AROUND THE HOUSE
Would you like to enjoy a vacation at the rhythm of the tides, in a lush, wind-sheltered and peaceful setting?
If you're a hiker, the GR34 is just 250 meters from the house, as is the magnificent beach at the end of the bay, which will delight bathers and anglers alike. The port and resort center with its shops, bars, restaurants and market are 900 meters away.
If you're a surfing enthusiast, Locquirec has 2 renowned surf spots!
THE HOUSE - "Ty Familhoù"
At the end of a private cul-de-sac, this 180 m² Breton house, completely renovated and extended in 2023, sleeps 8. With a 4-star tourist accommodation classification (in progress - 3 stars before renovation), you'll have all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation. All furniture, bedding, equipment and appliances are brand new.
The house comprises on the ground floor:
- 1 very large living room with table soccer, 2 lounges, Smart TV + TV box & wifi, wood-burning stove, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen. You'll see the sea from every angle!
- 1 glass-enclosed spa room with 5-person Jacuzzi and breathtaking sea views!
- 1 sea-view master suite with 160x200 double bed, dressing room and bathroom with large walk-in shower - direct access to the terrace and spa.
- 1 WC with washbasin.
- 1 shower room with large walk-in shower.
- 1 garage with water point, washing machine and dryer, additional fridge-freezer.
First floor:
- 1 sea-view master suite with 160x200 double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower.
- 1 sea-view bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 (can be moved closer together).
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 (can be moved closer together).
- 1 WC.
- 1 bathroom with bath and shower cabin.
GARDEN :
- 1,500 m² wooded garden with very large terrace (120 m²) with sea view, equipped with garden furniture and BBQ.
- A heated, secured 8x3m swimming pool - sea view and sunny all day long.
- A carport (1 car) - you can also park directly in front of the house (2 cars).
Children welcome :-)
No smoking, no pets.
INCLUDED: end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen and barbecue) and household linen (sheets, bath mats, tea towels, 1 bath towel/person).
Minimum rental period: 2 nights outside school vacations, 4 nights during school vacations (except summer) and 7 nights in July and August.
SWIMMING POOL OPEN FROM EASTER TO SEPTEMBER INCLUSIVE.
