastic mattress covers that made you sweat. A lot of mosquitoes, even-though the rooms had nets.

Exceptional

Nobody waited for us at the apartment, but doesn't mattered. We found the key in a keybox. Very clean and equipped house. Very nice view from the balcony. If you keep open the windows all night long you can hear the voice of the waves. Beautiful. Just 20 meters and you ar at the beach. Quiet, peaceful ideal for families. 5 stars!

Easy, relaxing, beautiful

Although only a 10-minute drive from the airport, the appartment and beach were very calm. One could hear an aircraft from time to time but it never was disturbing at any time - not on the beach and for sure not in the appartment. The beach is less than a 1 minute walk away and the sea is just beautifully clear. The beach is neat and beautiful but with big pepple stones. So a beach chair is absolutetly neccessary. Unfortunately there was none at the appartment, but there was delivered one within one day after having aked for it. Communication was easy and quick via WhatsApp, which just was great - many thanks to Maria :-). Yiallos Village is a beautiful settlement with three-storey buildings, having appartments of different sizes. The apartments either have 1 balcony or one terrace. Appartment C107 (on the first floor) has one big living room combined with a kitchen, 2 bed rooms and 1 bath room. I find it very comfortable for up to 4 persons, 6 would be - for my taste - a bit to much, especially on the balcony which has approximately 2x3m. The kitchen has everything you need for holiday cooking: an oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge and a smal freezer, as well as enjoyably designed tableware. I enjoyed the time very much and really can recommend the appartment.

Superb

We were asatisfied. Very friendly service. Excellent position of Apartment close to the beach, balcon with sea view. It is optimal for families with children. Good aircondition in appartment, good WIFI signal, good equiped kitchen.

Necessary to rent a car.

Exceptional

Great location, right by the sea which is very warm with very fine powder like sand. Yiallos village full of friendly people and clean. Beach has few people so lots of space. Better to have a car rented as stores far away

Great location and very good apartment with all facilities

Great location and very good apartment with all facilities, brand new A/C in all rooms, nice decoration and amazing sea and garden view from the balcony. The beach is a few meters away from your door. Excellent communication with the host who very kindly let us check in before 3pm and check out after 11am.

I highly recommend it!

Everything about it was good! And it's very close to the beach and the Airport.

The only problem was with the location! It's kinda far from the center of the city (Larnaca), around 10 min by car. But if you have a car, it won't be a big deal!
