Fantastic location, great swimming/plunge pool, very quiet neighbourhood, spacious house. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Darwin - thank you!

Stayed in the property for two and a half weeks. Our family of four enjoyed it very much.

The location was perfect. A short drive to the CBD and far enough away to feel sheltered. Darwin CBD can be a little scary at times, however the location of the townhouse is in a lovely estate.

The place was very nice and could only be improved by larger coffee mugs (See how picky this is, I purchased my own and left it there for next time). A television in the master bedroom would have been great. My kids took control of the one tv provided. Perhaps more than one towel each would have been helpful as we stayed for two and a half weeks. Nothing negative to report.

1st two days pool was green. owners fixed when contacted, public holiday increased time factor. dishwasher broken & owners knew & waited till after we arrived. not enough gas in bottle to cook one meal on the bbq for a 11 night stay. can opener broken. empty jar of coffee still in pantry. cockroaches in pantry on lids of items, & in toaster. 1 small worn bath towel, one smaller thinner bath towel for pool. There were no mats near entry onto tiles when raining (wet season) so tiles were very slippery. sheets were worn badly fitted and paper thin on beds. ensuite bathroom taps & holders need extra elbow grease for a proper clean- including cup holder for toothbrush. for 11 night stay 4 toilet rolls for 5 adults & 2 kids! light bulb near bed didn’t even fit the casing& was left beside bed. blinds missing on sliding doors & when trying to open or close many would fall off. owners were attentive when rang, but overall lack of genuine commitment to upkeep & presentation. I was hoping to have family come for dinner most nights and thankfully they were locals. not enough mugs, or cutlery. just disappointed overall. my in laws who stayed have A/B in Western Australia and were shocked & disappointed, peak prices @ peak time. if your after location - great. just don’t forget your gas bottle, pool towels, decent bath towels, quality sheet set that fits the bed, extra cutlery & mugs. oh a quarter scourer to clean for a week. 4 dishwashing tablets for 11 night stay. the pool photo shows the adjoining property pool (same owner) & the colour of our one.

Amazing stay , central and close to attractions

Beautiful views, great pool,roomy house , fully equipped, just bring food.

had everything we needed, owners provided mozzie spray to glad wrap , things you wouldn’t expect.

It was a great stay. Very comfortable and relaxing. It was a nice place to stay at.

Quiet location. Beautiful views out to the water. We seen fish coming up close to the edge of the water. Great spa/pool with extra pool towels. Drive in lockable garage with entry to the house was so handy. Plenty of air conditioners to keep us cool on hot days. The beds where really comfortable. Good quality mattresses. Plenty of everyday items eg: washing power to do washing, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets, household goods to meet our needs. Cold water in the fridge upon arrival.

The stairs, I got a good work out going up and down.

no bath soap provided, not enough toilet roll, not enough towels, no spare blankets, accommodation is old and tired, compared to other short stay accommodation in Darwin this is a little under done for the cost, old budget furniture, including only 1 small tv, noisy neighbors/children in next door unit meant we couldn't get children down to bed before 9.30pm without moving them to the front of the building

Towels, were only given one towel per person and they were very small and thin, we stayed 9 nights so had to wash them every day.

Great location, beautiful home, too pricey for the let down of appliances and property maitenance!

The keys were very accessible. I received a message from the owners with the lock code in the morning and they were nice enough to let us check in at 10am as the property was vacant, clean and ready to go. We were very appreciative of this gesture after having flown in to Darwin overnight, we were looking forward to settling in and having a nice hot shower.

I actually stayed at this property 9 years ago and back then it was a brand new property and in immaculate condition. Sadly 9 years later, nothing in the property had been updated and the wear and tear is really starting to show on some of the things that are important. The oven door wouldn’t close properly for cooking and the knob for turning the dial is broken off. The dishwasher DOES NOT clean the dishes at all which we found extremely frustrating. The washing machine is so old - needs an upgrade. The port-a-cot we requested was also extremely old and discoloured, not something you would really feel comfortable putting a newborn in. Drawers were broken in the master WIR. There were not enough knives and forks for eating-in. The TV remote worked spontaneously. Soap dispenser in the main shower was broken. The spa jets no longer work by push button. For such a beautiful home in a great location, it was just these little things that with a small investment from the owners, could really lift the whole experience of the stay.

Spectacular Home for a family getaway.

Magnificent layout, clean, everything supplied in the property so we didn’t have to buy much other than food, no outside noise heard, maintaining the coolness in the property was simple for us to do, lock up garage to securely park our rental car, the most amazing sunsets to be seen from either level of the home! Beautifully presented on such short notice to us, we had a very enjoyable time here.

Great stay with extended family

Fabulous house, well equipped in a great location. Slept 7 people comfortably. Close to everything with a beautiful view, especially of sunset over the marina.

Be careful and very aware of cancellation policy, especially COVID policy. Thankfully we were able to come at the last minute due to COVID lockdown lifting but potentially could have lost the entire amount of the accommodation cost, even though government restrictions were the issue preventing us from coming.

Marina Views

Layout of the property was great. Awesome location. Pool was bigger than it looked in the photos.

I would suggest the owners do a thorougher maintenance on the property. While it was fine for our stay there are a few things that need attention. (Buttons on the pool not working, oven light not working, range hood not working, some lights not working, and some cosmetic tidy up in the WIR)
