Un desastre quiero y no puedo

No nos gustó nada del alojamiento

Este hotel fue un timo ponía que era de 4 estrellas pero no tenía nada que ver con esto no tiene restaurante ni bar camas malas el aire no funcionaba la ducha rota el agua por el suelo no había personal a partir de las 21 h parecía que la calificación está puesta

Хотелът като цяло покри очакванията ни. Удобен, модерен, на комуникативно място-в центъра, с добро обзавеждане. Препоръчвам хотелът като чудесно място за престой и много добро съотношение-цена, местоположение и качество на обслужването.

Имаше някои недомислици, дължащи се по-скоро на интериорния дизайн. Особено в обзавеждането на банята и това ни подразни. Банята не беше отоплена, което създаваше неудобсто при къпане(посещението ни беше в средата на зимата-2-3 януари). Наклонът на пода към подовия сифон почти отсъстваше и при къпане и миене се събираше значителна локва на пода-неприятно да я газиш ако нямаш джапанки. Душ кабината не беше добре изолирана и при къпане пръските попадаха по целия под. Кутията за тоалетна хартия беше почти под душа и при пръскане хартията се мокреше. Но въпреки тези недомислици, за което не може да се вини управата и персонала, престоят ни беше много приятен.

Sehr zufrieden

Sehr großes Zimmer, Balkon mit wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt. Großes Bad mit Badewanne und extra Dusche. Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer.

Schade, dass sie keinen Frühstück anbieten.

It was clean. The location was good. Staff was helpful. There was parking nearby. You just needed to move the cones.

Trimontium, espectacular plovdiv!

Cerca del centro, en la colina. El hotel en lo alto, habia q subir una cuesta. Personal amable. Buena relación calidad-precio. Buenas vistas!

No había restaurante, ni desayuno ni cena. El baño poco apañado, se salia el agua por la ducha, y sin enganches para las toallas, nada del otro mundo.

Lovely place to stay.

Everything was lovely, great location, clean, comfortable room, terrace overlooking the centre of the city. Beautiful. The girl at the reception so friendly, helpful, smiling. We felt very wellcomed,. Definitely will go back.

What an awesome hotel

Everything was simply excellent. The staff is outstanding, helpful and kind. The panorama view on the top balcony is breathtaking!

It surpassed my expectations

The room had a balcony with an amazing view of the town. The bedsheets were snow white, the AC and small fridge were working, the WiFi was quick and the bathroom was spotless. Everything that you could need was there.

Comfortable stay

Comfortable room, clean, enough facilities ,heating system based on air conditioning so you can easy set desired temperature, front office closes at 20:00 so check in only available before. Easy to find free parking around the hotel, no bar or restaurant in the hotel. Some rooms have balcony or terrace where smoking is allowed.

Probably is not perfect but good for the money paid for.

Very good

The location is great, very central, with parking. The room is very modern, the bathroom is veyr big - with both bath tub and shower cabin. The girls at reception were very friendly and helpful, and showed us the Booking wallet option on the website.

The hotel is still not finished (it was at the same level of construction in 2019), and I believe it will be a lot better if the hotel with the Panorama view is finished. Also, it will be very nice if breakfast is available.
