Place was great. Clean. Comfortable. Cozy. Extremely well stocked. Perfect walking distance to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood (better than ours at home). Owners were great. Easy to get ahold of for questions. Laundry facilities were great. Very clean. Drier does need a second dry time. Outdoor space wasn’t quite what I expected but was nice for just the two of us. Will without a doubt stay again.

The owners of this property know what they are doing. So clean and fully stocked with everything you need. Walking distance to downtown but far enough away to relax. We will definitely be renting here again when we come back. Thank you for making our stay awesome!

We stayed here during February - which was surprisingly warm for Wyoming this year. The house was clean, comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed. This house is right in the middle of town and was walking distance from the main downtown area of Cody. We would definitely stay here again, and make sure to bring coins for the washer/dryer in the basement.

Our compliments to the owner of this VRBO. It was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. The decor is pleasant and comfortable. Not too fussy or overdone. There was plenty of space in all the room and a nice yard. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality and practical dishes and cookware. The gas stove was an added bonus. The bed was so comfortable and offered an excellent night’s sleep. The kitchen, bath and laundry were well stocked with generous basic necessities. There was ample room to stow suitcases, fishing gear, boots and coats. The heating system was able to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout our weeklong stay regardless of the varying temperatures outside. This was a second stay for us. It was just as pleasant a stay as our first visit.

The home was great for us. Nice place to relax after a day of hiking and traveling in NP. The Absoraka Mountain Range coming to Cody was awesome. We appreciated having a home to cook a meal on Sunday as we worshiped with our home congregation in Hudsonville, MI. The home had everything we needed and was just a short walk to restaurants and shops.

My husband and I stayed at the property four nights while visiting nearby Yellowstone National Park. We arrived very late the first day and texted Karl. He was very good to get back with me the next morning. The property was clean and had all the amenities one would need. It was so nice to have a home setting to unwind in after full days of site seeing. I would, however, have liked to have a television in the bedroom. I will add that the washer and dryer are shared with the occupants of the other half of the duplex and are coin operated. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations and would definately stay here again!

We came to Cody to explore Yellowstone. We came with everything, but needed almost nothing! The house was extremely clean, comfortable and stocked with housewares, linens, towels, and seasonings. There was even shampoo, conditioner and a fresh bar of soap. Walking distance in to restaurants and stores. When we come back, we’ll hope to stay here!

Perfect location for anything downtown. Walking distance to everything. Rental was very clean, owner very helpful and easy to contact. Comfortable rental. Big enough full kitchen for the two of us, bedroom was good (bed comfortable, AC was cold, ample closet space.

Smoke detector goes off when you cook in a frying pan. Lots of spices. Dresser and Closet space. Space in front room to organize your stuff.

Every thing was fine except for the sofa bed could not open it had to call someone over to open it. So first night had to sleep on just the couch no bed.
