I have been to this location before and my experience was pleasant nothing like this.

I liked the location.

Woodspring Suites is gross. The lobby, elevator, hallway, and room was very dirty. The hallway had an odor and smelled awful. Due to the smell, I couldn't wait to get to our room. Once, I entered the room, I noticed drops of blood on the counter near the stove top. The floor had not been sweeped and the towels were hard to the touch. I actually checked out early because of the conditions. The front desk help looked surprised as I handed them my room key. Lastly, eventhough the door to my room was secured, when other rooms went in and out of their doors it sounded like someone was trying to enter my room. That's concerning 😟

Booking charged me for the room so I have paid twice for this day, my initial room that I was put in had not even been touched by the cleaning staff

It was close to alot of things to do and eat.

The road work was hard sometimes I had a hard time leaving. I could of use more pillows and towels.

I would not have a problem staying at this location again

I wish I would have known about this location sooner , it was everything we needed in a hotel room

A little trouble with late check in , had trouble reaching the night personnel but once they arrived they were extremely nice

Love the accommodations.Perfect for long or short stay. Saving money is always a pleasure.

It was a great location. The fact that it was Memorial weekend. I was just excited for my trip to see family. The staff was lovely. Great people. I will be back.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Waited over an hour to check in because there was no workers on site. Dirty room. Phone in room didn’t work to reach front desk. Didn’t see a worker the entire weekend to help with my needs.

The entire hotel smelled like dogs. The staff was unavailable. Unable to get an iron and ironing board. I had to buy one from walmart. There should be pet- friendly floors and floors for people who do not have pets.

Very good

The room was clean and staff was friendly.

Nothing with the hotel, mostly with other ppl staying there, not picking up after their dogs ( hotel provides poop bags and they weren't being used)or themselves ( throwing cigarette butts all over the ground. Leaving laundry in dryers for hours while others needed to use them also.

Clean and affordable

Staff is friendly, loved the studio & the location and the privacy.

Honestly, I loved staying here, my wife loved it & our two fur babies seemed content. We had no issues.

it was great for the price and a quick get away. just don’t expect sleep if like soft beds.

friendly front desk staff. room was clean mostly. it has a stove, fridge and microwave. great for the price and area.

the bed was hard, tub still had a few small hairs in it but that can happen. hallways smelled like fish, middling, baseboards, elevators, carpet needs some serious detailing and remodeling. scratches on doors. seems almost as if many live there.

It served its purpose, but I'll most likely not stay there again.

The location was good. The staff was pleasant and helpful, when I spoke with him.

The place smelled bad. I had to purchase candles to light in the room just to make it tolerable.

Other than check in the room was very nice

clean, simple & good location to Highway

check in was a bit of a nightmare. arrived @6:00 (which was apparently “after hours”. Had to try to call a staff member from a phone in foyer, wait for them to come to desk & let us in. took forever for staff to “click in” on reservation, then said he didn’t think room had been cleaned yet. had to go to room to physically check if was cleaned- it wasn’t. Had to get Asst Mgr to find us another room. Very disorganized

I had to switch rooms because of a insect problem so the next room was dirty I had to go buy some cleaning supplies to clean it something on the outside of toilet and I took the little white towel cleaned the floor it was black by the time I got done. The refrigerator didn’t work.

The rooms were dirty. one of the rooms the toilet wasn’t even attached to the floor. It moved around when you sat on it. One of the tubs wouldn’t drain.

All the time I needed to pay for the booking , the system was down or no one at the lobby. The manager Ashley is really rude and no customer service at all . She got mad because I we did pay but the system was always down .
