Adequate for a night's sleep but hidden costs may arise

The price was very good, location is good if you have a car (didn't try the public transport) and generally the apartment was comfortable enough for the price.

Check out is until 9 am, and you can extend it with a 10 euro fee but only until the time they give you, which in our case was 10:30, which is the typical check out time. Check-in is also only possible online and they ask suspiciously a lot of information from every guest. They also ask for a 40 euro deposit which felt like they would try to keep for small excuses Ike "you didn't separate the garbage enough", "you arrived 10' before/later than planned", "you didn't undo the sheets as described", etc. The place had a mild smell of mold when you get in, a couple of spiders, no curtain in the shower, almost no hand soap, the heating was not adjustable, and no blinds on the windows! Only some semi transparent curtains and bear in mind it was on the ground floor. Finally, I want to mention that I got very annoyed by the dozens of messages that started arriving after the booking. Some pointless repeated information, some in 3 different languages, and some important information which can easily be missed in that chaos. To sum it up: they try to find cheap ways to get more money and the whole experience didn't feel welcoming.

Very poor

1.the hotel demads a deposit of 1000 czk. The deposit was not be returnd on a reason of early ariving. But in fact we came at 3.50 pm Nobody inform us about it. 2. It was reserved for 4 adult and 2 children - 6 years old and 7 years old. In fact we found 1 big bed and 3 beds. (!?) 3. It is demanded that the room must be cleaned before leaving. Stafless hotel with deposit creats a lot of possibilities (sometimes wrong) not to return deposit back! Pay attention before using such hotel.

Great place if you like filth and spiders.

Location is not great, but there is a grocery store nearby and there is a direct bus to the city center. Wi-Fi was good.

The apartment was in an appalling state in terms of cleanliness. The floor was so dirty I managed to cut my foot with a tiny piece of glass on our first day. The apartment is permeated by a damp and musty smell. There was an old and smelly rag under the kitchen sink. To top it off, the apartment is a house for at least three spiders, one of them so big you might think it has been living there for at least a year. Overall, the apartment obviously has not been cleaned for a very, very long time. In reality, the apartment is much smaller than suggested by the photos made with a wide lens. The photos also don't show all the filth you will find in the apartment. Note that in the bathroom you will find a bath without a shower curtain, so good luck taking a shower without spilling the water all over the place. Check-in and check-out instructions are so convoluted they spam you with 10 messages to explain everything. The fact that we needed to pay a 1000CZK deposit is fine, although this fact should have been included in the apartment description.

Spacious, clean rooms, lots of beds. Automatic check-in.

Bathroom was small and with a tilted roof, so we could not stand properly in the shower. No bins to separate trash in the apartment. Early checkout at 9am with threats of extra payment per person per 20min. Not very welcoming.

I never stayed and I got no refund as the check in was too difficult.

The hotel made check in impossible. They would not accept the form of payment which was required for check in as they said room had already been taken. Could not use the room and got no refund.

The entire place smelled like smoke. No idea how none of the reviews mentioned this. Absolutely awful.

I would come again.

Very nice stay for a weekend. Location is 40 minutes walking from city center of Karlovy Vary. but if you travel by car it’s not a problem. Enough space for a big family. All what we need we found in apartment.

incredibly difficult check-in process with tons of incomprehensible spam messages from the host. If you want some quests

We wasn’t able to check-in to apartments, sure it was partially our fault, but it’s really a quest to check-in, f.i. they will spam you with tons of messages with around 1k letters in each, you have to get all necessary info from them (it’s not easy, significant information is spread among all messages), then there will such instructions like “keys will be in some place”, “finish check-in and we will send you further instructions” (it felt like we were in some kind of detective), also some messages were contradictory, like “keys will be there or there”, also always said that can send our info to host to finish check-in and it can save some time on our arrival so we decided we can fill everything at the apartments, but no, without that they won’t even explain how to get into apartments. We tried to call at 21 but all we got from the call was repeat these incomprehensible messages in more incomprehensible way. The host doesn’t speak in eng, only germ or czech. So we were late for up to 5 mins and faced with closed doors without ability to get into. To sum things up, incredibly difficult check-in process with tons of incomprehensible spam messages from the host. If you want some quests on check-in you have to choose this option.

So cold. We tried to increase temperature but it was not working. So we stayed comfortless. Also wi-fi was too weak.

It couldn't be worse 🤯

Notning

First of all, the dirty apartment, which we saw as soon as we entered, was dust everywhere and crumbs from previous tenants. A sleeping worm in the fridge. In the evening it turned out that there is no hot water so an ice shower.In the morning, when 10 o'clock came and we were not yet ready to leave, the lady said that we could not stay, we were supposed to finish packing our backpacks.

Superb

We liked everything about the apartment. There was a lot of thought put into preparing the apartment to serve it's purpose. Highly recommed 🙂

The fridge needed to be cleaned and the dishwasher used more often as it smelled of decay. I had to run the dishwasher on it's own to get rid of the bad smell.

The appartment in not worth the money. Very disappointed

Nothing really

To get to the apartment you have to go thru a very small narrow windy staircase which starts right at the door. This makes it very difficult to get to the actual apartment and extremely challenging with the bags or if you have a stroller. Toilet / bathroom were very small. Room size were ok but the slanted ceilings were making it difficult to walk. It is basically an attic. Dated and stuffy especially as it was summer
