Overall good OZ lake property. Loved the resort integration with Margaritaville. Pool was great, great view, nice layout, ample parking, good updates to an older house. WiFi spotty, smart tv's didn't all connect, and could use a good cleaning. We had to buy our own grill, etc. Overall it served our group fine. Remember it is an OZ lake property and you will have a great time

This house was amazing. Took 10 of my employees on our annual Labor Day weekend trip and this was by far our favorite place yet! Will definitely be staying here again!

There are a few things that should be listed in the description of the property. The first being the steps to the pool. The set up with the master bedroom and the kids' room is very awkward, if you aren't immediate family. There isn't a door to shut off the master bedroom bathroom. It may be beneficial to cover the skylights, so it isn't so warm upstairs. I bought batteries for one of the TV remotes and also a 12 cup coffee pot. The Keurig wasn't working for us and the other coffee pot was tiny. The master bedroom also had the sliding door leaking when it rained. I was told to put towels down. The carpet was stained in that spot. Other stains in one of the bedrooms and the couch. Overall, we had a good time and had room to spread out. The owner was quick to reply.

This property has the potential for being great, but because it has large ceiling windows the property manager said it could not really cool the upstairs, where both kings, a room with 2 queens and a kids room were. At most points it was around 85 degrees. They did replace a window unit in the kids room, but that left a king and the queen rooms still hot. We spent $75 on box fans to be able to sleep once the window unit was changed to work. During a thunderstorm later in the week, the main master’s sliding glass door started leaking, spraying the bed and soaking the floor. (It remained wet and mildewy for the rest of the week.) The water has run through the floor and into the wall of the downstairs creating water bubbles in the paint. The owners said they were aware of the problem, but were waiting until the end of the season to fix it. Overall the house would have been perfect for layout and having a pool. The pool did help since we weren’t able to be cool the inside for quite a while. I can say we had a large party that rented 10 houses in the area and ours was the only one with major problems. The owner was somewhat responsive as we found the place with no air on Saturday when we arrived, but didn’t get a new window unit until Monday night. While a nice house, I would say it seems to be more for making money, than making sure the renters are comfortable, but we made due with what we had. I was just glad my 85 yr old grandmother hadn’t gotten assigned this house.

Location in the Margaritaville Resort was wonderful with access to the resort pools. Views of the lake from the house and deck were wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked and home was clean. Host was responsive to any issues/questions we had. Plenty of room for our 15 family members.

We loved a lot about the house, the view was great, the pool was nice but small, lots of space for everyone and everyone did get cooled off daily in the pool. Nice to also go to the big pool near Landshark at the Margaritaville Resort. The only negative we have is the upstairs stayed between 75-81 degrees the entire time we were there but it also was extremely hot mid 90’s during our stay so that might be partly why the air conditioning didn’t keep up well.

We had 16 people ranging from 3 to 70. The house was perfect for the size of our group. The view was fabulous and the pool was a hit. Everything was perfect except that during a rainstorm at night, the rain come into the bedroom above the sliders to the deck as well as by the front door. That caused us only minor inconvenience, but needs to be fixed. The only other suggestion I have is to provide a card table so the whole group can eat together. We could only fit 12 around the table. Overall the place was wonderful and I would highly recommend it.

The house was big, comfortable and suited our 12 people. The pool was not at all like pictured. Very small pool, 5 feet deep, had to use ladder to get in and out, which I being 74, could not do. The rock steps getting down to pool deck were very treacherous. No umbellas, so it was very hot. The grill had seen better days. Had not been cleaned forever and caught fire, so we couldn't use. No bath soap. No kleenex. Only 2 dish towels.
We were able to use the clubhouse pool. This house needs some slight maintaining. The area was awesome and we did have a great time.

we stayed at the house with two other families - there were 6 adults and 11 children, ages 3-10. the place was spacious and the owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. we would've liked to have a dock for the day we rented a boat but that wouldn't keep us from staying again, and there wasn't really any space outside for kids to hang out/play besides the pool, but we worked around that. a beautiful house with an incredible view!

The house was beautiful and well equipped! The bedrooms were plenty and spacious. Having our own pool was an added bonus. The living room was set up perfectly for a large group. Would definately stay again!

My friends and I did a girls trip in Lake of the Ozarks and this home was perfect! So much space, large family room and pool with a breathtaking view!! Host was great with communication and very easy to get ahold of!

Gorgeous views. Privacy. Convenient.
This property was perfect for our family vacation with 6 adults and 3 young children. First VRBO rental and was not disappointed. Layout was great for personal space. Pool is about 10x10 and so relaxing with plenty of outdoor seating. We were looking for privacy and this location checked the box. We rented boats (with tubes) and wave runners from Margaritaville Marina. Dined in 50% of time but multiple takeout restaurants very closeby. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

Beautiful, large home with stunning lake views
Our family was very impressed with this home! Very clean, spacious, had a full kitchen with lots of amenities. Absolutely loved the lake view - one of the best features of the home. Bedrooms were large and comfy, nicely decorated and had a modern feel. Lots of extras like pool towels, pool noodles, games etc. The pool, while small, was great for cooling off and relaxing. Just note there is no shallow end - approximately 6ft or so - just something to be aware of if you have small kiddos. Communication with Dovile was fast and helpful. Lots of great restaurants and things for kids to do in the area. The community is right next to Margaritaville, and we enjoyed exploring that area. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay in this home! We were very pleased and would highly recommend this property to others!

Family get away
The owner was excellent to deal with and fast to answer all our questions. I give it a 4 overall because of a couple items. The pool size/depth should be mentioned in the write up. I have small grand children and it wasn’t user friendly for them. The pool pump wasn’t working when we arrived but he had it replaced on the second day. Lastly the grill burners were only working in the front so we couldn’t use it. Overall we had a nice stay.

Great View but Poor Home Condition
Carpet on stairs filthy- first thing you notice when entering the home. First floor dirty. Dishwasher broken entire week even when promised by owner it would be repaired. Kitchen cabinet door broken. Kitchen missing basic items- can opener, colander, kitchen towels, bake sheets. Not enough chairs for table. One of the chairs so warped it was not usable.
Home updated & attractive decor but unfortunately not being maintained. The great view of the lake is offset by the several maintenance items needed.

The place was amazing.
The view was top notch. The kids/adults loves the pool area. Everything was exactly the way the other informs you. Easy entrance/exit. Communication was great. Highly recommend staying here.

Great family home!
We stayed with our family of 16 (9 adults & 6 children). The room situation was perfect for us - each family had their own room(s). Kitchen was nice & pretty well equipped - could have used a few things, including some additional linens. Bathrooms were very nice & roomy. The view is amazing. Distance to Margaritaville & shopping is good. Pool was better than expected - so many reviews talk about it being super small, but our kids loved it & it was great for all the adults to soak & drink. You can't do laps, but kids can jump-in/out & play. If I had to grump about something, I'd say it's not as clean as I wound have liked, but I'm very picky and it IS a rental, so... Overall a very nice place.

Nice property, lacking some basics.
A group of us go annually to the lake for a fun weekend. This is the second time we have stayed at this property (the first was 2020). The owners have renovated the kitchen and all of the bathrooms, the renovations are beautiful and a HUGE improvement to our previous stay.
When we arrived at the property, one of the bedrooms still had sheets wrapped up on the bed, which was not made. We had to wash those sheets and make the bed. The rest of the beds were made/put together.
While the kitchen remodel is beautiful, the kitchen 'basics' are lacking. I realize this property likely is rented a lot with multiple people in and out of the home...but with that said, there should be an inspection in between rentals. The house had zero baking sheets (for biscuits), the can opener didn't work (the hand crank kind). There was a lack of overall utensils/standard kitchen items i.e strainer, etc. There was one extra trash bag in addition to the one in the trash can.
Outside, the pool needed cleaned, which I understand as it is in a treed area however, the net was busted/ripped. We had quite a challenge trying to skim the pool. The grill was dirty enough to not use. It was beyond scraping the grids.
Overall the house met all of our needs, large group, open floor plan, clean...and of course we had fun. There were just some 'basic' areas lacking given the amount of money for the property.

Great place for family vacation.
We stayed here for a vacation with our children and 6 grandchildren, 5 of them age 4 and under. The house was big with a lot of open spaces for the cousins to run and play together. The pool is not very large, but it was perfect for our group. Beautiful view of the lake.

House was nice but kitchen was not stocked with any linens, even pot holders. Layout of house has you walking thru bedrooms to get to another bedroom and no door on master bath. Pool is very small.

Beautiful property, great location
We are a family of 17 of all ages. This property is in a quiet neighborhood. The view overlooking the water is beautiful . The pool was perfect for the kids play and for adults to cool off. Most everything that you could need besides food was supplied which was very helpful as we were families coming together from Iowa and Colorado. Margaritaville is a short drive or about a 20 minute walk. Fun area with several pools, eating and drinks. Marina is also located in that same area for water craft rentals. This house was perfect for our large family. It allowed us to be together but had plenty of room to spread out. I thank the property owner for allowing us to stay. We will definitely be back and I have already shared the rental link with others.

Lake of the Ozarks vacation
Loved this property! House is beautiful with great views of the lake. We had eight people and plenty of beds and space for everyone. Family room has a large couch for everyone to gather. Grill was great for an evening at the home. Great location on the lake with a restaurant and marina around the corner.

Perfect for isolated vacation!
We needed a getaway and wanted to stay healthy, so this house was perfect. Main living area is great for family time and the view is outstanding. Owner is communicative and accommodating. Bathrooms and carpet need some TLC, but this is a great spot for a much needed safe getaway!

Kansas Couples trip
The property is in a great location, the hair pin turns are a little tricky, especially in the rain. Carpets for sure need a deep cleaning, pool is nice, put those rock stairs are not so nice. Pool is small but ok, the view of the lake is amazing. We had a great time.

Nice views and good location
Bathrooms are definitely needing upgrading. The refrigerator was very dirty when we got there. The smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks and there is no lighting that works down by the pool so we had to use our phones to see at night.

Quarantine Vacation
Myself and some family members really enjoyed staying at the property. The view is breathtaking; the living area is open and warm; the screened in porch is cozy and serene. There were plenty of spacious bedrooms. There are some things that could be improved. The master shower has NO hot water and the bed seems to be the worst in the entire house. I could feel the springs in it. The kitchen could have been better stocked with pots, pans, and baking sheets. Some of the dishes had dried food on them so we had to rewash them. Overall the view, open space, and the pool made it all worth it.

Wonderful get-away
We had a great time staying at this house for a short get-away. The location is fantastic and it has everything you need. The pool was amazing and you can’t beat the view. The house has so much room and everything you need to have a great vacation. The house is amazing but needs a little work and updating. It definitely suited our needs. The check-in/check-out process was super easy and the property manager was very responsive.

Great House for Bachelorette Party!
We had a great time staying at this house for a bachelorette party. The best part is the large main living area. There is a lot of room on that floor to hang out and enjoy everyone's company. My only complaint is that the pool is actually MUCH SMALLER than it seems in the pictures. The pool/deck area is best suited for only around 5 maybe 6 adults at a time. If that is your main point on renting this house I wouldn't suggest it. Overall, great experience!

Lake getaway
This was our first time to Lake of the Ozarks and we had a great time. The house was very spacious for our family of 5 and our kids (ages 7, 5 and 3) had so much fun at the house. We loved having our own pool and the view was amazing. The house is a bit dated but the view and pool made up for that. Thanks for providing us with a great quarantine break!

Fun times
We did enjoy our stay, however there were a few issues. The master bedroom’s shower did not have hot water and it the room was warm. There was also no door on the master bath. We also were not aware that one of the bedrooms did not have their own exit besides going thru a master bedroom. The pool pictures were a little deceiving and was hard to fit 12 people in it. At one time. That being said, the view spectacular and enjoyed watching people on the lake. The grill was great and the open bar was a treat. Thank you for getting back to us about getting in At an earlier time.
