Our stay at the Beachview at Bayside was excellent! This property had all the amenities and was very well stocked. We didn’t need to purchase anything extra but food during our stay. The home was spacious but also had many areas we could spend time together with our family. The location was great too. Not far from shops and restaurants and within 15 mins of AMI. Would highly recommend this property!

Pictures were decieving in comparison to actual. House was not clean when my infant had black hands, knees and feet after crawling on the floor, games were missing pieces, child gates were broken, bathroom on main floor had minimal water pressure from the faucet, sink backed up easily. Had to contact management to adjust the AC.
Kitchen missing key items to be able to cook. Air fryer was a nice addition. Washer dryer access was nice. Nice surplus of towels.

We were very satisfied with our stay!
The location was an amazing central spot to explore Anna Maria Island and Sarasota. The property itself was spacious and had lots of great spots to hang out indoors and out. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and patio area.
The bedrooms were well set up for large groups and families.
The whole house was clean and was well stocked with necessary items for a stay.
The host was very communicative and helpful.

The house was exactly as described, and perfect for our family. My only caution is that there are a lot of stairs in the house. It wasn't an issue for anyone in our group, but if you're traveling with anyone with mobility issues or a crawling baby/toddler, it may prove to be a bit challenging.
I think our favorite part of the house was the heated pool. It felt great on chillier evenings- almost like a giant hot tub.
The owner was incredibly responsive. A few small issues popped up during our trip, and she addressed them immediately.
My only regret is that our trip wasn't longer, and we didn't have more time to spend in the house. The location is great- an hour drive from TPA, and only 15-30 minutes to Anna Maria Island, depending on which beach you go to. Our family would absolutely return to this area, and if we do, we would love to stay in this house again.

My family and I had a great time at this house with its heated pool and amazing views of the intercoastal. Plenty of room inside and out. Had a couple of hiccups during check in and the wifi going out, but the host was responsive and determined to give solutions. Location is conveniant with about a 20 minute drive to Sarasota or Longboat Key. We would definitely stay here again!

The house and location were perfect for our family. Three kids and five adults - we had plenty of individual and shared space. The on site pool was perfect and we were minutes away from beautiful beaches at Anna Maria Island. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and the house was fully stocked with kitchen/pool/beach needs. We had a wonder stay celebrating 11 of us turning 50 this past year. It was perfect to relax by pool and quick drive to one of the beautiful beaches on the island. We enjoyed great restaurants and many friendly faces.

the property actually has 2.5 bathrooms. the half bath is in pool area. great when you are at pool but having only one full bathroom in common area inside was sometimes inconvenient. second full bath is in suite on top floor and most convenient for whoever stays in that suite.

Quiet waterfront vacation house
Fell in love with this VRBO as soon as we pulled into the driveway. Upscale, quiet neighborhood just minutes away from AMI and other beaches. Large clean house with plenty of room for multiple guests. Christy was very responsive and attentive from the time of booking to during our stay. Would definitely come back here again!

The owner controls house temperature and rooms could be warmer then we like.
Steps could be an issues.

Overall positive experience as a home away from home. Generally, well appointed home. Homeowner/ host was very responsive to questions or concerns. Convenient to food stores, restaurants, aquarium, museums and beaches.
Of note, there are 3 short flights of stairs to get up to the first/main floor. The Bathroom on the first floor is a shared bathroom for the first floor which includes a master king bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a queen bedroom, family room and kitchen as well as the laundry room. The first floor bathroom is not part of an ensuite to the first floor master bedroom. The second floor king master is a comfortable suite for a family. The second floor master includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.

Lovely spot for families
Great stay. Came down in November for a wedding at Ca'd'zan. Very convenient. Publix, whole foods, Target-all close. Easy to get to. Heated pool is a must. Kids had So much fun. Things we liked: there are two separate master suites. One couple with their kids stayed on top floor. Other couple stayed on main floor with theirs.
House is reasonably equipped and host is communicative.
Best breakfast spot we found was- First Watch. Soooo delicious. And stopping at the Museum of Art and Whimsy is the Best.

Exceeded our Expectations!!
My wife and I travel frequently and we must say that, this was one of the best spots we have stayed at. Great location. Beautiful home, near the Bay. Everything mentioned in the ad was there and more! From games for the kids, to pool accessories, and all kitchen necessities. For the visits to the beach, they supplied items, like a Wagon, Ice Coolers,, chairs, umbrellas, and much more.... The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. I would definitely recommend this rental to others, especially large groups (large families like ours). We had 6 children with us. The kids loved the covered pool area.
Any questions or concerns were answered immediately from the wonderful hosts.
When we return to this part of Florida we will definitely utilize this location again!!!

Great getaway!
Overall great experience! Not too far from the beaches, clean house overall, great pool area, good space to hang out and we’ll stocked with household and beach supplies. Only downsides were the two king beds being very noisy, not enough bathrooms on the living levels for 11 people, and a few things needing attention in the house that were broken/needing replaced. But we really did enjoy our stay and the hosts are very good at responding and answering any and all questions!

Just what we needed
I needed a place to go in a sunny location with a pool and comfortable space for 7 guests. We were not disappointed. My ratings for check-in and location are not 5 stars because...I didn't get the email with the check-in/lockbox info on the day of arrival as promised but I messaged the owner and got a quick response and all was solved. In terms of the location I don't feel qualified to say whether the location was ideal in relation to other attractions etc. because we only really left the house once during our entire stay. We weren't in it for spending time away from the house.
Kitchen was well appointed and dining out by the pool was perfect in the evening. We had everything we needed for pool time in general - plenty of towels and pool floats/noodles. Which was my priority.
There are a lot of stairs which wasn't a problem for us at all but can see why some folks with mobility issues may have difficulty. I know lots of folks have noted that the number of bathrooms was disappointing. We honestly didn't have any issues with that either, but we were a smallish group and didn't spend a lot of time trying to shower and get ready for going out etc.
The views from the house are nice, the bay isn't super picturesque but a few of our guests are bird enthusiasts and really loved catching wildlife views throughout the day from all vantage points - there are many. The neighborhood is really lovely and well kept - lots of trees and plants of interest if that's your thing (its our thing).
Bottom-line we really enjoyed ourselves and the only issue I had was that we hadn't booked the house for a day longer so we could have soaked it in a bit more.

Relaxing, beautiful stay
The property owners were so responsive and kind. We were a bit surprised about the condition of the property due to storm damage repairs, but overall it was very nice. The reviews indicated that there are only 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms but of course we didn't notice that until after we arrived. It all worked fine. The home is lovely, and well appointed. The view and location are great for getting around. You do not have beach access directly from the property; but driving to a beach isn't a big deal. The owners were great to work with, we had a lovely stay.

Wonderful Escape
We booked this very last minute for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The house was immaculate and the details were very taken care of... fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, etc. We had some challenges with the checkin process (could have been us) and I thought given the description of ocean view that we could walk to the ocean (realized later it's on the bay and water access is private) but we had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable there. The back area with the swings and hammock was really nice and well kept. Pool was in amazing shape. We knew going in that stairs were involved and my parents are older, but it was actually not as steep as we worried and everyone did fine. Very close to grocery and restaurants. Great little escape!

Enjoyable stay
We had a nice time in this home. It was clean, well stocked and decor is on trend. Owner was great when we experienced a few hiccups. Wish I had known about all the stairs. My elderly in-laws had a difficult time with all the climbing to the main floor. Also the bathroom situation is a bit tight. I hadn’t noticed in the listing but there are only two baths inside (just one on the main floor) for our big group.

Beautiful home
Home nicely updated. Kitchen was fully equipped, we could cook whatever we needed. Fully supplied necessities such as laundry soap, etc. Very clean, neat and organized. Plenty of room to relax.
There are many stairs.....main floor is 2 short flights from entrance. If you’re unable to climb stairs daily, you’d find it difficult. Master on upper level, 2 short flights from main floor.
At night, outside back area not lit, as lights didn’t work. Very well lit around lanai and pool.
Everything was close by...beaches, stores, etc. short drive to Anna Maria and Siesta Key.
