Beautiful villa without opposite, of 5 rooms for 8 people, located in a residential domain, with private swimming pool of 6 x 3,5m in the garden and collective swimming pool in the domain of 16m x 7m.
Ideally located on the French Riviera, you can easily go sightseeing from Monaco to St Tropez, thanks to a motorway access at 10 mn. Close to the sea, while being located in the greenery at only 4.5 km from the lively village of Valbonne, 6 km from the village of Biot (glass factory of Art), and 9 km from the famous water park Marineland. Close to all the shops.
Possibility of multiple activities: tourist visits (many typical villages), sports activities (golf, horse riding, hiking, cycling, tennis, swimming, fitness), relaxation and well-being at the "golden tulip" spa, many magnificent nearby beaches (Antibes, Cap d'Antibes, Cannes, Théoule...).
Villa entirely renovated with private swimming pool of 6m x 3,5m in a green setting, in the peace, facing the forest. Refined design decoration, beautiful furnishings and quality equipment (new bedding).

We had a lovely week in this fantastic house. The downstairs bedroom & bathroom were perfect for my elderly father.
The house had everything we needed, was very clean, the pool was great.
Alexandra met us on arrival & showed us around. The owner Francois was really helpful, especially when a storm affected the working of the pool. She communicated via what’s app to rest it.
She was also really accommodating when our flight home was cancelled.

Property is exactly as listed, very clean and in very good order. We have been visiting the area for 40 years and the location is just perfect. Das Ferienhaus bietet alle Voraussetzungen für erholsame Ferien, der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage ist eine feine Sache.
Ein Supermarkt ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bei der Hausübergabe sollte man sich Zeit lassen und vorhandene Schäden festhalten.

Genial schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten 8 sehr schöne Tage in Valbonne. Das Haus ist groß und ausreichend für zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern. Für Babys/ Kleinkinder gab es ein Bettchen und Hochstuhl. Sogar ein Töpfchen war da. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit einem toll gelegenen Haus. Bäcker und Supermarkt waren morgens zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der tolle Garten war nicht einsehbar und wunderbar angelegt. Das Haus war voll ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung
Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool in ruhiger Wohngegend. Ausflugsziele wie Cannes, Antibes, Nizza gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sauber, modern eingerichtet und gepflegtes Haus (innen+außen). Für einen Urlaub in Südfrankreich zu empfehlen.

Maison agréable, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Elle est à quelques minutes en voiture d’un supermarché. Elle est également bien située car très proche d’Antibes, de Grasse,de Cannes, de Nice et à seulement 1h de Monaco

Belle petite maison parfaitement agencée pour passer des Vacances sur la Côte d'Azur, accueil super sympa d'Alexandra! Proche des commerces essentiels.
Il faut compter une vingtaine de minutes pour rejoindre la Côte ( Antibes, Juan les Pins...) Soleil, chaleurs, cigales que du bonheur ! Par contre en cette période invasion de moustiques !!!!! Le pire de notre séjour ! Prévoyez l'anti-moustique

Ganz toller Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus war ganz toll. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten mit Pool auch super schön! Das einzige, was nicht so schön war, waren die Stechmücken - immer und überall...
Strände und Umgebung - traumhaft! Sehr netter Kontakt und auch super Betreuung vor Ort. Wir waren damit sehr zufrieden!
Natürlich würden wir dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen! Oder kommen demnächst selbst wieder:-)

Un pur bonheur, maison calme, opérationnelle et agréable ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Un lieu idéal pour une famille et recevoir des amis. Un lieu très agréable pour se reposer et profiter de la piscine. Une maison opérationnelle et très pratique, les quatre chambres et les deux salles de bain sont idéales pour s’y loger ainsi que le coin cuisine et barbecue. La propriétaire est très gentille ainsi que les prestataires et les voisins. Facile de se déplacer soit du côté de Cannes ou de Nice, pas très loin du vieil Antibes, ainsi que du centre de Valbonne et de Biot (que je conseille). Il y a aussi à 100 mètres un carrefour market et une station essence ainsi qu’une boulangerie et une pharmacie, très pratique. Voilà une maison que je conseille vivement, en tout cas j’y retournerais avec un grand plaisir.

A splendid week in Valbonne
We have just returned from a splendid week in Valbonne and were very impressed with the house, in terms of what it had to offer, the facilities there, how comfortable it was, and it is positioned in such a great rural and quiet location. Not only is Valbonne, Boit and Grasse just minutes away in the car, and well worth a visit, you are are in easy reach of Nice, Cannes, Antibes, the many amazing beaches, and we even drove up to Monaco, down to Frejus and St Tropez, which, again, were stunning and not too far in the car. Francoise, the owner, and Jad, the local contact, were always at hand, very helpful and helped make our stay in Valbonne very enjoyable.

We stayed in francoise property in valbonne, it was a perfect week and well worth with the wait, shops in easy walking distance beautiful woods to go wandering in at rear of the property, pool very enjoyable and bigger then expected there was also a community pool to relax around which was an added bonus, Cannes,monoco,nice just a short distance away, can’t fault the communication from francoise and Jed who met us at the property made us feel very welcome and had a great sense of humour which was exactly what was needed after a long journey, decor was top of the range I honestly can’t praise this property enough, some of the view in this part of the world are breath taking, will definitely be booking again

Nice house with secluded garden
This is a nice house, which is well-situated between Valbonne and Biot. Supermarket is nearby, but you need a car to get around to appreciate the beatiful surroundings. The house is well-kept, and the garden and the pool was also lovely. Both the outdoors and the indoors match the pictures and descriptions. The kitchen could use some more utensils, such as a couple of good kithen knives and a chopping board. There were some minor problems though: It turned out that the gas was not turned on when we took over, and it took some time to solve the problem. After leaving, there was also an issue with a lost key, which was not lost, and it took a number of mails and phone calls to solve.

Nous avons passé 2 agréables semaines dans cette maison avec les enfants.
La maison est au calme dans un joli quartier résidentiel avec un supermarché à deux pas.
C'est très agréable d'être proche de la côte d'Azur et des ses plages et infrastructures tout en étant tout de même loin du tumulte et de l'agitation.
Valbonne et Biot (les 2 villages les plus proches) sont de charmants villages avec de très bon restaurants et un accueil sympathique.
La piscine est la terrasse sont très agréable et la maison est décorée et meublée avec soin.
Je recommanderai cette location à mes amis.

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et joignables par téléphone en cas de soucis.
La location est idéalement située (proche des autoroutes) pour visiter Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Antibes, St Paul de Vence...
La villa est spacieuse et bien équipée pour accueillir 8 personnes. Le jardin est bien entretenu et très agréable avec la piscine et les transats. La location était propre, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et la literie est de très bonne qualité. Elle est située dans une impasse très calme et proche des commerces. Il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis.
Pour conclure, cette maison est parfaite pour passer des vacances au calme tout en étant proche des lieux touristiques.

Home from home in a peaceful location
We stayed in the villa for 4 weeks and miss it already. We arrived after a long journey from Australia and felt immediately at home. Everything needed for a family was provided including plentiful very fresh linen and towels beautiful gardens and pool. The house is ideally positioned for journeys to all the gorgeous places to visit in the area and has a supermarket and bakery just a walk away. The owner was very efficient and easy to deal with, also the caretaker very prompt. All in all we were very comfortable and would definitely recommend this villa.

Lovely peaceful property
We loved this house! It's a 5*!!
We have always stayed on the coast before when visiting the Cote d'Azure but to stay here was a lovely change. The area is so peaceful and the garden and pool very private and secluded.
The house has lovely decor, the ability to park which is great and a supermarket within walking distance. The roads around the house were always quiet and we were in easy reach of Cannes, Nice, St Trpoez, Monaco and Antibes.
Would book this house again in a heartbeat. Only comments would be that there was no kettle or sharp knives and make sure you take mosquito repellent as we did get bitten.

Lovely peaceful house near Valbonne
We stayed for 10 days in June with our 22 month old daughter. The house is really well maintained with everything we needed for our stay, unlike a lot of rentals...
Stylishly designed the kitchen/diner/sitting room leads out into a great patio with outside dining table and onto the garden and pool. It also has a decent Weber BBQ. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing as you feel tucked away yet Valbonne and Biot are close with other gorgeous villages such as Mougins really accessible.
Essential to have a car, but easy to stock up with supplies as the Carrefour and patisserie are just a few minutes away.

Excellent property in a perfect location !!
We spent a best ever full week of vacation with the entire family (7 persons) at Francoise's villa, in Valbonne. This house is perfect ! From the excellent decor to the amenities, everything is in the right place. The furniture and bedrooms are all modern and very comfortable. Linens and towels are impeccable. Baths are modern and very clean. The kitchen does have modern appliances and everything you need to prepare either a frugal or a sophisticated dinner. There is even a Weber grill in the back yard that is perfect for the BBQ aficionados. The swimming pool is perfect for the hot days of July and the house does have everything you need to feel like home. The location is also a big plus for this property. All you need is a comfortable rental car with a good GPS navigation and you are in less than one hour drive from the wonders of Cote D'Azur, from the magnificent Monte Carlo to the great City of Nice, to the charming Grasse or Antibe, or Cannes. You can even go in around one hour drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of Frejus. We loved the property and we are highly recommending it. We are also commending the owner, Francoise, for a perfect communication and extremely clear instructions and answers to all our questions. We will definitely come back !

Belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût située dans un endroit calme et proche de toutes commodités . La maison est parfaitement équipée et la literie d'un excellent confort ! La piscine aménagée est idéale pour une baignade familiale.
La région est magnifique et l'accès aux villes de Cannes, Antibes et Nice est rapide.
Le village de Valbonne est très accueillant et on y trouve des commerces et restaurants de qualité.
Nous recommandons cette maison pour passer de très agréables vacances.
