We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot! It is right around the corner from our daughter and son-in-law, and it is very well equipped. Everything was just as in the photos. Jason is extremely accommodating and very communicative when he needs to be. We will stay here again!

Jason was the perfect host. He helped us with the TV When we drove there from northern CA it was a long day. We hit lots of rain. Jason turned on all the lights and heat for us. Will stay there again

This is a wonderful rental! It is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the location has easy access to everything. The backyard is super cute, has a hot tub and shaded eating area with lots of trees. The front patio has a nice seating area and fire pit, although we did not use it. The owner was super helpful and responsive, gave us a late check-out time, and even went out of his way to make sure I received the proper refund when I changed the dates of my booking. We look forward to staying here again when we are in town!

Myself and 2 golfing buddies stayed at Jason's place for 8 days. The weather wasn't quite what we were used to however the accommodations had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location for golf and the many restaurants and shops in Old Town La Quinta. As noted, the place is clean and has everything you could want. Extra useful having a hot tub which saw lots of use as we played 18 holes a day for 7 days. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed here for a long weekend. It’s just perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). The home is just as pictured. It’s clean, spacious, and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We didn’t use the outdoor areas bc it was chilly when we were there (end of Dec.), but both front and back yards were lovely and would be nice areas to just hang out and relax. Host was very responsive when we needed something. Highly recommend!!

I stay in VRBO homes often when I travel, and can think of only a few that were as clean, comfortable, and well-appointed as this one. Jason has done a wonderful job with this home, and is very friendly and helpful to boot. Highly recommended.

Jason went above and beyond to welcome us when a few members of our party had to endure meetings after a long drive. House is close enough to Polo Club to drive, Uber, or bike to festivals and really clean and welcoming.

Overall a great stay! Only 5 minutes away from some cafes and 15 minutes away from Coachella, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub and Jason always responded very quickly and was very helpful with anything we needed.

4 adults stayed one week to visit Indian Wells Tennis. The location was perfect. A 10 minute drive to the stadium and easy walk into La Quinta for restaurants and supplies. Jason was the perfect host and responded very quickly. The house is true to the pictures, we’ll equipped and super clean. Perfect for our group and we will certainly try to book this house again when we return for more tennis. Thanks to Jason for opening his home for our stay.

Nice little property in La Quinta, very close to the downtown and to hiking trails. Backyard is great with the dogs, and the property had everything you need for a quick getaway. We booked a bit late, and communication with the property owner was great for arrival and during out visit. No major issues, we were just working on getting some of the outside lights to come on - great communication and we figured out the lights which made for a great atmosphere outside. Covered patio front and back, plenty of space for the two humans and two Shih-Tzus. Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jason’s property! The decor and cleanliness were great and the layout worked well for our family. We were with my parents and our newborn baby and we had plenty of room, indoors and outdoors, for us all! The location is amazing! We walked to Old Town for brunches and a nice dinner at Lavender Bistro (highly recommend!). Jason was a great host and always super quick to reply. We will stay here again!

We loved this property! The neighborhood is very tranquil and so is this home. The backyard offers the perfect amount of shade in the hot La Quinta weather. We loved the television outside and our dogs loved the yard. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools we might need and the air conditioner was perfect! Just book this property, you will love it!

We were there for three days in mid-March. We found Jason's home to have everything you need for a short stay in La Quinta. The yard was really lovely and our two dogs had a good time romping around in it. The house was in a great location in a cute neighborhood, within walking distance of the many restaurants in Old Town La Quinta.

The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. We were 5 women; moms with adult kids. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and availability of fresh citrus from the backyard trees! There was plenty of seating inside as well between the dining table and large sectional couch. As shown in the photos bathrooms are small with pedestal sinks, but the owner compensates by having side tables and dressers in the bedrooms for holding all your items. Note that shampoo products are not included in this rental so bring your own. The kitchen is also small but we weren't doing much cooking this trip so it worked out fine. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the owner also left bottled water for us. They provide plenty of towels for hot tub use as well as showers. The beds and pillows were very cozy! The neighborhood is quiet and charming and felt very safe. The location is very convenient to all that La Quinta has to offer. On the rare occasion that we needed to contact the owner, he was immediately responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The yard was perfect for our dogs. It was our first time to La Quinta. The cove was perfect. We had a beautiful trail to walk. La Quinta town center was within walking distance with a farmer’s market and plenty of good restaurants. Desiree’
