We had a great time. The view was amazing. The Villa is beautiful and spacious. Frank the owner gave me information for a local concierge that filled our fridge ahead of time. We were able to eat some meals at the resort and some in our Villa. We loved the pool and swim up bar. The location is close enough to town to walk either on the street or beach.

What a wonderful week at Villa la Estancia! The condo unit was great and we loved the large patio with plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez! Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer with a large group was very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach out front was great and within walking distance to the Marina. We all enjoyed that the pools were warm and that there were plenty of hot tubs. The pool/beach service was good and food on site was also good. Only negative were the early morning pool chair savers. People would place items on several chairs and then leave for large block of time. It made getting chairs for actual use difficult. However, pool staff was very helpful and would aim to get us at least a chair or two which was necessary for my elderly mom. Overall, an amazing week!

We loved staying at this villa! The property was very clean and updated. The staff at the resort were helpful and friendly. And our host, Frank, was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay there again!

Great Place! Great resort. The condo was perfect for our situation with 3 couples. There were some inflatable water toys which were great. There were 2 puzzles and we completely both. The view was amazing and perfect for what we wanted. The condo was in Villa La Estancia resort but there are 2 other resorts on either side that we have access to as well. The beach was great for swimming. I thought we could walk to town but it was not close enough. We did walk all the way to the marina along the beach but it is a long walk. A cab to town is just $9 so we did that to get back and forth to town. It was very easy to get a cab. It was a wonderful stay and some great relaxation and family time.

Cabo Vacation June 19th-26th
I can’t say enough about our experience in 3402!! We had a wonderful time and the place was immaculate and beautiful!! The personnel were more than accommodating and helped us with every need!! It was so lovely to sit on the beautiful terrace and look out into the Sea of Cortez!! We listened to the waves all night long!! The villa was top notch!! The 3 bedrooms and 4 bathroom made it perfect!! We couldn’t be happier and look forward to staying in 3402 again!!

Best Vacation Ever!
My family and I enjoyed every minute of our time at Villa la Estancia. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with chilled beverages to the time we departed we were treated wonderfully. The concierge was tremendously helpful in assisting us with booking tours and spa treatments and dinner reservations. Though beautiful, the photos simply do not do justice to the absolute beauty of the resort. It is STUNNING. The owner (so responsive and wonderful, BTW) considered everything from every angle and we were left wanting for nothing. Each time I went to look for something I found it. Each TIME!! The staff was fantastic as well -- always so helpful and friendly. When we go back (and hopefully we will!) we will only stay in 3402 -- do yourself a favor and book now; you will not regret it. You deserve this experience!

Wonderful view for a restful week!
This condo was perfect for our two combined families totaling 7 people. Everything you need is in the condo and the staff is incredible. My only request would be access to a BBQ, but other than that, this is a great unit.

Beautiful property, amazing views, exceptional service...this has it all!
Our family just returned from a week staying in this beautiful villa. Villa la Estancia is an amazing property. Quiet, spotless, relaxing...close enough for the conveniences of downtown Cabo but nicely separated away from the crowds. The villa was beautiful, very well appointed! Kitchen very well stocked, furniture comfy and clean. The owner was really helpful getting us connected to the concierge service and answering our questions before arrival. The concierge helped make transportation arrangements for us through Cabo Seasons. Our driver took us to Walmart on the way in from the airport where we had 30 minutes to stock up on food and supplies. Food and drinks at the pool bar/restaurant were really good, very fresh and beautifully plated, prices reasonable. We ended up eating at the steak house twice...it was THAT good! We had really great food the whole week...locally we ate at The Office and Edith's in downtown Cabo, had sunset drinks and bar bites at the Sunset Mona Lisa (breath taking) and ventured into San Jose to celebrate a birthday meal at Acre...very worth the drive/fee to see this special place!! We went spearfishing and made arrangements through Spearfishing Baja...great day on the water trying this out. Booked a "luxury sailing" experience with Cabo Adventures...smaller sailboat with 15 people for 4 hours. Super relaxing, beautiful views, drinks and food were fine. Fun, not the typical party boat which is a good thing!
Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our first visit to Cabo...we will be back!!

Home Away From Home at a Fantastic Resort Location on a Rare Swimming Beach with All Amenities
We had a terrific 4 night stay at Villa 3402-02 just recently, end of May 2018.
We did not know what to expect but were most pleasantly surprised - the view from the balconies is stupendous and the 3 bedroom villa is great too. Though we were just 4 of us (2 couples) we used all the space & facilities of the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped and our only gripe about "no paper towel roll" was rectified next day.
Large swimming pool and multiple hot water tubs made it easy to enjoy them without feeling crowded. Late afternoon was particularly great as our building provided shade over the pool & some hot tubs - protecting from the strong sun.
The beach is very clean and not crowded though it is just about the only swimable beach in town (so we understood). Walking the beach was therapeutic and the glass bottom boat ride to Lands End & Arch simply fantastic. The Cortes Sea water was great.
The restaurants were quite good. We had breakfast, a lunch & a dinner during our stay and enjoyed the variety of food available (even for the vegetarians in our group). The food quality was very good and service excellent.
That brings us to the reception, concierge & valet service - all great. Very smooth, friendly and fast acting.
And finally this resort is basically in town - Walmart is a few minutes car drive away and so is the Marina and so many restaurants.
Todos Santos (with its Eagle's Hotel California) & La Paz are short drive away and we visited both in one day. We will probably make a longer visit to La Paz in the future.
Overall a great relaxing vacation at #3402-02 Villa La Estancia!!!

Can't wait to return!
Wow! Their pictures don't lie! The view is extraordinary, the accommodations are classy and adequate, and we want to stay in this exact unit again. We have never said that about anywhere we have stayed in Mexico. The condo was roomy, functioned well, and felt like home. We appreciated having four bathrooms (all with showers), a full kitchen, and comfortable beds. We agree with someone else who wrote a review that the cleaning service was just right. Not too much, not too little. I am glad the housekeeper didn't throw away the soap and shampoos we were already using. She supplied us with more, but we didn't need to use them. The lighting was good, the A/C worked well (even though it was on the cooler side so we didn't need it as much), the appliances worked well, and there were great spaces for our clothes (dressers, closets, etc). The resort "felt" very safe! The ocean was close to the pool. AND the HOT TUBS were HOT!!!! It's the first time in our traveling history that the hot tub was hot in Mexico. And we have been to several different places in Mexico. It's also the first time we didn't experience topless women on the beach, which was a relief as we had two 18 year old boys with us and a 13 year old boy. There wasn't a mad rush to secure a chair by the pool. Whew! The atmosphere was calm and not party-like, which was great! We didn't need to rent a car; great taxis--all vans so held all 7 of us.) It was all just a lovely experience for everyone! We did accept the invitation to their presentation which allowed us a 15% discount at all the restaurants and the market. (The market was really great as well, except it was short on milk when we were there.) So I better share the few things that could be improved: There was no grill. The chairs could use chair pads on the legs to eliminate loud noise while moving them. The garbage in the kitchen is small. The resort's exchange rate was 16.5 but should have been 18. The 2nd master suite is separate from the rest of the unit. Great for couples traveling. Not so much for our situation with 5 teenagers. They needed a key to get into our part and vice versa. And very front door is more like a gate, so we couldn't keep the doors open. The seafood restaurant (Neptune) charged us for the water they seemingly just offered. ($27 for 3-1 L bottles of Evian!) and for the Coke refills that seemed to be offered as free. ($27 for 9 Cokes) So clarify with your waiter. We want to return!!

Fantastic property, view breath-taking, fabulous vacation with our adult children.
La Estancia is a lovely place between two hotels with great dining and spa to share. Great location only a few minutes to the center of action in Medano Beach, yet quiet and peaceful enough to give the feeling of being in a resort away from it all. We were there New Year's week and it was still not crowded, yet had the feel around the pool and swim-up bar of action and excitement, without lots of spring-breaker types and too many noisy kids. Everyone working at Estancia was amazing and helpful, smiling and anxious to please. We enjoyed the drinks and delicious lunch (tacos great) by the pool. The Villa was great - we were three couples and only cooked breakfast in the unit. Nice kitchen with complete cooking supplies - we shopped at the store in the hotel for groceries. We ate dinner out at Edith's and the two nicest places at Arco and Palmar next door. Don't miss Mango Deck for lunch - a complete kick with entertainment and right on the beach. We will definitely return - a wonderful vacation, and the owner, Frank Brod, was very accommodating and gave us suggestions for eating out, etc. We have stayed at hotels in the past on the Pacific Ocean side (Playa Grande for one) and on the corridor leading into Medano Beach, but this was definitely the best location of all. Swimable beach, only a few minute taxi ride to middle of town.
My only problem was that I am 5' feet 4, and the high bed in the master was too high for me to get into easily (I am a senior citizen) but the hotel was fabulous and had a little step-up box built for me! Unbelievable service!

Overall my family had a great vacation!
We were disappointed that there was no grill on our patio. The unit was maintained nicely. Grounds were lovely. Bellmen were excellent.

A wonderful vacation
We ( family of 8) -- 6 adults /2 four year old grand -daughters arrived July 2 nd.
The arrival went smoothly ( staff were amazing and informative).
All went smoothly.
Our unit ( 3 bedroom/4 bath) was lovely.
It faces the arch and was very clean and inviting !!!
Lovely size balcony .
The bedrooms were large and had all you needed ( extra pillows etc)
There were 2 safes for valuables
Also a dryer and washer that worked well !!-- iron also for touch ups .)
There were a few minor issues ( cold water in master shower) but maintenance fixed immediately !!!
We hired a private chef for 2 nights and all the cooking utensils were in our kitchen for them. ( Cabo Chef).
The owner ( Frank Brod) was available by e mail to answer our requests and questions .
The beds are very comfortable.
Security system is wonderful and the little market and ice cream store was a favourite with our grand-daughters .
You are close to downtown - take the community bus- such fun !!!
Beach towels were ready for us when needed.
Maid service is every other day -- if anything is needed - leave a note ( and a tip is GREAT !!).
We have travelled to many places ( USA ,Canada , Europe, Caribbean ) and this unit was a pleasure to stay in.
CAUTION : \do not hang clothing over balcony railing - not permitted !!!
Would DEFINITELY return to this unit !!!!

Villa La Estancia was outstanding! 5 stars!
Our family of 5 (kids are college aged, my husband, and I) traveled to Cabo after the holidays this year, and this was our first visit to Cabo. Our family had a wonderful time and we will be going back next year after the holidays with or kids.
The condo itself simply beautiful, spacious, very clean, large patio space, and if you like to cook the full kitchen is perfectly stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. The views from the patio are the best at Villa la Estancia. It is a beach view and you also overlook the hot tub/pool area, beautiful view. The morning sunrises are beautiful from the patio. We did have a cleaning service every other day, that worked perfect for our family and the ladies did a superb job cleaning.
Meals. We had the option of selecting all inclusive when we checked in, but we opted out because we wanted to check out local restaurants. With 3 college aged kids who used the bar daily and ate various meals there, we never exceeded what we would have paid for All Inclusive. If you don't plan to leave Villa La Estancia for meals, and drink alot, it's something to consider. I did use a grocery service (Prickly Pear) while we were there, we have a few healthy eaters and this was a great option, and they delivered quality food and it was on time. Villa La Estancia has many restaurants to choose from, all having excellent food ranging from poolside meals, sports bar, wood fire pizza, and fine dining.
Gym/Spa. My son is a college football player and he indicated the workout is one of the best we've had when traveling. It's new, updated, and had the weights he was looking for. My son was happy with the facilities. I did go to the spa area and it was beautiful, I just did not have time to have any of their services.
The beach is swimmable and we all were in the ocean each day.
Location. The location of Villa La Estancia is fantastic. It is 1 mile from downtown, we walked this in the mornings. My kids took cabs in the evenings, they ranged from $9USE-$11 USD depending on where you wanted to be dropped off.
We loved our stay Villa La Estancia, our condo was outstanding and we plan to go back again next year (hopefully to Villa La Estancia).

Great time in Cabo!
We found this villa to be well maintained, nicely decorated with a fabulous ocean front view. We had two teens traveling with us and friends that visited and this villa gave everyone ample space and privacy. We definitely would return on our next vacation. The owner was extremely efficient and helpful in responding to inquiries and making a variety of arrangements for us. Above and beyond!
