Punto de mejora.

La ubicación

Que gracias a que el A/C no funcionara,no se logro disfrutar de las instalaciones y de la habitación. Creo que deberían de cambiar la unidad de A/C ya se se ve, que esta viejo. Y es lamentable que gracias a ese pequeño detalle, arruinará el viaje que con tanto esmero se hacía planificado, rescato qué las personas del hotel fueron muy atentas y excluyó de responsabilidad a los mismos, pero si debería de prestar más cuidado a esos detalles por que el hotel tiene potencial y esta bonito.

Piscinas bien… lo demás meh

La ubicación es buena, las piscinas es su atractivo principal.

Almohadas muy poco confortables al igual que la ropa de cama, la termoducha está torcida, dirige el agua contra la pared y hace incómodo el ducharse (infraestructura vieja sin inversión en modernizar)… el desayuno muy malo… en conclusión muy ralito para lo que cobran

Demasiado relajante

Las piscinas son geniales, me encantaron. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno. Está cerca del centro y de varias actividades recreativas. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y tiene mucho jardín, y las piscinas son tranquilas, entonces sirven para relajarse mucho.

Tuvimos que preguntar varias veces sobre nuestros paños. No los tenían listos en la habitación y los necesitábamos. Después de preguntar un par de veces ya nos los llevaron, sin embargo seria genial que estén listos desde antes de entregar la habitación

Bastante que mejorar.

La ubicación excelente, las termales bastante buenas.

El baño es horroroso, los desagües olían muy mal, todo el baño es muy viejo y como remendado. Las almohadas olían a húmedo aunque enseguida nos las cambiaron, el desayuno del segundo día no estuvo rico, según porq estaban esperando proveedores, asunto q no era de mi interés.

Wonderful hotel with breathtaking views.

The perfect place to cozy up for a few nights while seeing all that La Fortuna has to offer. The complimentary breakfasts were authentic & great, the staff was absolutely amazing and always on site if needed. They all spoke good English too for folks who are traveling from English speaking countries. The only thing I would do differently next time is call the hotel directly to reserve - to avoid booking.com fees (around $50 extra)

La comida es muy cara, no hubo limpieza en la habitación y tuvimos que pedir articulos de limpieza faltantes, la atencion no es muy buena. No funcionan las piscinas todo el dia, indican una hora pero siguen sin funcionar todas. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y queda muy pegado a la cama

Me gustaron las piscinas que eran de aguas termales

No me gustaron las habitaciones, eran muy encerradas, la ducha sonaba como un motor cuando la abríamos, nunca calentó. Me parece que no va acorde el precio con la calidad, quedamos muy insatisfechos.

Caring Team Grateful to Serve

The Sueno Dorado Team is excelente. Very caring, accommodating and grateful to be of service. The pools, the bar with delicious fruit smoothies, the restaurant with deelicious meals and the in house hot Springs made our stay incredibly restful and joyful.

The hotel room shower doesn’t offer hot water.

The hot springs and pools were great. The staff very friendly

The rooms were dated, the showers heads were fixed with tape rather than replaced, there were at least 5 different types of tiles in one room. Furniture included a plastic table, in general the room decor was unpleasant

The view from the pools were nice.

We had a really bad experience with this hotel, I don't recommend it at all. The staff was rude, the communication was and is still terrible, the room was very-very noisy. The breakfast wasn't good, and the WiFi is only working at the reception, not at the room. We did really not enjoyed ourselves, so we decided to check out a few days earlier. After making us wait for like an hour with a 4 year old child, the manager finally talked to us, and agreed on a 50% refund for the remaining nights (you have to pay the full pice at check-in). Than they blamed Booking, and said that the refund is not easy, if you booked through Booking. Now, almost 3 months later, we still did not get our refund, and they don't even answer us anymore.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy but lacking staff

Garden areas are well kept and beautiful. Having 3 thermal pools, and a regular pool is definitely a plus.

It would be beneficial for the property to get an ice machine or place mini fridge in rooms. The “bar area” doesn’t open until noon and there is no where to get ice.

Pleasant

The grounds of the resort were amazing the hot springs were unbelievable and breakfast was yummy. Never ate any other meals there though.

The rooms you can hear everything outside almost like sleeping in a tent. The beds were very uncomfortable and the didn’t come with a fridge. there was no wifi anywhere except for the dining haul. Was a lot of money for the quality of rooms. But the grounds of the resort made the stay more tolerable.

Try to find another place.

The only good things were the pools and the volcano view.

Bathroom heater didn´t work that much and was a bit cold when we arrived; when asking for pool towels, there were none until the next day; if you need WiFi in your room, avoid this hotel as we were warned at the beggining that we couldn´t get in our rooms; when needed, the A/C didn´t work well, was either too hot or too cold; beds were tough; we asked for fries with chicken to snack in the pool area and they took like 40 minutes to be delivered (there wasn´t much people in the hotel by then) but they brought it with pork (which we wouldn´t eat) so we ask them to change it and it took another 40 minutes (we were starving by then). In general, there are other hotels in the area with similar or even lower prices but with better quality.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel and Hot Springs Sueno Dorado.

The landscaping was gorgeous and attracted hummingbirds and butterflies. The hot springs were very enjoyable and a snack bar was near the pool.

No WiFi in the rooms and the bathroom needed a better cleaning.

Okay - not so good value for money

Nice view of the volcano and beautiful garden in the outdoor area.

The breakfast was only typical Costarican breakfast, not much to choose from. Room was not as clean and well equipped for the price that we paid. There were a lot of local guests with kids, making a lot of noise early in the morning. From that location you cant go anywhere without a car, and there is no shop or restaurant nearby.

Really nice grounds, rooms are spacious and clean. Pools are awesome. The free breakfast was nice.

The pools were nice, but could be hotter. It's a beautiful property, but really too far out of town for my liking.

I could say that the photos can’t describe how incredible this is, but on the contrary, the photos don’t show anything like the hotel looks, the photos look very pretty for what this hotel is.
