The property itself is well suited for a large group and only 14 min away from Killington. The hot tub was nice after a day on the slopes. We had to turn on the heater once we got there and wait for it to heat up, but that was not a big deal. There were plenty of kitchen amenities to cook meals at the house. That was about all that was positive about the house itself.
Cleanliness of the property overall was not adequate, the host did not notify us that there would be wet towels drying all over the property when we arrived. Additionally, there were used condoms in the nightstand of one of the bedrooms. It is also not stated that there would be no toilet paper provided. We notified the host of these issues and was basically told “you should’ve asked and we would’ve told you”. The host had little sympathy for our situation and provided no remedies.
The amount of bed spots is also mislisted, as the property only sleeps 11. The other areas would be a couch that does not pull out and no air mattresses. The beds are also uncomfortable.
I would say it’s a nice house and location, if you’re okay with no check-in or check-out instructions, questionable cleanliness, and poor communication from the host.

We came as a group of 9 adults for a ski weekend and enjoyed our stay.
The house itself is no-frills, but clean. We comfortably fit all 9 of us at the large table off the kitchen for meals and in the living room for games. Beds were comfortable. The heating system kept it at a comfortable temperature.
The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils for a large group with clean and working appliances (including dishwasher). There was oil, salt, and pepper in the kitchen (along with some other spices).
The hot tub was great - beautiful views! It was on but not warm when we arrived. The owner responded within an hour to have us flip the breaker off and back on and it worked fine after.
Big tip: there is a low stock of paper towels (only one roll) and toilet paper (only one roll per bathroom). By the end of the trip, we were passing the final TP roll around and trying to conserve. I asked and the owner replied that it is intentional and stated in the listing, but I revisited the listing and cannot find this info.
Communication was pretty good. Responses in about an hour. I would have appreciated a little more in advance (we heard nothing from the owner until only 3 hours before check-in - I was worried). Info about trash removal was posted on the fridge but seems to conflict with what the owner said. There was no info sheet provided for the house or check-out requirements, but other than that it was straightforward and we enjoyed our stay!

This place was exactly what we needed for our Killington ski trip. There were 10 of us total, and it did not feel crammed at all. Only a 15 mins drive from the ski resort. Host was very nice and responded quickly to questions. A previous review mentioned this, but bring your own extra toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, as there wasn't any at the property.

Good location with lots of space for multiple guests, great for entertaining. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the hot tub worked well. The living room furniture is super comfortable and the gas fireplace makes it nice and cozy. Everything was clean and we appreciated that there were a lot of extra towels and blankets. We had a couple of issues come up during the stay but the owner was very responsive to our questions.
A few things that would have made our stay better: a supply of necessities like paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. If the porch had been shoveled when we arrived. We did have some elderly visitors and the lack of railings on the front steps was a little bit of an issue.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This house is the right size for big groups. In that respect, it matched our need for space. The affordability of the home was great. We appreciated the location, and it was a peaceful place to stay. The living room's new furniture was comfortable, and the dining table was convenient.
Unfortunately, what this place lacked was attention to detail. We had to wash any dish, cup, pot, or pan we used to cook because they weren't clean. There was a layer of coffee grounds inside the cup cabinet. Additionally, we immediately had to go out to the store because there were no garbage bags except the one in the trash can, there was one hand soap, and very limited, 1-ply toilet paper. I reached out an asked about garbage bags, but they took several hours to reply, "Are there any under the sink?" And no, there weren't.
Because it was a heat wave, we had to keep the windows open, but there was only one fan provided in the house to keep air movement, and it didn't have feet, so we had to prop it up to use it.
The beds were like sleeping on a concrete slab. One of our party ended up sleeping on the couch and another rented a hotel room because of the combination of heat and uncomfortable beds.
The grill was dirty, so we were unable to use it. We were able to use the hot tub once we figured it out. There were no instructions provided about the house or its amenities. We would likely never stay here again.

My friends and I rented this spot over NYE weekend and had an absolute blast. The house was perfect. Very clean and plenty of space for everyone to have a comfortable stay. New hardwood floors made place feel bigger/cleaner. Hot tub was a great feature too! Owner was kind and welcoming and easy to get in touch with.

Perfect place for our group to ski at killington from. About 15 minutes to base. Everything was clean, kitchen well stocked with new pots/pans and plenty of anything we needed. Appliances new. Furniture new in main room too. Some listing pictures show older stuff that’s all been replaced. Highly recommend. Owner also very available to answer question. 5 stars.

Great cabin to stay at with a group of friends. Very clean and looks to be newly renovated. Hot tub and gas fireplace were great! 12 of us stayed here more than comfortably. Highly recommend much nicer than the pictures!

Our extended family enjoyed our stay in this well maintained home. The three first floor bedrooms (2) and two full bathrooms were ideal for the elderly people in our group. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub offered relief from the many challenging golf courses in the area. There isn't AC in this house, but, we packed some fans and were very comfortable at night. Tucked away off of the main road, this home offers additional bedrooms and a full bath upstairs - so the young adults had plenty of space to spread out and spend time together. It was ideal for our group and we relaxed and enjoyed all of the local golf courses, the ponds, and the terrific eateries in and around Killington, VT. Thank you for sharing this accessible and gracious space with us! So many terrific memories! The wi-fi was splendid and we enjoyed family movie nights. The affordable price has us thinking about booking again next summer!

Not terrible, but won’t return
Got a great deal in the early season. Oven doesn’t work. Grill doesn’t work and was filthy. Heat is hard to regulate and set to Celsius. Other than that it was big enough for all of us and close enough to Killington. Hot tub was a plus but even if I got it cheaper, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Pictures can be deceiving
Owner should take better care of the inside and ensure that cleanliness should be a top priority. If you are going to say there's a hot tub then it should be in condition to go in it. We own a hot tub at home and this one was discusting.

Christmas Killington Ski Vacation
Great house and location for skiing/snowmobiling/horse drawn sleigh ride. We had a group of 10 adults. 3 bathrooms and a hot tub were key features for my wife. The 5 bedrooms were key for sleeping arrangements and there was plenty of common area for gathering, meals and games. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Great location and value for Killlington
House was very clean (including the hot tub) and had everything we needed. Perfect size for two families. Sean is super quick with communication so we had no issues. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend for the World Cup races.

Beautiful house, perfect location.
We have been renting homes seasonally summer/winter for many years, and rarely do we find a home that is so perfect and exactly as listed. This house is spotless, everything is new and there is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area is a perfect place to relax in front of the TV and fireplace after a long day outdoors. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful well cared for home. We will be back for sure. Thank you Sean for the hospitality!

Huge, comfortable house
This house was up on a little hill in rural Vermont, a short drive from Killington. It was right across the street from a restaurant/bar with great food. There was a backyard big enough to play some yard games and a big, clean hot tub up on a deck. There was tons of space inside and everything seemed clean. There were some sugar ants in the kitchen but only by the window and those suckers are hard to avoid; none of us were bothered by them. The TVs were mostly all equipped to access streaming platforms. It was a little confusing to use the front door, the key goes into a spot under a sliding piece of the knob, and it never shows you if the door is locked from the inside, you have to check it. Check out was slightly confusing because instructions about what to do with trash cans seemed to be outdated, but the maintenance guy who showed up as we were leaving was super nice. It's a little hot inside during the summer but if you open windows over night it's perfectly nice. Felt very safe, clean, and spacious.

Great big space, pics don't do justice. Location was perfect and everything was so close we had a blast. Highly recommend this spot and Sean was a great host!

Great place to stay while skiing at Killington
Sean was very helpful. The only issue we had was with the alarm system, which was a bit complicated. But the house was clean and great to hang out in after skiing and hiking.

Exactly what we were looking for!
Absolutely perfect for what my group of friends and I were looking for to spend a weekend at Killington. Short 10 minute ride to the mountain, markets and restaurants. The house provided us with plenty of space throughout and the hot tub was an awesome leisure. Sean was readily available for any questions we had. We will be back.

Great Ski vacation
This place was perfect for our ski vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably and was close to the mountain. Having the hot tub to relax in after skiing was a big plus!

Great stay for a large group of skiers!
This house was spread out nicely for 14 people as we didn’t feel cramped at all. It was comfortable clean. Very close to Killington which was great, and not too far of a drive to Okemo and Sugarbush. The owner Sean was easy to work with and very communicative when we had questions. The only complaints would be the numbers on the front door keypad stick and seem to be loose, the hot tub was greenish but the maintenance man did come the day before we left, and having to wash the laundry before leaving was unrealistic when everyone was using the linens/towels through the morning of checkout. The owner was understanding of the difficulties in doing that . Overall great house, location and we’d definitely recommend it!

Suitable for all types of groups, great location
A big thank you to Mr. Sean Feeney for allowing my group and I to stay at his house, for his immediate responses, and being upfront with us about a situation at the house he was having. He is a genuine home owner and puts his guests above his own gain. We stayed during MLK weekend in 2016. The house was in a great location. About 15 minutes from the Ski Resort, a restaurant/tavern within walking distance, and a great general store and gas station a little bit more up the road in Pittsfield where finding products was quick and easy. There was plenty of room for everyone and the view from the deck made you feel like you were away from it all to relax but close enough to it all at the same time. The driveway was plowed after a snow fall and trash was picked up by the keeper of the house in a timely fashion as well. All signs Sean and his friends make it a top priority to keep the house in the best shape possible. If this house is available, take advantage !

Nice Place to Stay while in Killington
Our friends and family stayed for a long weekend in March 2015. Place was larger than expected and more than enough room for 4 small families. Everything was very clean and owners are very courteous. They do not try to nickel and dime as most of the other owners are capable of doing in the Killington area. Within 15 minutes of the Killington access road. Really happy that we stay here. We will make contact once again for the 2016 Season.

Lovely home! Perfect for a winter weekend getaway!
This home was an ideal set up for a group weekend get away. Myself and 9 family members/friends stayed in Sean's house for a long weekend. Everything was very clean, equipped, and ready for a big group. It was the perfect balance of cozy and spacious. The hot tub is wonderful on a cold night! Close to a market, just 10-15 minutes away from Killington ski resort and beautiful views out the windows! Couldn't have asked for a better getaway - would recommend highly.

Amazing, brand new house
We've just had a 3 day stay for Christmas in this brand new property. It was an amazing experience. Spacious rooms, new furniture, fully equipped kitchen, and of course the outdoor hot tub for 6-8 people. Perfect for a group get away. Sean (the owner) delivered everything as promised. All 12 of us give it a 5 start rating.

Great ski home!!
The house is absolutely wonderful for a family or a group of friends. We have gone there twice now, and will continue to go back! Everything is new and really well kept by the owners, it is a real pleasure to find such a home!! It is close to the mountain and just really convenient! Just an overall great find!! Would HIGHLY recommend.
